Recommended Radio ROM 2.19
HARDRESET is as always recommended after flashing.
Free Storage around 63 MB. Free Memory 29 MB. (Adobe Feature not installed at this case)
Tested on G4 Device. G3 Device seems to have more free storage.
G3 Report from Dioxda2 :
Free Storage 67.51 MB. Free Memory 29 MB.
How to make ROM more faster without Overclock.( Actually it's already fast and too fast in my opinion).
But if you want to make it more .Then you should try this reg setting

and Quickmenu, Cyberon Voice Speed Dial and Esmertec Java are on attachment.
Since this ROM is UC ROM.
You can add this installer on SD Card and to be run automatically. ( Dunno how? Read below guide)
there are two files that you have to copy to storage card .
SdConfig.txt and Cabs
So you need to copy this two files to SD Card to make it User Customize..
Just put cabs that you want to be auto install .
and edit the SDConfig.txt , if you add something
this is the original one for this ROM.

I think generally it's not included for space. It's easier to give users the choice of what software to install, than to force people to use one program...

I am not talking about a program, but about the integrated VoIP functionality of WM6. You can see it in the CMSettings application, there you can activate "IP Phone" for the Comm Manager (but it doesn't work). Some time ago I had a WM6 ROM where that worked.
If someone could tell me how to manually install that feature, I would be very happy, but I think it is something to be integrated.

VOIP has been removed cos of space Reason. And there are no many people using this feature.We have to choose which one is more important. With more storage, it make your device respond faster and works faster.With VOIP on it. It takes more storage. Make your device slower than with big Storage.You can see it at most Wm 6 ROM, using Big Storage. There are no VOIP Feature on it.
You can manually install it. IF you have the VOIP Software that works on Windows Mobile 6.1.
Since this ROM is UC. So you can automatically install it. If you have this VOIP Software.

I'm having a problem with this ROM and also with th Green Edition 1.
My WiFi is unable to connect when WiFi is first turned on or after StandBy.
I have to manually go to "network Cards" tap&hold on my AP (which shows as available) and tap on "Connect".
I'm using WEP as security.
Any ideas ?

Once you open your wifi, just press switch off and switch on, it will connect.
This is problem with Some ROMs including this ROM.
For me,it's ok to solve with above way.

This is my second day testing this ROM, and i gotta say its the fastest WM6.1 i ever tested. boot up is fast even though i had so many apps to be launched on start up. this time dialer installed properly and I dont have the problem in sounds and notification i used to have. I am very much satisfied with this ROM, so congratulations to varanusvincent and iiiox, this is a fine piece of work.

Another version is a clean version.
This version is the same base. But no ADOBE READER, no ADOBE FLASH Lite, no 21 Application on extende ROM. This Application can be run from Storage Card later. Extende ROM is unlock. You can use it as storage.
Total free storage is 69 MB ( 59 MB Storage + 10 MB Extende ROM ). Free memory Program is 29 MB. --> Tested on G4 Device. G3 Device seems to have more free storage.

ok, this is weird, I get exactly the same "Service Provider is locked" message after installing this ROM. Same problem with Cloudyfa ROM but nobody seemed interested. I can input unlock code but problem re-appears minutes later!
I have flashed numerous other roms and this does not happen as the phone is unlocked. Ideas/solutions please....?
PS I am in the UK with Orange SPV m600 & vodafone sim (just tried o2 sim and same problem)

FYI it's not a matter of being interested, but if nobody has a straight answer it is useless to react, don't you think?
I hear what you are saying and no disrespect was intended - surely I'm not teh only user with this problem. ROM changing simlock status is a bit weird you have to admit?
Nice looking rom and solitair looks so much better but i get blue tooth problems and before anyone tells me i have beam turned on i have this problem with all 6.1 roms

recieving a file?
send a file.
I just test it. And no problem at all.
Okay.
Do you use radio ROM 2.19? If not, please use it.
Did you HARD RESET after installing the ROM? If not, please do so.
Then.
Go to Comm Manager. Make sure the beam is activate. The icon is right below.
After that go to setting
Go to setting / Connection/ Beam. check the recieve all incoming beam.
Go to setting / Connection / bluetooth activate the bluetooth.
dont forget to add your owner information. Type your name.
And it should to work.
Cos, with me it's work. And should work too with you.
You will also need to put in a name into Owner info and some text into the "Bluetooth name"
I have also got the problem regarding SIM lock. I'm using a UK Orange SPV M600, but with a T-Mobile or O2 SIM card...
have just flashed a wm5 rom to see if that clears up sim lock problem. will report back.

that was a laugh - flashed jesterz rom and it changed ipl/spl so no longer hard spl, didn't notice and flashed wm6.1. Oh dear, reflashed jesterz from boot mode and then 6.1. Afraid sim lock problem still exists - so will have to give up on this build for now !

To iassael: this is a clean ROM, meaning it has as few programs on it as possible so that you can customize it as much as you want. not all of us use htc home if you're looking for a .cab for HTC Home, I recommend looking here.
i have that in my mind however there is a problem with music playbalck stopping when i switch off the screen...

no need of it. This ROM has no bugs at all.
it can turn off anytime you want.
I just add this cab for fun.Because this software feature. You can install it,if you want.

Long long time ago. I do some test with all RADIO ROM. And 2.19 seems to be the best of the best. Battery drain is great.
So, I just recommended you. But If you think, that 2.47 is suitable for you. Then use it.
You mean HTC Random Access? No HTC Random Access on this ROM.

Since this ROM is UC ROM.
You can add this installer on SD Card and to be run automatically. ( Dunno how? Read below guide)
there are two files that you have to copy to storage card .
SdConfig.txt and Cabs
So you need to copy this two files to SD Card to make it User Customize..
Just put cabs that you want to be auto install .
and edit the SDConfig.txt , if you add something
this is the original one for this ROM.

floating point :2.418
ram access :203
draw bitmaps: 373
main storage W: 680.93
main storage R: 2318.49
storage card W: 163.52
storage card R : 711.19
and moreover , BT-WIFI-IRDA works well.
Starting time 40sec with a mentioned surprize
its neither too fast nor slow, its usable but i dont think as fast as 1d...

that's good, that you have test it all by yourself.
it doesnt contain PCM keyboard, because, I dont like it. But you can install it by yourself through a cab.
find a cab for it. It's freeware.
yes, you can play music while standby. You can also hear music while you're calling someone. (try it, if you want.)
with bluetooth and IrDA . You wont face anyproblem.
starting time about 40 sec. It is just the first time, while you set up your device.
and the next is faster.

try it. It is almost the same. it is fast.
but has a lot of program on it. I packed files on ExtRom to make more storage.
i have 25 meg of ram after boot and am sometimes facing a strange problem with touch screen :S
i have faced the same problem with prophet future clean rom.
i align the screen and after some time it acts complately irrelevant. Smt i cant even touch X button.
may it be becuz of OC(@260mhz) i do with bat. status ?
becuz there was no problem with 1d and i hadnt OC it

the program is loaded from ExtROM. ExtROM is full.
but no need to see ExtROM , in order to run the program.

i use the your green edition 2 ihope this same in stability & fast
after download the file from rapidshare there is folder "themes" what is this?
The problem i said i faced seems no longer to exist. So its good
Rom is stabil and fast. Has no bug found so far by me. But there is a visual problem during calls that the buttons like "mute" "end call" are white and there is white text on them which is unreadable.
i guess the themes folder is for manually installing blackish theme as i faced no problem without them yet.

extra themes for black themes and standard wm6.1 themes.
