* Remove startup sound
* Remove certification..
* if possible - no-manila version - is great for alternative shell users..
* Performance-batt saving registry edit implemention..
* FInixNOverBattery.cab is stable and great util for TD2...
* Black Dialer also recommended..
* Remove CFC compression for wallpapers..
* Remove Adobe Reader.. Foxit reader is perfect for *.pdf files...

This rom is a rebuild of the stock AT&T Fuze ROM. I have added some goodies and changed alot of the graphics thanks to many wonderful people here on XDA. Be sure to stop in and thank them if you like the ROM.
Almost all of the junk has been removed from the rom. I will lighten it up a bit more in the next version.

Several things are installed during customization. Please do not skip the customization.
AT&T users will find it already set up for use. Wait for the connection wizard to pop up and say NO. Then disable it on the next screen.
Non-AT&T users need to let connection setup run to set up your connection.
Radios:
This ROM does not include a radio. This ROM requires a 6.1 Radio. For a list of compatible radios, check out the wiki or Radio Thread.
UC:
This ROM is UC Compatible. If you are not familiar with UC, check out the sleuth's thread for details. PLEASE NOTE: UC runs automatically after Customization finishes, so it is normal to see the progress bar restart several times Your phone will automatically reset after a few seconds.

Want higher volume?
I incorporated a slight volume increase in the rom. If its still not loud enough for you then unzip the audiopara3.zip file and use total commander or resco to copy this file into windows folder overwriting the old one. It will drastically increase volume. You will not be able to turn your device clear up
I am not responsible if you play your device too loud.
If you decide you dont like it just delete it and your device will revert to the old one.
The original file was created by Jscepi2005 I just edited a few things
ADD SCROLLING IN MOST APPS VIA SMART TOUCH SCROLL WHEEL
Install the rre scroll cab below. After installation you MUST POWER OFF AND BACK ON.
Do not reset. Hold the power button and power off.
After restart install diamond tweak. Open diamond tweak and turn on any programs that scrolling is not enabled in. Reset
Once you restart you can now scroll in most apps with the scroll wheel.
Diamond tweak will also let you change some options that advanced config will not

1. It's VERY quick. I've been running ROMeOS and this is way quicker...
2. Love the colorful icons in the topbar
3. Don't love the humongous fonts
Other than that it's AWESOME !!!

1. Thanks! I havent applied any speed tweaks yet I will do that in the next version. It should only get faster.
2. That was Massies work. He was just kind enough to let me borrow it for my rom.
3. The fonts can be turned off in advanced config. Change the setting to normal for menus. I will adjust this in the next version when I add a custom advanced config xml to run in customization.
The stuff mentioned in PM:
The weather database in french will be fixed in the next version. I found that VERY annoying as well lol. I just created a new country in english, exited, went back in and created a custom city. It then worked fine.
I had no issues with customization hanging or with starting in airplane mode. I will look into it though.
I also noted the opera start screen with no logo. I want to change versions but I also want it to work with flash 3.1. I plan to update this in the next version.
The PTT button actually does start PTT still. The dialer has a dependancy on PTT so until I figure out how to remove it and not break the dialer I have to leave it in the rom. I am hoping NATF will share his secret on how he removed it.

In the Weather tab I could not find the United States. I was looking for New York City and other U.S. locations. Thanks. It also appears as though the list of the countries is not in English.
The Diamond Dialer Skin CAB, for the Fuze, is the link right under the pictures right? the one that says "Dialer Beta with contacts fix" ???
Also, what do u mean by "It also should be completely uninstallable." Are u saying that i CAN NOT uninstall it?
And, can i add the Dialer without flashing ur Rom?

This ROM is loaded with stuff, but incredibly responsive. I like I like
FM Radio.

try to install another version of the weather editor over it, see what u come up with. I actually had to do that today. Freaked me out at first..but worked just fine after the fact.

