Help flashing OEM Rom(no USB connection) - Touch Pro, Fuze ROM Development

I need help with installing an OEM AT&T rom to my phone. My usb gave out on it and I need to return it to the store. The only thing is that the file that I have is an EXE file. can I put that on my memory card and run it just like that or do I need to do it another way?

and yes I did search but nothing came up. Only stuff on how to flash it in non .exe file

Open the .exe with winrar, extract the .nbh file inside, rename it to RAPHIMG.NBH and place it on the root directory of a microsd card (which must be formatted as FAT32)
hold volume down, press the soft reset button w/stylus
should bring up 3 color screen and prompt you to flash

Thank you very much Da_G. Worked perfect and am now the proud owner of a new HTC Fuze.

I did the same thing another way I guess I should share it with you as well. I put the phone into bootloader mode by holding the power button and volume down as I turned the Fuze on. Then I connected my phone to the computer via usb and ran the exe... It worked like a charm!

Does RAPHIMG.NBH (microSD flash) method work for SPL?

Before I try something stupid, I am wondering if someone here might know if I can flash SPL using the SD card the same way I flash roms??
My activesync doesnt connect at all and I want to reflash stock spl but RUU just isnt working because it doesnt see my phone via USB/activesync...
thats when i got the idea to try this.. could find anythign in search, so here I am...
thanks for your attention
In case anyone else needs this info:
I just found this on PPCGeeks: Link
Does the RUU program give you the error?? If so that was what happened with me when trying to run the manual HardSPL off the SD card. If it's stuck in the Tri-Colored screen try resetting the phone with your stylus. Try hard resetting your phone (for some reason the manual method worked for me after that) (Hold power, volume down, center d-pad button, and reset)
Here's what I did:
* Hard Reset Phone
* Download Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.exe and SSPLManual_Raphael.zip
* Transfer Raphael_CDMA... to an empty folder on the desktop of your VM
* Run Raphael_CDMA (but don't use it)
* Now look in the above folder and find RUU_Signed.nbh and move to the root of your SD card
* Use a file utility on your phone to rename RUU_Signed.nbh to RAPHIMG.nbh
* Put SSPLManual on your SD card and run the program
* It should now flash your SPL
* To test boot into bootloader and it should say 0.37.CMONEX
* Delete RAPHIMG.nbh
* Now to flash a custom ROM download one and find the file RUU_Signed.nbh... move it to the root of the SD card... rename it to RAPHIMG.nbh (using the phone) and enter the bootloader (hold power, volume down, and push the reset button)... it should now flash the ROM
Hope this helps... I know it can be frustrating when you don't want to screw anything up!

So I did it in reverse, got the Stock locked SPL and copied it to the flash, renamed it and ran SSPLManual. then it updated fine.
Note: it didnt work with the Power+Volume Down updater, i had to actually use the exe to launch the updater
see you at the repair center, time for my 5th TP keyboard

help

Hi apologies for the question in advance!!!
Im trying to flash a radio onto my O2 stock rom .. i ave successfully put hspl on device but when i try to flash the radio nothig happens????
I have renamed radio RUU_Signed.nbh and when i run custom ruu i get a prompt from computer to allow programme which i do and then nothing happens
THIS IS DRIVING ME MAD I HAVE SEARCHED THE FORUMS WATCHED THE YOU TUBE DEMO AND CANT THINK OF ANYTHING IM DOING THAT IS WRONG ????????????????????????????????????????????
Have you tried to copy the radio file (rename it to LEOIMG) to your SD card, reboot while holding volume down, and flash from there?
Will give it a go now thanks for the help much appreciated
NO LUCK STILL WONT WORK IM SURE IM JUST DOING SOMETHING WRONG BUT I DONT KNOW WHAT...
ABOUT TO THROW PHONE
you did unzip teh radio file and extract the .nbh, right? you didnt just rename the zip(or rar, or 7z, whatever) to .nbh did you?
(by teh way, for usb flashing, no need to change teh filenmame at all, just extract the .nbh, put in folder with customruu.exe, and run customruu. And of course this wont work if your spl ends .0000)
So you copied the radio file (named LEOIMG) to the root of your SD card?
You get past the 3 colored bootloader?
What msg do you get, whats happening?
Edit: What samsamuel said, you have to unzip the file first ofc
Hi yes to above i did extract, tried custumruu no joy, tried renaming LEOIMG AND SAVING TO SD CARD ROOT hold power and down volume , it goes into bootloader and just sits there doing nothing in the red band it says SPL-2.08 HSPL, and in the white band it says SERIAL?????????????????
does your pc run avast or mcafee? they can disable customruu. you can tell because when you run it nothing at all happens.
as for sd card failing, have you formatted it since you got it? cos the o2 stock one comes formatted to FAT but need to be FAT32 for flashing.
also, many 16gb and some 8gb cards can be temperemental
Thank you everyone
problem was with the computer not the process tried it on the desktop instead of lap top and it worked first time

