Hi,
I don't have Russian Rom, but here is a cab for Russian on-screen keyboard.
Install it into Device memory (not Storage Card), and you will will be able to choose between Russian and English keyboard.

... yes, for the best you need a HTC Keyboard from a Danish HTC ROM
... search here for it, but i think is hard to find here on forum
... or dump a Danish HTC ROM and make a install cab