It should work on any rom and It should uninstall. In rare instances some cabs have issues. If so its 25 files that could easily be removed by hand.

I used after the Stock Rom only RomeOs´s German ROM which are really Great, stable and fast.
Last night I flashed the s4dOS 0.5.0 it seems to work great too. Very good GSM/GPRS radio reception (with RADIO 1.11.25.01). GPS work without any Problem which I never had. (alway GPS fix in 5-10 secs).
The Battery stand stays by 100% from 04:00 till 12:15 (ok the Phone didnt be used in this time )
So i think it is another great german ROM, I will post if I find any Problem.

I curently using Da G's simple ROM Kitchen have Problems setting up a Bepe Kitchen for my Raphael! mine for Kaiser works fine...

No, but you can disable the Delivery Report under Messaging->Menü->Optionen->SMS/MMS->Hacken bei Übermittlung der Nachricht bestätigen enfernen

Don't know why you want the stock Delivery Report, but i make it uninstallable in the next release

Observations so far, mainly details or personal preferences:
Messener is spelled Messenger, not Messanger
PocketRAR is Freeware and considerably more powerful than ZIP, eg: it can do RAR and not only ZIP
ROMeOS had the ATI driver implemented, it seems to me the device performed better with the ATI driver (scrolling in programs, opening enlarged start menu and maybe scrolling in Manila) but could be placebo
Love it that you didnt include Total Commander, I always use Resco and never TC and it always got in my way
IMHO Sprachrecorder is not really a part of Office It's rather Zubehör
You could consider putting Kamera and Album (mainly Kamera) in the startmenu since the Touch Pro lacks a dedicated camera button
Ugh... I would describe the usability of the calculators looks as... well... lets call it mühsam

Integrating mUn's Manila mod to have Manila put the same background on all tabs wouldnt be bad either
Somehow Resco Explorer refuses to accept that I associated ZIP and RAR files with PocketRAR which I like better than Rescos integrated compression but Resco's compresison settings are not changeable in the options dialog
There is an enlarged start menu in German which has green highlight effects, would fit a little better colorwise (and which also is enlarged when the screen is rotated)
Opera Mobiles spashscreen sticks to the very top left corner instead of appearing in the center of the screen
Thats it for now. As I said, mainly personal precerences but I hope theres one or the other thing you might consider or find useful yourself.
I'll report back with more once I get further playing with the ROM...

I have a problem with the comm manager and wifi tho. Does not work. I can enable wifi through settings and wifi, but not the comm manager.
Decent enough on the battery and excellent on performance/response. I got 10% down in night (12 hrs) on 3G/H with Live Email check every 2 hrs. Usage during the day I got 5% down in 4 hrs with 4 calls, 1 sms & the email check of course. I am sure it will be excellent on just GSM.

I'm still working on the new version, 'cause I found some serious bugs in the 23003 OS Build.
You can change the Start Menu Grid. Unpack the attached file and copy it into the Windows directory!

CHT based ROMs
Sense 2.5.2012 + CHT - This build is the Recommended build. It is based on Sense 2.5.2012, which has passed the test of time, and most of the bugs have been fixed. This build includes Cookie's Home Tab 1.8.5 and CHT Editor 1.8.5.1. This build is CFC Compressed to save space.
Sense 2.5.2016 + CHT - This build is based on Sense 2.5.2016, the latest and greatest build of sense. However, the Twitter tab and Stocks tab are not ported, so I used the 2012 version of these tabs. MaxSense based ROMs
Sense 2.5.2012 + MaxSense - This ROM includes Sense 2.5.2012, which is pretty stable, and the MaxSense Modification.
The MaxSense description as on the MaxSense Thread:
"MaxSense is based on Manila/Sense 2.5. Unlike the original setup, MaxSense offers you total freedom to re-design your Home layout. All objects are now widget based and there are many customization options available to make your phone truly looks the way you want it. With full screen features and multiple screens, these allow you real estates to put things on the screen which were never possible. The UI design in such a way that it gives you access to the things you use frequently within a touch or scroll. I can go on forever but below summary of the features will bring to light what is there to offer."

