Is it possible to rebuild a x7510 ROM - Advantage X7500, MDA Ameo Upgrading

Hello, I'm a rookie at this but I've spent several days on this and I need help or confirmation. I have successfully dumped my ROM from a second x7510, and now I want to rebuild it into a flashable file (*.nbh). Since there are no X7510 shipped ROM out there I've tried using several other *.nbh files, such as the AP 4.0, some of them worked but none of my rebuilds had the drivers for the flashdrive and keyboard. Yes I'm an idiot for flashing it in the first place, but please help.
Thanks!

It's me again, hopefully someone with more knowledge will be able to answer my original question.
For those interested I have been able to rebuild a ROM that has the keyboard functionality, but still no flash disk.

ROM Dump Help

I've recently flashed to DCD's 3.23 ROM, and all went well; only problem is that I need to return my unit due to hardware issues! My carrier is US cellular, and I have downloaded the original US Cellular ROM Dump provided by DCD but I do not know hoe to flash this back onto the Titan... can anyone help? I have to return the unit upon receipt of the new one! Anyway, I plan on flashing the new unit, and It would greatly help if I new how to use the ROM Dump as a backup. Any direction that anyone can provide? Thank You all!!!
If your carrier's ROM dump has everything included (ROM, Radio, SPL, etc) like the Verizon one did, then you basically need to follow two steps:
(1) Relock using Titan Relocker
(2) Flash on the Stock ROM
you can find more info about this if you search for relocking
You need to Run the titanrelocker and then flash the radio and rom. Problem is there is a chance your usb wont work after the relock so you might have to flash the original radio via sd card then the original rom the same way.
Thank You for your replies; especially scrawnyb... I used your tutorial for my original flash; worked great. Lost all access to EPST though! Anyhow, I probably didn't specify well enough, the dumped ROM I'm speaking of is the one provided by DCD; I have no clue as to how to even begin to flash these files. I believe that all (radio etc.) is included, but, again, I'm not sure as to how to do it. I hope I'm not asking too much; if so, I apologize! here is a link to the files i'm speaking of; maybe that can help you help me. As for lllboredlll's reply, I don't know much of UC either! What do you think is my best shot? Thanks guys!

I need rom 1.90.456.3. Anyone?

can someone dump it and put it in the site?
10x
I need too
Hi,
my TouchPro came with 1.90.456.3
I dumped the ROM and rebuild it, following the procedures found here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=427507
I had already flashed my device with Hard-SPL, and with Radio 1.02.25.31, so I'm not sure if those are included in the dump/rebuild or not.
The dump and the rebuild went all ok, with no errors.
Pls. note that I haven't flashed it back to my device to test it, as my TouchPro is running perfectly, and I currently don't have the time to mess around with it.
So anybody brave enough can give it a try, or maybe our more experienced cooks, can examine the file in a Kitchen.
I uploaded the .nb file to the link below.
http://rapidshare.com/files/146689698/Raphael_1_90_456_3_dumped_and_rebuild.nb.html
So you probably have to rename it to ruu_signed.nb and use the RaphaelCustomRUU.exe
This ROM is corupted...
ok, sorry, as said, follwed the instructions on how to dump and rebuild under the link above to the letter. I'm not a cook, so can't really say what may have gone wrong :-(

Made a bad rom... help..

Ok, can anyone tell me what I did wrong?
I extracted a htc rom, put a new opera wwe and opera _409 folder from another rom in (in the oem folder)
and I did "follow the on screen instructions"
But at a number of times, it just ran a utility and told me nothing about what to do with it.
I then flashed it, and sh*t myself when i noticed during the flash that the rom was only 70MB.
Thank god for HardSPL.
What did i likely do that resulted in the bad rom?
I've looked for a tutorial, but cannot find one that covers the tools / windows in the raphael kitchen build process.
Any help would be appreciated.
Edit: I used the new buildOS+package tool, not the old BuildOS as that one had a problem with duplicate provxml files I think.
Nevermind, worked it out...
Thanks anyhoo

