Well Ive downloaded and added all my normal cabs and progs and I have yet to find a bug! I am very keen on the add-ins program. Storage has 119.52 and program has 61.10 even with TomTom 6 and mobile shell 2.2 installed. Bluetooth works well and links straight away with my bluetooth keyboard/finger pad, and that can be a little tricky. Style I works fine too. Well done with this ROM thank you, we have not had to wait long for a bug fix either. I would like to install HTC album that works well on this but I recon we will need to work on that first.

Hello, sorry for the stupidity about to follow....I just want to clarify a few points; will the new version work on the U1000 (AKA= also known as HTC Advantage X7500/7501 HTC AthenaT-Mobile Ameo)? I don't speak Italian so how do I set the language?
When one upgrades, are all information contacts etc retained (of course I will back it up first).

this rom is in ENGLISH...wwe is english.
And yes you can, so you have to use programs like pim backup.
And yes, this is for x7500/x7501.

My quick review.
After install the ROM it happens to me that the screen looks different that ur screen. I can't see any BatteryStatus, I have to set "Menu" by myself (it shows only Today and Shutdown).
The Autorun.exe and Config.txt have never been activated. That may be the reason.
I pressed Camera + Comm buttons while doing hard reset.
Looks like it is too clean for me. But if the Config.txt file can be activated I can install something such as PDF reader and HTC Zip by myself.
Please suggest what happen to my installation...

I just installed the PDAVIET 1.1 version this afternoon and spent hours to get my applications re-installed and reluctant to jump to something new unless the improvement is obvious.
Can someone tell me other than the CommManager 1.6 which has 9 buttons, what are the major difference between the two?
I installed CommManager 1.5 which has 10 buttons (one for VOIP phone).

Yesterday did I install the rom pdaviet PV 1.1, and today I have installed this one, he was mentioning on John-Wu that were almost equal but that this one was spending less battery, but it seems to me that he is the other way round, to me I believe that battery was spending less the version 1.1, someone more has noticed it? or am I wrong?
What me goes better in this one is the wifi, it gets connected very fast and goes better.

The VoIP button hasn't functioned well so that i didn't add it in Commanager. If you want to config VoIP, run SipConfig.exe in Windows directory!

Ok thanks Cloudyfa for answering, me the truth me works very well quite. Am I commented by a friend who with the free hands earphone BT a lot of noises when it separates a little, has anybody proved it?, I the fact is that I cannot prove it because I have no earphones bt

The only thing that annoys me is the pshutdown..is there any way to disable it? When I choose shut down it just turns of my display.

In windows directory rename the file PowerOffWarnig.exe to PowerOffWarnig_old.exe and rename PowerWarnig.exe to PowerOffWarnig.exe, I use Resco Explorer for this operation.

I just tried smart1 v3, mobizpda fantastic v2.0 ac2, and now pdaviet 4.0.0.0.1.
I have to say, pdaviet is the keeper. Too many small little bugs in smart1 v3, mobizpda was full of "junk", and now the pdaviet rom seems clean and no major bugs to report so far. I'll report back in a few days...

My ExtRom install without a problem. To run your ExtRom, you need to downgrade to AKU2.2 or below, then upgrade to this rom.

If you don't like this feature, use this cab to restore it (u still can use psShutXP via "Shut Down")

I have modified it to work on prophet
and I'll release it soon maybe tonight and everything seems to work I just have to set some regs for buttons and model name

Not really. I need Office Mobile and Adobe reader so your "full" version better suits me. But I am on 1.88, still. Don't see any reason for upgrading, but if encrypted files on storage card is fixed some day, I will reconsider. Expect to receive a donation in a few days time

Mychy I wanted to signal you and Irus that I have installed version 3,5 spl, htc x7500 part, but to the second one shielded, that with the logo windows, it jams and it does not continue to load the rom, I presume that l' error é be store clerk from irus in the passage from spl1,2 to spl3,5.
it turns out this rom still changes the device ID so the serial/keys for the programs I have bought don't work anymore.
I use 128dpi (more screen realestate)so I tend to use touchflo a lot but I can't seem to get it working on this rom.
is this problem only mine or others are facing this too?
EDIT: using Ftouchflo, its the only thing that seems to work. I don't really like it though, but thats what I'm working with.

sorry to hear this i will look into it, i know the file name says 1.2 but i just forgot to rename it. i should have some time later today to look at it

FYI had same problem with being stuck on flash screen.
I don't know if I had a bad flash but this rom is acting a bit weird. Maybe it has something to do with the radio, after all I downgraded the radio to 1.57 but the phone didn't hardreset. I'm going to reflash the radio and rom and see if these issues go away.

