Weather from Touch HD - Touch Pro, Fuze ROM Development

Hi
the Weather Tab in TF3D from the Touch HD shows also the Forecast. Is anybody working on a port to our Touch Pro or is there already a ROM with that Weather Tab?
Cheers
Pat

As far as I see the development stopped on this one as they found some blocking issues with porting it to the Raphael.
Anyway it looks a nice TF3D hope they can get it working on Raphael also.

But someone has just made a cab with the new touch flo from HD to Xperia...
Take a look here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/ytzjazmmwyi/TF3D_HD.CAB

HD's manila is compatible to Xperia because these two devices have both WVGA screens. Raphael's or Diamond's screen is VGA. This is the problem.

Yes I know that but the VGA development seems to have stopped, or reached a dead end.

Guys, thanks for this info.
I hope that they continue with the development. I find the weather forecast from the HD much nicer. I dont want to first tab on the screen...

Hello,
I really like your plugin. But I have one question:
Is it possible to add a 7th day?
Then I could use the first week for school and the second for work...
Würfelmensch, I can add an unlimited number of tabs, if you want, I can add in the near future.
Hi,
Could you share source code to show us how this has been created? If would save me a lot of time finding it out myself and of course I will share what I create..

PointUI Home 2 Working on the Rose!

Hey Rose lovers!
I got bored with my Rose since no one is still coming out with a WM 6.5 ROM for our Roses. So, upon searching about how to bring a new life to this little beauty, I came across this:
http://community.pointui.com/topic/smartphone-without-touchscreen-supported#post-37071
It's not working 100% (as some applets only work with touch screen), but it's working pretty well.
Love my rose even more now.

using it for 3 weeks. why afraid? it's a commercial application and completely safe which you can uninstall if you don't like it. I didn't do any hack or something. it just works on WM Standard.

I've downloaded the latest Home 2 Pro Build 2.1.06c. You can choose the version you want here.
The latest PointSense 2.0 is only applicable for Touch-screen phones. I'm using the older version, PointSense Suite 1.1.0.1. I just use the applets, not the bottom bar (which is usable for touch-screen devices only).
Hi
Thank u!
But it does not work well on my device.
When i choose pointsense on customize theme
it reboots pointui but the old theme is still there.
Also the previously mentioned prob are still present.
i use
pointui home free 2.x
pointsense 1.x
currently the best choice is still original htc rose theme of htc.
small - fast - everything is on view.
How is the battery life with pointui? anyone using s743? I've used pointui a few months back (actually I am the one who posted the fix for Settings button - michaeln) on my s743 and the battery life was bad. Normally my s743 lasts for about 2 days with casual use, with pointui it would last about 10hrs. I've tried different applets that helped some what but really nothing that would make me continue using poinui. was disappointed, really nice interface, but battery life was more important than good looks.

kinLauncher - A Kin-like theme for Windows Mobile [UPDATE! Now with Kin Loop]

Updated, now with Kin Loop! See below
KinLauncher is exactly what it sounds like: A kin-style theme for Windows Mobile. The screen is very simple (and fast), featuring the following customizable buttons:
Messages
Phone
Email
Browser
Music
Camera
Settings
Alarm Clock
Recent
The Spot
The settings for these links can be changed in \Windows\kin_config.txt
Instructions are simple: Download the cab (below), run on your phone, go to Start Menu -> kinlauncher, and your set!
The default settings are configured for the HD2, if someone can make a configuration for other devices, that would be great!
The Loop version
Now you can have all your friends status messages on your homescreen! Install the KinLoopSetup.CAB file, login to Facebook, and then swipe Right. It's beta, so give me feedback!
Also, clicking the Spot now takes you to a custom Facebook update screen. Try it out!

Unlike my WP7 theme, it was meant sortof as a filler for older devices (gotta find some use for my 8525..). Also, if anyone with a Kin could get me some high-quality screenshots, that would greatly help the quality.
Thanks.

A few comments though:
This wasn't intended as a full-blown UI. But apparently there's a market for such, so I'll work on some improvements, such as message notifications, the Loop, Facebook links, etc.
this is going to be awesome on the HD2 especially when the loop and facebook are put into it

It's an app, you run it and the screen appears. Closing the app puts you back to Sense or Manilla or Windows Default or w/e.
Added "The Loop", works fine for me but want some feedback. Install the KinLoopSetup.cab file, log into Facebook, close the window, and click OK. After a few seconds your friend's status' should appear if you swipe right.
thank you~~~this is very good~~~
Nice Work!
Nice work man look forward to this progressing into a more comprehensive skin!

WirelessTime for Android

Hello at All.
I am the guy who have make WirelessTime for WM
But now I play with Android (with one HTC HD2, I'm not ready yet too leave WM ) with this very nice Rom...
So, i'm looking for one good software (free of course ) like WirelessTime but under Androïd.
Some suggestions will be cool...
not sure if this is what you're after but check those apps:
http://www.appbrain.com/app/juicedefender-battery-saver/com.latedroid.juicedefender
and it's paid, feature-extending brother: http://www.appbrain.com/app/ultimatejuice/com.latedroid.ultimatejuice
also there is this, which is related but more in a battery-saving sense than a scheduler: http://www.appbrain.com/app/superpower-xda-beta-v0-63/nl.morose.superpower
it's being developed by xda-mod ChainFire over here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=807989
Thanks , I will test SuperPower
Shame they upped the paid version of JuiceDefender from $1.36 to over $5
I find it

When I had my HTC/AT&T Pure I loved WirelessTime. Now that I have an HTC/AT&T Inspire I am using the Timeriffic and I truly miss WirelessTime. The interface was much better. I loved the idea that I could set each function to turn on/off independently of each other and as many times as I needed per day. I miss WirelessTime.

In re: to Timeriffic - a user can set up any of the items to control via an action, and they should all be independent as many times as needed. Is there a specific example you need?
I think that, nbkcu33, speak about the tempo function in WirelessTime.
See this picture:
You can define some status for X minutes or hours coming, and after will be back at "normal" status
----
Maybe one suggestion, One window more, missing, with graphical status, just to better see, like this picture:
rdrrlabs take my suggestions it's free http://media.xda-developers.com/images/icons/icon12.gif[/url]
But thanks again rdrrlabs for Timeriffic, I use it everyday.
Thanks... We will look into how we might update these ideas. I am not promising we will or when it would happen. Thanks again.