C550 Refusing to Flash any ROM via MTTY

I've been having a few odd problems trying to get my C550 to flash a ROM of any kind using MTTY or Tera Term. I had been planning to reflash an old QTek ROM that I had on there, with one of the newer WM6.x ROMs that you guys have managed to put together. To recap, my C550 already has SuperCID, the SPL has been reflashed using Patched RUU and now reports 1.0.77 rather than the 1.0.16 or my other stock C550.
I can enter the bootloader fine and can connect to it using Mtty, making it respond to successfully to info and format commands, but when I try writing a new ROM, it just sits there doing nothing. I know it takes a while to reflash, but on my device it doesn't actually do anything even if you leave it for a couple of hours. The log looks as follows:
Cmd>l c:\rom.bin
clean up the image temp buffer at 0x8C080000 Length 0x01C40000
MTTYDownloadImage "c:\rom.bin"
:F=c:\rom.bin
start download
The phone itself can be successfully reflashed using a ROM install package such as that of the old QTek ROM, or another T-Mobile ROM I have. The device can also be made to dump the current ROM to the miniSD card, so the bootloader seems to be functional. Which makes me wonder why this isn't working? I've tried flashing with and without the sim card, and also with and without an sd card in the handset, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
If anybody has any suggestions of something else I could try, I'd greatly appreciate it! I had been thinking of trying to find an image dump of a WM6 ROM that I could then restore from miniSD, so if anybody would be able to that, it would also be appreciated.
Thanks for your help!

Please ignore the post above, I realised the SPL upgrade didn't seem to take until I used a different download of spl566wm6_spfans2006.nbf. Everything works fine now anyway.
Cheers for the wonderful work guys

From Nexus to original Windows Mobilie 6.5 ROM

Hey Guys,
I know that there propably existed several threads about this topic, although I could not find one, which really helps me or I still wasn't sure what to do.
So I hope you can help me doing this successfully and getting rid of my hd2 ...
I flashed a Nexus ROM, have Magldr on it and try to get my phone back in Windows Mobile 6.5 for guarantie issues.
So first I know that I have to get the right ROM ... I have read that this would work via htc.com but to be honest, I just find there ROM Upgrades, no original Stock ROMS to download. TO mention, I am looking for the German Stock ROM.
My next question is, if everything will be gone when flashing?! ... MAGLDR,HSPL ... that stuff?
I just downloaded an upgrade ROM from HTC which is working with my S/N off the phone, but it is an .exe file. I can install that, while plugging my phone to my laptop, or I just unrar that .exe and get several files. One of that is .ruu ...
I have read in another thread that this file is to rename. After that I should put it on my sd Card and flash that. Is that right? I am not quite sure about unrar an .exe file and getting so much files, while just using the .ruu ...
I hope that someone takes a little bit of time and answers the questions. Would be very kind. Looking forward to some replys ...
Thanks a lot in advance
First of all, congratulations to your first post.

thanks a lot.
So one question remaining ... As is said I just can download ROM Upgrades but not the original stock ROM ... is that okay, does that work?
ROM Upgrade means full original STOCK ROM.
Done everything as described.
First Update my Phone froze ... I started it again
Second attempt:
LEOIMG.nbh FAIl
the rest is listed with "ok"
RUU_Wallpaper1 FAIL
=> Update Terminate / Update Fail written on the screen ..
what now ?
Your HD2 shouldn't do that.
What are the warrenty issues you wanted your HD2 flashed back to WM6?
You can try to install HSPL and do a Task29 before you start the procedure again.
Well it froze all the time, when activating wifi or mobile data ... when activating that it gets kind of warm in the back of sd card ... I guess it is the cpu .. so I want to send it back where I bought it, because it is an hardware issue in my opinion ... tried three different softwares (win mobile, android desire and nexus) ...
Well is there any guide of reinstalling hspl and doing a task29, whatever that is
Search function is a very usefull tool...
Maybe you will have a look here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=713977
Yes I know, I am sorry ... started to use that ....
Installed HSPL new, did a task29
followed the instructions again ... the same ...
the suspect thing is that every try of the new rom anohter thing fails ...
this time OS failed, the rest worked .... last time wallpaper1 failed, the next time wallpaper 1 worked, but two failed ... I don't know what to do ...
And it is totaly correct that I just put the LEOIMG.nbh on the sd card ?
What are my options ... talking to HTC support?
Kind of despered now
Yes, to copy RUU_signed.nbh file to SD and then to rename it to LEOIMG.nbh is the only thing you have to do.
Have you tried another SD?
Have you tried to redownload the ROM file? Maybe your file is corrupted.
Have you removed HSPL before you tried to flash?
Is your battery fully charged?
Well it worked finally ...
I started the flash and put the phone in the fridge => ... flash successfull ... I gues that is the evidence that there is a serious hardware issue ...
thanks for your great help and taking time ... now I can send it back to Amazon ...