This worries me and is the only thing keeping me from flashing MichyPrima's ROMs. Is there any way to get it to match the device ID from the AP ROMs?
*Edit - oh and I'd love the lite version but the lack of the MS office apps (including One Note) kills it for me.

As you know WM6.5 development is in progress and new builds have less and less bugs, more stability and maybe some new features. But the general looking is not different too much.

23635 is a newer build. (23635: date February 14 2010; 23223 :January 28 2010; 28232 February 10 2010)
Moreover, Bikertibi has kindly prepared the 28223 build for prophet.
If you mean 28232, maybe. I'll see....
25005 is very stable and fast on my device like 23635. I'll try 25006 ....

I, myself like the ROMs as clean as possible, but any suggestion is welcome.

The sensivity for the touch screen is very slow in this version. If I use the hard keys on my prophet its working fast but if I try to select or start an item in the file explorer i have to tip on the item for at least a second or more. Happens very often. This is a no go for me.
Edit: The new version A works like a charm! Great work, Babak!! Testing the rest of your roms functionality now
The first post has been updated with a small patch for the download C, (The one you have got before).
After installing the cab, the touch screen will be so sensitive and there will be no delay at all.
Downloads A and B (UltraClean) do not have the problem (It has been resolved in-situ).

I prefer the fast speed of English ROM, normally I use a English ROM with a Chinese Language package, never failed before.
This is my first time meeting this kind of problem, after installing the Language package, it can't be displayed correctly as before. It seemed nothing happened.
I will also try to contact dioxda2 to get a possible answer.

But i would like to setup the new wm6.5 lock with SmartLock or something similar. how can that be done?
if i install SmartLock 1.7E or 2.0F and configure it, the phone doesnt boot anymore. means its stuck at the Windows 6.5 Babak00000ed bootscreen and flashes every ~10seconds. seems like it cant launch the wm lock.
only hardreset helps then.
Any suggestions or how to´s for that?

Hi dkena,
Just tap and hold the camera "X" a few milliseconds, it'll respond.
I don't have Resco Photo Manager to try. Maybe the same way?

I usually use HomeScreen's lock option to run the Windows native lockScreen (So I didn't include SmartLock here. Maybe in future...)
Anyway, I've just installed Smartlock 1.7E, and it works without problem, trying all options, one by one.
Maybe it's an incompatibility in your other softwares.
just did another hardreset to check that
its working if i install smartlock right after the hardreset!
gonna check if it keeps working.

Now i understand why the name of this service is DUCKload
I found a few things:
- When i have to put in the PIN-Number from my Sim-Card, the buttons are not shown correct in the display.
- Why you remove the Task-Manager?
- It isn't necessary to show the clock in the status-bar. You have it also on the homescreen.

1. - The Sim contacts are switched off
2. - The task manager is not compatible to the horizontal slider on the taskbar.
3. - The clock in the status bar is the default setting

I only have English as a Windows Mobile 6.5.3. As I've written several times, the Task Manager is not compatible! The T-Mobile branding will be removed in the next version.

Screenshots I don't know for the moment...
The ROM is working fine, quick enough, nicer UI than wm6.5(pitty it's in german), a little buggy(happened twice, device isn't freezing, no exit from Contacts but soft reset) when personalizing ringtones in Contacts, some apps are not working (like I said before:at least PerfMan & Resco Screen Capture from Start menu).
Free RAM: about 67-68 MB.
Enough of t-mobile stuff included...

The program Perfman works, it only has no icon. It is only on it for purposes Performans. I will remove it later. The problem with Resco Screen Capture I have already identified and beseitgt is, therefore, in the next release operation. But thanks for the hint.
