Last time for ever: A Charmer has Wm5 from the beginning on. There is no WM2003 on a Charmer. All phones looking like a Charmer and having WM2003 on them are MAGICIAN. Trust me I know that!!!!!!
Charmer has OMAP 195MHZ CPU
Magician has over 400MHZ I think.
So don't ask again Charmer has WM5 from the beginning on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I´m haveing a XDAII from O².
For 2 Month ago I upgraded it to WM 2005 to test the Navigation Software.
Ans Now I have to use 2002.
Is there a chance to downgrade my WM 2005 to 2002 ?

are you sure you dont mean 2003 ?

I need to check the navigation soft. with the Qtek 1010.
And I thought if I can upgrade my Himalaya why not downgrade it to 2002
windows on pc's have setups for all types of pc's
pocketpc's which are more limited in rom size
ONLY! have the setup of the hardware they have
so rom are eunuiq for each device
no pocketpc2002 rom was ever made (as far as i know much less released) for himalaya
much like wm2005 was never released for Qtek 1010
in this topic answer my questions about wm6 please :
1-about the speed of wm6 and wm5 aku3.3.3 which one is faster?
2-what is blutooth pan that doesnt work in wm6?
3-if we have aku 3.3.3 how we can upgrade my atom is it neccesary to downgrade to original rom and then upgrade to wm6 or not?

All the available WM6 ROMs require installing a Qtek WM5 before upgrading to WM6. And if you installed the ROM that they required, your Imate will become a Qtek for ever and there is no turning back!
It means that you cannot install Imate Original ROMs on your device anymore & you cannot even install Qtek original ROMs on your device because there is no method to CID-Unlock a G4 Imate jamin!
My personal advice is if you want to upgrade to WM6, DO NOT install any of those WM5 ROMs on your device and just install the WM6 upgrade.
Ehm.. You do know that there allready IS a sticky on how to do the upgrading ?
only SPL changes you can bring back imate boot screens (splash) by using nvid ruu ,SPL is hard to change but radio and splash could be changed right!! .although first time users go into shock for days ,but don't worry i had the same one too ,it doesn't matter now.

The only thing that gets me is that with the Imate you could paste into the WiFi password box, withe the Qtek you can't and when you have a 63 character password that's a pain in the arse!

but password is not managed by SPL or radio ,so suggest a different OS for imate instead of nvidQtek or get some cab to remember your password does anyone know such OS or cab
