Hi,
I have gotten one from Expansys.
Works great, just one power cord that is very long , removable pinns so it is rather flat when in your bag.

HELPPPP What kind of charger works with the Siemens SX56?

Cradle that can charge battery seperately

I had a blue angel (Qtek9090) and it came with a cradle which recharged the Blue Angel and a spare battery.
Does anybody know of such a device for the TyTn?
How is one supposed to recharge a spare battery otherwise?
I ordered the ORA charger from eXpansys for my TyTN a month ago. It FINALLY arrived today, and it DOES NOT charge an external battery. It's just an upright stand with power for the TyTN and draws its power from the USB port (no external AC connection).
I must admit that I'm more-than-kinda disappointed about this!
Bought one of these...
I bought an OEM cradle for the XV6700. I discovered the XV6700 uses the same battery as TyTN, so the battery charging slot works perfect. You can't use the cradle to sync/charge the phone itself, but at $24.95, it works for me as a spare charger. I've used it to charge the OEM battery as well as the Mugen Power 1500mAH that I bought (again for the XV6700) -- both charged correctly.

External battery Power Gorilla

Hello,
I found this externel rechargable battery:
http://www.holland-xl.com/shop/product.detail.php?product_menu_id=727
Ok, it's not cheap but if you use an extra internal battery you have to switch the Shift off/on to change battery so this Power Gorilla has some advantages.
Question however:
I am not a technician but Shifts battery is if i am correct a 2.700 mAh one.
The Power Gorilla seems to be 21.000 mAh.
Does this meen it will extend operatingtime of shift by factor 8 - 9??????
If so, i consider to order one.
Anyone has experiance with this product?
Best regards,

I have a friend who had one together with a Solar Gorilla solar charger for the Power Gorilla. Actually used that stuff down under. Worked great until it got nicked !
Thanks!
Thanks Lucid,
I will order one soon.
I'll report my findings...
Still no answer to my question however.....
Dear everybody,
Over 50 views of my posting.
Still my question is not answered.
Does this Power Gorilla (21000MhA) make my Shift run 8 or 9 times longer on one charge than the original internal battery(2700MhA)?
Lets say it will run for over 10 hours when using the Power Gorilla?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,

hello, thanks for your post. The Powergorilla does have a 21,000mAh battery however the 21,000mAh is only available via the 5v USB port, the PG has to up-rate the power from 5v to (for example) 19v - this means there would be around 6,000mAh available @ 19v - or 5,500mAh @ 24v etc
I hope that makes sense. If you do have any other queries please email [email protected]

shift is 12V
Powering the Shift trough the 5v USB connector possible?
Hello,
On the forum i read a while ago that someone tried to power the Shift through te 5v usb port.
He used the assosoiry USB connector for this.
Can someone confirm if this is possible?
See posting above.
This would meen (if i am correct) that you could use the Shift trough a Power Gorilla for a very long time when it is fully loaded......

STOP ! Dont'put any power on that USB port or ya might fry it.
Have you read about the Mugen power packs that come with a new shift battery cover?
I know it said it supports HTC devices but has anyone actually done it yet? I am really excited to get this if it works because its about the same size as the shift and would be awesome!
please say someone knows!
The mini gorilla charger is out now at roughly the size of a large mobile phone...

Would be awesome to know how it works with the Shift.
Necropostt...
however, I do own a PowerGorilla, and as such I can't really comment on how long it will power the Shift, but it is right now powering my Compal HDL-75 notebook as well as charging my Nexus One through the USB port and has been doing so for an hour now without even a single bar of battery gone.
I may be able to help you out here though since the 21000mAH quoted here are for the USB port at 5v, as you raise the voltage through the auxiliary port the capacity is lowered.
What voltage does the Shift charge at? I can provide the rating for it.
Edit: btw I own the rev. 2 version. The rev. 1 only had 16v to 24v output whereas mine has an 8.4v to 24v output.
I have rev1 of powergorilla and you have use car charger from expansys with it. You put out voltage in 16v and cigarrete connector adapter that arrive with powergorilla and car charger from expansys.
Best regards.

Looking for S7 Slim Charger

Hi everyone,
My first post here. I lost my wall charger for Ideos S7 Slim recently. Tried buying USB charger cable from ebay and dealextreme. The guys promised me that it was shipped but I never received the cable. This happened twice.
Now I am still looking for a charger. I will be grateful if any body can point me to a charger.
25 views so far not 1 reply. I can't believe that getting a charger is next to impossible.
Amazon has it for 10.50.
Thank you
I was giving up hope. Thank you very much.

Lg G3 battery + battery charger in Europe ?

Hello I'd like to know if there is any good deal European owners of LG G3 can make for good spare batterie/s + charger/s.
Thank very much for your future input.
I've bought 2 batteries and a charger at MPJ
(http://www.mpjbattery.com/mpj-2x-30...for-lg-g3-d850-d851-d855-vs985-f400-f460.html)
and I must admit I'm very happy with it. The charger is a bit slow so I've changed the internal circuit but that's just my nerdy part talking.
The batteries fit perfectly (although a bit thighter than the original) and last as long as the original. Having 2 spare batteries is really epic so I would definitely recommend it!
Hello
Thank you for your input, I've saw Mpj but thought it only sells to usa so didn't looked much .
Could you tell how much time for a full charge with the battery charger ? Thank you
Goh, I would say about 6 hours or so... I often just leave a battery to charge without really waiting for it
Thank you. Wow that's really slow , you would charge the phone's battery and the spare batterie 1 the night and charge the spare batterie 2 the day , so you can't go out with 3 batteries.
That's fine for me, I don't think I'd need to have 2 batteries on me, but 3 batteries is fricking awesome.
Another and last question ( I guess) how much time do it take after you changed the internal circuit or where can you find a battery charger that charges faster, like 3 hours for a full charge ?
Thank you again.
Well I first modded the charging cradle to house a powerbank so that I could charge a battery in my bag on the way but sadly I had a short circuit and the **** broke :/
It would have been about 2 hours to charge an entire battery so that was nice
Now I simply use a charging module I once bought at dx.com, although it is slower than the powerbank I intended to use (1A output while the powerbank was 2A) it seems to be a bit faster than the original circuit (and it doesn't gets as hot!)
For the moment I'll have to do with this because I'll be traveling a lot this month but I'm sure to change it once again later this summer, when I do find the perfect match I'll post it here!
PS: I really think a powerbank inside the cradle would be perfect because of the wasted space at the moment, the cradle is actually quiet big and coul perfectly house a 6000mAh battery with it's circuit (just cut holes for the USB ports an the indication lights and you have a great powerbank). If you have an old powerbank you should definitely try it
