This post is to serve as a place to find links to various dcd 2.x.x Titan roms.
This is a work in progress, and I will update this thread as I continue to find links. I'll start with this.
To use any of these roms, you need the attached "titan unlocker" bootloader and Radio 3.27 (see end of this post).
If you ever want to go back to a stock rom, you will need the attached "titan relocker"
Neither DCD or I take any responsibility for anything you do to your device.

This rom enables GPS when used with Radio 3.27.00
you must use the new unlocker prior to flashing radio 3.27.00. please upgrade your bootloader before you proceed.

KNOWN ISSUES:
some bt devices still sound crappy until htc releases better drivers.
free memory not as good as 1.6.x. reg tweaks not present, still testing wm6.1.
gmail defaults to POP3, read here for workaround.

If you have an older radio installed, your device will not boot after flashing this rom. You must enter bootloader using power+camera+reset and flash radio 3.27.00.

Btw, I'm still running the 2.0.0 Beta ROM. Screw WM6.1 until the rom making masters are able to fix all the encryption, memory leak, file system, etc etc problems. I dont need threaded SMS that badly.
GPS works, Rev A works, I get about 20MB free with soft reset.... the 2.0.0 works great as far as I'm concerned.

Indagroove....you need to see if you can make your post a stickey and put No2chem's and colones and anyone else that makes em in their own stickey. they need to be up top for ease of finding them.
I dont know how to go about asking to do this but Im sure there is a page on the home page to do such a thing.

2.1.0 Has been stable for me with no exceptions. I don't use Gmail to pop, and there is a workaround for that I hear. Not many downsides to this version from my standpoint.
I have the original ROM and it works pretty well. I also have a 6GB microSD card in it and it works fine as well...

Oops, I accidentally had the old titan unlocker attached to the first post. I have replaced it with the most current titan unlocker, olipro 2.4.
ok, i was able to update 2.2.6 rom and I see the new differences, looks awesome yet so naked. I originally put an older rom in and then the new radio rom and then flashed to 2.2.6 and when I try to upgrade radio rom, it shows on main sp rint screen that I already have it. Is it necessary to upgrade radio last? I cant make phone calls but will call sprint in morning to fix that. I will keep trying to flash but it doesnt seem to work...could be me though.

I've added info to the first post of this thread, including links to radio 3.27.
The instructions say to flash in the following order:
1. Copy down your infromation from PST (more below)
2. Update your Hard-SPL to 2.40-olipro
3. Flash new ROM
4. Flash new Radio
5. Reprogram PST settings from earlier if necessary.
(see the first post for more info)

I was testing the new dcd_titan_kitchen_3.0.4 for my SPRINT HTC MOGUL PPC-6800 and it has the following advantages:
- Auto-elimination the programs residents in memory, as soon as they are unused
- it has a menu to select the System Components and OEM-Applications
- it included the new application Arcsoft MMS 5.0.31.7 for send/receive MMS
However, during the testing-time, I noticed the following:
- During the sync, it found and configured a new driver (HTC-)
- it had problems with Pocket Controller-Pro (TCP/IP connections)
- it had low-speed-navigation with Internet-Explorer
- I couldn't access the TV-Iusacell
In my case, they were more strong the disadvantages then the advantages for this reason, I went back to DCD_3.0.1_Sprint
With the new dcd_titan_3.0.4_sprint, I would like to know your experiences
- Does it have the same OEM-Applications than dcd 3.0.1?
- Does it eliminate the disadvantages from dcd_titan_kitchen_3.0.4?
- Do you really recommend me the new dcd_titan_3.0.4_sprint?

I found in Diamond thread the OEM version 2.03 of the Diamond. In addition to the new Opera 15316 I'm interested in the new driver (OEMdrivers). The difference between Raphael and Diamond is the keyboard that's why my question. Which files can be changed and which to leave?

Instructions for new style kitchen
Step 1. Extract to a clean folder
Step 2. Run erviuskitchen.exe
Step 3. Click "load rom"
Step 4. Choose a another pre-configured ROM of your choice
Step 5. Scroll down to section labelled "RAPHAEL-Device: RAPHAEL_External_Packages" in blue text
Step 6. Double click packages here to enable or disable them (first column reads True for enabled, False for disabled)
Step 7. Do the same for section labelled "SYS" as step 6, if you would like to disable system packages
Step 8. (Optional) Click "Save ROM" and choose a filename, to save your package choices for loading in the future

re: xip whaddaya mean? nothing new in the way of drivers, b/c was from other device.. if you mean do i think it's legit, most definitely.. although it also has most definitely been modified.. so how much of it is legit cannot say.
But enough that it functions normally, and there are at least several dlls with updated function calls, although one or two is missing from 21014, but again can be chalked up to beta and the changing state of things..
After I wake up from a nice sleep i'll get to porting CHome and the Lock screen.. that should leave this build fairly complete

From what I could make out, it seems like your basic WM6.1 with a Blackjack style Sliding Panels

The video I saw had a blue theme (which is basically just a background change).
IE8 looked like it had a few improvements over IE6 we currently have. I didn't see anything about working tabs but I'm not ruling it out either.
Supposedly it supports more gestures for the stock programs without the need of additional 3rd party programs (TouchFlo). It would be interesting to see how WM6.5 handles finger use vs TouchFlo.
I built and flashed this to polaris. Issues are as noted on first post, volume button seems to be mapped to up and down dpad instead of volume control. Confetti wouldn't show up on today screen for me. And any notification at all will freeze up the device. Definitely a beta and needs more work.
I noticed that atlce400.dll is in XIP in the blue angel rom, wonder if it makes a difference, as I moved it over to SYS.

