ok till now everything seems ok, except some minor errors in translation, for example:
Soft Reset - Weich Zurückstellen (this could be left english, sounds little stupid in german)^^
Organizer - Organisatoren (could also be left english)^^
Office mobile - Büro-Mobile (leave english too)^^
System Tools - Systems-Werkzeuge (english plz)^^
last but not least the folder "Zusätze" (Bluetooth Explorer, Notepad, Search, Speech-recorder), dunno how this is called in englisch, probaply should find another name here.
i also didn't manage to get the Screen Rotator to work. It did so on the WWE edition, perhaps the folder's names need to be different (i installed it on the device)
ahhh i need help, i cant change the incomming call ringtone.. its only one ringtone named "default" in the list.. the other sound settings are fine, the SMS tone can be changed.
and another litte question, i downloadet and install the homezone.cab and the HTC Taskman.Cab wich are extractet from the original rom. ive install both of them in the phone memory but i cant start he...
@dragon: it's becaus there aren no additional ringtones cooked in this rom. you need to download the original ones (you'll find them in the ROMeOS WWE topic) and copy them to the /windows/rings folder
i also didn't manage to get the homezone plugin to start, but taskmanager works fine for me. did you try soft resetting the device?

Sorry - I forget to include wince.nls file with Asian regional settings. But I think you can download it (attached) and copy to Windows folder...
Update instructions:
1. Download g4.zip attached if you have G4 device or download g3.zip attached if you have G3 device. Unpack it to some place on you PC. You will have 2 dirs inside: "jumpspl" and "update"
2. Copy 3 files from "jumpspl" dir to the root of your Prophet (near Windows folder)
3. Download and unpack nk.nbf to "update" folder on your PC

4. Disconnect your device form PC
5. Run "SPL.lnk" in the root of your device from File manager. You will see a white screen
6. Connect your device to PC with USB cable

8. You can see process indicator only on PC! Screen of your device will be white during all update process. When finished your device will reboot.
9. Make a Hard Reset
10. Enjoy
If you have Hard SPL installed - you can skip Soft SPL init when upgrading.

Exception (Windows XP) - Solution

yeah getting cabs for those removed files would be great. i wish i knew how to myself then i could flash today (mainly jetcet as most of the others are around), not sure if mp3 trimmer cab uses the same skin etc, but those are small details

I have LetsJapan6 installed. Upon removing this, the buttons work again.

Answer: This is basically a Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM for Iolite with ALL HTC Mega packages plus NaviPanel and Footprints from Iolite.

Changelog from build 21903:
1. - Updated XIP/SYS to 21909;
2. - Installation time reduced to about 5 minutes;
3. - Free space increased in about 10Mb - you now have about 310Mb after installation complete;
4. - Updated ALL HTC Mega Packages to the latest ones available;
5. - Added Danish, Greek and Swedish languages to ROM;
6. - Added minor registry tweaks to improve speed and smoothness;
7. - Added my simple black theme to TouchFlo2D;
8. - I added no other third-party software - only S2U2, SRS WOW HD and PIM Backup, which in my opinion are really needed to get the most out of our Iolite.
NOTE: To flash this ROM copy the corresponding IOLIIMG.nbh file into the root of your FAT32 formatted MicroSD card and reset the phone while keeping VOLUME DOWN pressed;

In french :
"\Start Menu\Programs\" becomes "\Menu Démarrer\Programmes\"
and
"\Start Menu\Games\" becomes "\Menu Démarrer\Jeux\".
In my case, the "games" folder is located inside the "programs" folder, does it matter?

Maybe a solution:
Try this one, it is from 20765 (it works)
I think, the other mui´s works with it. I was compared it with the mui from 21854 - the same content.

Thanks for this great ROM. I'm just playing around with it for an hour or so, but wondered if it's possible that the task manager is not working on the home screen? When I go through the Start Menu to the task manager I can see the tasks running, however when I want to get the pull down menu on the home screen, it doesn't show up. The 8 October ROM did work, the new one I can't get to work. Is this a bug or am I overlooking something? Using the English ROM by the way!
Anyway, it's only a small problem, otherwise the ROM works great! Thanks!

lols, nah no offense taken. I'm taking your words as a challenge. Well from what im experiencing with Motosurf UI. i notice the speed that is given from Manila 2D & The Motosurf. in my experience motorsuft does use The space but not as much as i have expected for a ui thats being built like that. An for the ram part it does not =DD. well nevermind. i will make 2 lite roms that does use Motosurf and does not use motosurf. so it meets everyone's need =D

I've just uploaded an v2.0 of this ROM, where the Power app is to set backlight.
There is an operator app? and for the autoconfig, I removed it because it uses much RAM, you can look at your Operator site for the GPRS settings.

Maybe in a future update I'm going to add more languages, depends on how many requests. I don't think it's possible for you to create a localized version. I'm still figuring out how to add more languages. Just check this topic for updates

I flashed my MEGA wit V2:
1. GPRS work fine but you should set it manually
2. It is very fast ROM
3. When you type something in text boxes the letters going under text box!
I flash back yo original ROM and wait for V3 or V4 ....
