I need to know if there is realy any intrest in the Throttle Diamond Multilanguage roms?
I have big problems with my Prophet and it takes me almost a whole day to cook and test all versions to see if the work alright and will take me an other 6+ hours just to upload the roms and I see no point in doing this if no one will be using the roms.
I don't use my Prophet anymore becaue I use my Kaiser as work phone and ELF for private use.

+1 for GER (but only, if the WWE-names for Storage Card and so on are used...because all my links and stuff use the english notation)

Im definately not going to file a protest against a Danish translation thats for sure

no i have no interest on any rom. OS 5.2.20226 is out and its getting very fast new versions out. yours wont be of use compared to the time you invest on it.
Anyone writting and reading this will handle English and must be gratefull to gullum for his great work ) I won't ask for my native language... English is ok

I did not ask what version people want and and do you think there will be a danish or polish version with OS 5.2.20226 for prophet? not unless I make one

I had the 1.66 italian ROM but translations are not good, and system hang very often... and TOMTOM not goes... so i installed the 1.72 beta tmobile, i think ist the best rom in moment...
I don't like english, but is the only that goes good....

I think there's no way of changing the SO's language... But if there is I would like to start a project to translate WM6 to portuguese... If that was possible... Maybe stealing a rom from another device that has WM6 then rebuild the dlls and drivers for the prophet...

mircrosoft website there's win mobile 5 and 6 dump files you can download for any kinda language...but i don't know from that on..
I'm a Chinese user.I'm using CE-Star to support Chinese.Maybe there's some software like CE-Star can let the wwe rom support Korean.

Hey.. I am an Korean, and I am using Diopen 6.0 for WM5 and you can read and input Korean word.
But it doesn't work on WM6. So you need to install HangleNo5.cab(you can find this cab file from google search). One of Japanese made this and it works good in WM6. But only reading... No input punction.
That is one of the major reason that I am using WM5 with Diopen 6.0

You have to flash a complete ROM since Windows Mobile 6/6.1 Classic and Professional aren't multilanguage like Windows Mobile Standard 6/6.1! You can find an official WWE ROM with the board search!

If you intend to only flash the Official HTC ROM, then make sure your phone is not SIM locked, or flashing will fail.
If the phone is unlocked:
1) Download the ROM
2) Connect phone to PC, and ensure that you manage to have ActiveSync working.
3) Double click the ROM and follow instructions.

How can we did it?
NetrunnerAT tried many things but didn't succeeded in creating a multilang ROM, so I think there's no hope for such a ROM ...!
It was chinese rom, for Prophet, i found it on chinese forum. (I believe it was xbeta.cn)
Once, i have found one registry keys that depend system language (originally the key was 0804-chinese, but i changed it to english).
After SR, rom get english language, but it was lagy/slow
I have asked about it on 4pda forum (it was first exp, i am glad that found such good forum) and the answer was simple:
The problem was thats rom just didn't loaded properly, because it doesn't have english paths (Only chinese), so some files didn't loaded.
So this litle problem can be easly solved by changing paths.
I didnt do so because i have flashed new wm6.1rom that i found on 4pda.
But i am sure that this is possible
I think all we need for it:
1)Multulanguage ready rom (With .mui's for correct languages)
2)For changing language, user will just run simple program (or .cab) thats will add new path's and new registry keys
By the way, it was only 1.5 years ago

err... you can change the keyboard layout to french in any custom rom available on this forum. that's what I've been doing this whole time with my french TP pro 7272. you just have to search the forum.
Hi friends, if you are willing to put in a good healthy number of hours manually translating every line in the OS, i can give instructions how to do this
Please don't ask if you aren't willing to put in the time though, it's not a short task (although not hard, very tedious)
I had to do this in the past to bring us WM 6.5 before english builds were available (translate from chinese) so i'm quite familiar with the process

First of all, many thanks for your ROM. I'm looking a long time for a wm6.5 PTG.
The ROM is working smoothly on my HTC Touch Dual.
My HTC is 20 key and this ROM is for 16 key model, and I've tried some fixes without success. (The Insomnia 20key fix for example).
The other thing not working is T9 PTG.
Some help would be appreciated.

Camera not working?
Got this installed, and it's beautiful, thanks for the hard work!!
However, the camera when launched just shows black and doesn't take any pictures or even show what's been aimed at. Any ideas?

Strange thing, my model is 16 key but hardware keyboard only print numbers.
After 16.cab installation, same thing. Any ideas ?
