hi, the hero plays flash in the browser. Is there a way playing flv files from the sd card?

ok brought a 256mb sd card and put a few video clips on and mp3's but dont know how to access them from the xda, any ideas or am i thinck and missing the very obvious
LOOK UNDER FILE EXPLORER, UNDER STORAGE CARD, THEN LOOK IN EACH FOLDER, UNLESS U KNOW WERE U SAVED THEM.

i tryed 2 programs to play video (divx .avi is say)
i downoaded BSplayer but can not play the movie when try the program closes
vedeo decoding mode is on auto and decoding mode on hardware (system).
tryed other settings but cant get it ot work.
has someone a idea? it keepd coming with error and program closes
Now also installed dice player. here the files show with a litle lock what can i do?

I tryed to copy onen.avi file to the internal memory but unfortunallynsame resuktnwhen try to play.

Found out some. Copied from pc to interal memmory and the avi plays nice. Above first copy was from the micro sd card to internal so it seems the sd card or format of the card.
The card is a kingston 32 gb class 4 and hd is mentioned. I formatted it in the pc.
Nobody has any idea?
I use Act1 to play videos. Some .avi's work, some don't. Not sure why.

where are the playlists that i save with the integrated player?
ask this because i have lost all my playlist simply changing my sd (probabily it have see that in the new sd are not the songs and have delete the playlists..) but if i put songs in the sd and copy the bkp of playlists... it can work... or not?

So im trying to put some mkv movies on my sd card for my galaxy note , and when the process is finished , my phone tells me to format my sd card.
Why's this? and do i need to convert them or something ?
When I download things such as music or videos, then try to transfer them to the sd card, I can't replay most of em. Is this a phone issue or sd? I know the 1st step is to reformat and try again- what should I reformat to? Exfat?
Try downloading MX video player see if that plays them? I would always format the card in the phone.