Thanks but please be more specific
And by the way my official rom is
RUU_Leo_S_hTC_Asia_India_3.14.720.3_Radio_15.42.50.11U_2.15.50.14_LEO_S_Ship
Take that rom and upack it with wrar and the name the .nbh file into leoimg.nbh and the copy it to yout sd card. You sd card must be formatted into fat32. Put your sd card in the phone and go into the bootscreen (hold down the volume button and press the power button to do that). Then follow the instructions on the screen.

Like Abdul9. mentioned:
1. Download from HTC's website the official ROM with your S/N and extract the RUU file with 7-zip or power archiver to desktop.
2. There wil be a file named ruu_signed.nbh on your desktop. Rename that to leoimg.nbh.
3. Copy this file to the root of the SD card, preferably not larger than 2Gb.
4. Power off device and reinsert SD card.
5. Enter bootloader mode (press and hold vol down key and then shortly on/off button).
6. Follow the instructions.

I m sorry to say but I think it is either hardware related or SPL related problems. Maybe it is now the time for you to bring it to HTC repair center.
Good luck

Need Help..... Please

I ordered my g tablet yesterday and cant wait for it to come in. So tonight I am downloading a rom and clockworkmod v8 so I will be ready when it comes in. However I need a little help. I read the guide on installing clockworkmod and a rom but cant firgure something out. It says to un zip the files into the root of the device. When it means un-zip does it mean to "right click" than "extract all" Because when I do this the recovery folder doesn't have the zipper on it anymore but the update folder still does. Is this right?
The recovery folder and the zip file called update is what you will need to transfer to the root of your SD card when you connect your tablet to the PC. The recovery folder should not be in a zip format, but the update file should be.
ok thanks. But both folders go in the root right?
Yes. Then boot into recovery and it will start the update after so many seconds.
the update folder just says "update" it doesn't say update.zip however it is a zipped folder. Is it the same thing?
Most operating systems, referring to Mcrosoft, hides the extensions of files, but if it has the look of a zip file or what ever software you may be using, I would assume that would be the update file just not showing the .zip extension.
You are making it hard. Just do this.
Hook up Gtablet to your pc by USB. See which drive your pc asigns to your GTablet. Download the correct Clockwork Mod you need.
Unzip it to a folder on your pc. Then just drag and drop the two files after zipping to the drive your pc assigned to your Gtablet. On mine it is G. Yours may be F.
Then just power down your GTablet and then power up holding down power and volume + till you get Viewsonic screen and a message in upper left corner that recovery has started.
Then go here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=865245
If ClockworkMod installed, start with Part 1, step 6 or 7. READ IT ALL.

Umm it's supposed to do that to load the kernel. Then you boot up to your rom and first thing delete that file off the SD card
Just boot up Rom like normal then delete using a file explorer like es file or root explorer. If it won't reboot to your rom, then pull battery remove sd card and boot . Once your booted up then reinstall SD card and delete the ph file.

What are you flashing? There's a lot of renaming things to the PHzip file name.
Actually, in any case, if you are being asked for update you should press volume up to select update, then if it says to press the power button that should be your "yes" answer to allow it to proceed. I think it says that.
Then once it is done reboot the phone if it didn't do it already and, as mjh68 mentioned above, use a file explorer like ES File Explorer or Root Explorer to delete that PHzip file. Then you should be good to go. Or you can then connect to your pc and delete the file that way, or power down and take the card out and put it in the pc and delete the file. If you don't delete that file then every time you boot up your phone it will go to flash it again.

I am flashing CleanRom 2.3 except with the nonstandard kernel. I will try removing the microsd and putting back the standard kernel then updating again. Thanks
EDIT: When I boot my phone it goes straight to the update screen not to the bootloader. Is there any way to boot the phone into recovery with my computer?
If you have a backup, and have adb just type adb reboot recovery to restore or wipe and flash a new Rom. Make sure the Rom matches the kernel