Looks like the reason for lockscreen and chome not working is that they have been upx compressed, and then modified afterward to protect them..
I'm working on uncompressing them.. bah.. why can't we just have a clean \SYS

No, it's quite similar The reason it's in a new thread is the v5 kitchen is based on a build before ms started to break things by adding new features; all 'legacy' applications work fine on the v5 kitchen.
In this build however, MS has begun transferring API's over to the new standard, and that is causing things to break (like htc volume control)
But plenty of people want to try this. So it's here
Hmm. Rose is a WinMo standard device though, it's reasonable to assume chome in that build will not support touch.. i will look though and try
Edit: Out of time for now, was not able to get the upx packed lockscreen.dll unpacked. Gonna need to do that to debug it and see why it's not working.. or maybe it's not working simply because of the protection that was applied after upxing.. imports section was intentionally destroyed to make it more difficult to analyze.. of course that helps me tons

I consider that a plus in my book. I keep the phone on vibrate at all times. The less buttons on the phone that tend to change my profiles the better.
Looks like sun_dream split up part of the \SYS into addon cabs, in addition to UPX compressing some components.
In addition to UPX compressing things, the import section was removed from several dll's, and they don't function properly as a result.
Here's a link to the cab's that he posted, 3 cabs, outlooklive, chome, and wmwidgets are the ones he removed. however it looks like some of those are UPX compressed also and don't work.. freeze the device after a soft reset.

you should never flash any rom from this section to your CDMA device. That's why it has it's own section, because a GSM rom could brick your device. Please be careful and read up on what you're doing before you mess anything up too bad

racemepls: technically, I could create a CDMA version, but it's my policy not to create a ROM for a device I don't own. The testing process takes too long when you have to wait for someone else.. i'm sure there's a cdma owner out there who can put one together, I have left everything nice and unprotected, so it shouldn't be too hard

Com Branches, brief explanation:
COM2 and COM3 share the same base, but after build 23017 the COM3 tree branched off and got the 'new' layout. At this point COM2 remained the active development tree for 6.5 and spawns updates regularly (fixes the current released 6.5 build of Windows Mobile).
COM3 up to build 23088 is the tryout build for the new layout of Windows Mobile (replaces start menu, dropdown taskbar, etc.). This build is very experimental and contains many bugs. It will be around for another couple of weeks when it will probably be terminated and integrated into COM5, but I'll get to that.
COM4 the branch, 234xx, is the (in)active OS development branch. It focusses on updating the main Windows OS (Win CE 5.2). It is known for it's new Outlook interface. It's currently uknown (to me) if it's still active, but it hasn't got any updates in the past few weeks. The Outlook updates have been coorporated into the COM3 branch.
COM5 is the branch starting with 235xx, and contains at this point nothing new. It's unknown what the main focus is, but it is likely to replace COM3 and COM4 and integrate all the changes uptill now. This means the other COM trees will die off and become active once the OS get's released (as was the case with COM 2 and COM3)...

In the title you say 6.5.3 build 23518 but in the pictures it's like 23515...
For now, the latest is 23616, so what's yours ?
By the way, I would really really apreciate if there will be a Windows Mobile 6.5.3 latest build with nothing with it. I mean clean and none additional programs installed.
WHY !? because things like opera, sense, manila, and all kind of programs are always updating and I can uninstall and install the new version without flashing again.
It's like having the newest build of Windows but clean, no modds, just the best drivers and the newest. I would do it myself but I'm an IT student and nowdays I have exams and all those kind of things.
I bought my HTC Diamond 2 for using multiple operating system, and of course, the latest builds. Windows Mobile and Android will be ok for that.
PS: another reason for wanting the clean Windows Mobile latest build with no additional programs is because I want Android on my main memory, the microsd card will be for additional stuff

VM6.5 many many builds
As I looked all day for latest WM builds, I understood that Windows Mobile 6.5.3 build 28004 is officially released and now, for developers, build 28205 is out for a while.
Of course, my first thought that crossed my mind is: why would we cook a new rom using an old build ?
I'm sticking to your thread, Pisca, because there are only 2 cooks who updates everything in their release, not only the WM, and one of them 2 is you, I really appreciate that
Although there is a great work, HTC proof of stupidness is outrageous.
A .cab file with their revolutionary Sense would be what we need, because an updated version means, for now, moding the VM and then flashing again

The names are used to upload to rapidshare only, nothing relevant
There are 2 diferent things, one is the HTC Topaz Roms, and they are official/Shipped, I think are the ones you mention
Another thing are the builds leaked, and they equal with the same packs, but including sometimes minor changes, or bigger from time to time
It's dificul to explain step by step where those differencies are, I use to include a list of packs included in my Roms, beside Sys ones
The diference in my Roms series are usually the SYS/XIP new leaks, and I'm using the most recent
I may realize that v3.2 build 2000 is newer than v3.1 build 7500
BUT
what is your newest build ? I do not reffer to your newest job, but newest WM build, and maybe the one you recommend ?