Plain Sense 2.5 ROMs
Sense 2.5.2012 - This ROM is based on the Time-Tested 2012 build of Sense 2.5. It is rather stable, and is skinned for MonaROM. Select this option if you would like to apply other modifications. This ROM is CFC Compressed.

Roms With XDAndroid
Sense 2.5.2012 + XDAndroid + CHT - This build is the most unique. The MonaROM Android build is the only ROM that includes an easy to install XDAndroid ROM with a device selection screen on the first boot. It's So easy! (Even a cave man can do it . All you have to do is flash the ROM, wait for MonaROM Customization to begin, and Select your device at the Device Selection Screen. Then wait until customization is complete, and press Start > Android > Android and XDAndroid will boot!

VERY EASY INSTALL!
Instructions
1) Download and Flash the XDAndroid rom
2) On the first boot, Customization will ask you which device you have. SELECT THE CORRECT DEVICE!!!
3) Customization will take about 5 minutes. DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR DEVICE UNTIL AFTER SENSE LOADS!!!
4) Tap Start > Android > Android, and android will boot up. If it seems to freeze or has any errors, reboot your phone and try again.
5) There ya go! All Done!!!
I have tested this out many times. IT DOES WORK. It just takes some persistance.

Trojan Virus.
I just downloaded RC4 and a Trojan Virus was detected by my computer. It was in the Wrapper/RUU. Fortunately for me my security protection caught and quarantined it. I've since deleted everything.
Maybe you need to check this out because it may stop alot of people trying your ROM out. I don't know what else to suggest but maybe other people may not be as lucky.

How to get live services working:
-hd7 reg-keys cooked in
-you need a valid serial code from microsoft
-you can enter the serial manually or install via other methods
Known bugs (only hd2 wp7 port related, in all custom roms):
-wrong battery state display (displays wrong amount)

-low mic recording volume incall and with voice recorders. also video recording volume.
(the fix that some cooks use makes sound loud but very crappy, cotulla works on solution)
-BT music playback causes freeze (but it also fries your brain so just use wired headset )
-caller on other side can't hear you when headphones plugged in (headset should work)

hints to save battery:

how to hard-reset wp7: vol up & vol down after magldr boot wp7
for big wp7 roms (part04.bin in data.zip >290mb)
i advise to enable "use last 24mb or nand" before flashing in magldr->services
the first radio rom is very important for WM & WP7.
use tmous 2.15 radio on tmous hd2
use htc 2.15 radio on htc hd2
to flash/change wm radio rom (hspl needed to flash radio rom independent):
put radio rom in root of sdcard (had problems with cards above 8gb; named leoimg.nbh)
boot into hspl (vol down before magldr) and confirm flashing of radio.
a more easy variant is to connect usb in hspl mode and flash with leoadvancedruu
wm radio roms can be found here:

to change wp7 rom's radio rom:
replace part00.bin in data.zip of your wp7 rom and reflash data.zip (magldr->flash mode)
*if you have htc hd2 with stock rom (3.14.40X.X with spl3.03), you need to flash 1.66 rom from sdcard first.
place 1.66 rom as leoimg.nbh on sdcard and boot into spl (vol down on boot).
confirm installation of 1.66 stock rom. then you will be ready to install hspl 2.08.
**second bootsplash is displayed after magldr.
some custom roms change your bootsplash (no custom roms should touch them imo)
you can find some bootsplashes in my wm rom thread (hd2).
they can also be created with barins splashtool and osb7 nbh generator.
they can be flashed with sdcard method or with leoadvancedruu.

I flashed your rom and then the xboxmod one but it blocks on DFT screen and can't start...before flashing yours (i was using xboxmod) it was working well...what can i do?? I tried with a task 29 too...
