What about to use TF3D2 instead TF3D from HD? The beta OEM used by NRG in his 2.0 series works like a charm! It just have a few small bugs.

I'm using Manilla version 1.2.35091.2_1813.6 not 3.* this is not TF3D2 rather I am bundling the enhancement cabs from the Rhodium ROM.

Custom Buttons, maybe default theme?
have all the buttons be customizable by system settings 'button' control panel, PTT, PTT(hold), etc.
and also, maybe keep the default black touchflo3d theme with white flip clock and black numbers- i personally think that should be the base- and anyone looking for a different look can install themes, etc.

Good luck with this. Microsoft have been pulling off everyone's 6.5 as well as 6.1 roms. According to some, they are deleting their files off of host sites and putting up notices against it. Hope you get by.

Yes but the new notifications system seems to help, it does flash up on screen but for me I need the vibration or something (maybe there is a program out there I can bundle that will assist?).
Also the only other major bugs I am seeing at the point (which for me are actually game-breakers):
- Lack of speakerphone (maybe changing drivers will help?)
- Volume bugs, only two notches out of six actually make noise/respond, HTC Volume does NOT work. Vibration does not respond in volume control
- Lack of Alarms (killer for those of us that have to work!), GAlarm helps with this though and will be bundled with this ROM if released.
Nothing bad performance wise though, with either Manilla or Titanium so there is a lot of promise here, maybe I will release with a full disclaimer that this ROM is just a proof of concept for my learning and NOT to be used as a day-to-day ROM.
