My friend Venuva in TOPAZ Forum, for a long time was suggesting me to build a rom for him, well when i have finally build a rom for him then why not publish it as well. So he being the tester and i being the chef have decided to bring this popular and successful series to TOPAZ. Hope you guys like it.

A. Its personal choice but i personally use 4.47.25.21.
Q. Why there is no TaskManager?
A. Either i include showcase TaskMgr or HTC TaskMgr. Both these have invisible taskbar menu icons. All you need to do is click on top right corner and you'll get the respective menus.
Q. How does the new Showcase Taskmanager works?
A. Its a must and cool replacement of old HTC taskmanager. Developed by amarulla. On presing the top roght corner of taskbar, you'll see the option there itself. Keep you finger on the screen and drag to the option you want(OK, X and Taskmanager Menu)
Q. Am not able to transfer files thru Bluetooth in Resco Explorer?
A. Basically resco doesnt supports the new bluetooth stacks in our devices so the bluetooth function doesnt work directly.
But the trick is that instead of clicking on send to bluetooth, click on send to infrared recipient, this will activate the M$ beam and send files via Bluetooth only. So no issues. This method and tweak was listed on Resco website.
Q. Where is ICR Recording?
A. ICR is removed and a common record option will be seen in the call menu in both wm dialer as well as htc dialer, the recordings will be saved in notes in main memory. and ca be viewed by notes application.
Q. Hows the Battery BackUp?
A. It is good enough with TFlo3D 2 and best with Titanium and wm Dialer. Keep 3G off when not using.

actually venuva found a few major bugs which i'v almost solved. so soon will be posting the rom.
Ahen T6a - TFlo is Upped
TFlo version is upped, Titanium version to go.
Network here is bad and frequently gets disconnected so might take lil time.

actually i got my hands on the att manila 2.1, so changed its grafix n made it look different. maybe thats why no calendar n that at&t thing.
i'll have to find a basic manila 2.1 to solve thins.

jus go to settings system and uninstall it from remove programs. whats messy? the battery increments?

After two days of use the only bug I found is the disappearance of the calendar tab and messages tab.
I also noticed a delay in opening programs tab but this is probably due to the many applications that do exist.
The rest all ok, very nice graphically.

NEED A NEW CO-CHEF: The Kitchen i have only has some minor issue so if there is someone who has a faster net connection and can stay online with me for an hour or 2 on yahoo or msn so that i can run the kitchen on his system and rectify the issue. then its gonna be gr8.

Well its getting more professional work now. Am planning to expand my work and developments with my new releases. i have just done personal roms. and never used manila 2 or finger keyboard cooked it.
only recently i got fond of fingerkeyboard. and there is special way how to package finger keyboard. 12AON helped me with his package.
also i had cooked in manila but there was prob launching it caus i had forgotten adding touch flo package.
its solved now.
i'll be release my rom with as many suggestions possible till the release of official 5.11. once its release i'll b releasin mine.

UC2 is universally known. but sUC is a mortscript based user customisation.
in this you have to jus create cab & cabi folders in storage card.
cab refers to installing to internal memory and cabi refers to storage card.
put in the cabs to your respective required folders. and upon 2nd boot, it installs all those applications.

This is an HTC Raphael ROM, based on Windows Mobile 6.5. The current build number and date can be seen in the title of this thread.
I always build my ROMs with three main goals.
Eye candy.
Speed!
Smoothness, consistency and good esthetics.
I preconfigure a lot of things in my ROM, because when I flash it on my phone, I want it ready to go, how I'd want it. So, expect the backlight to be set at the maximum brightness, the ringtone, sms/email and other notifications to already be set.
You will find a new ROM posted here every few days, as I always update them with the latest "ingredients" that come down the pipe, from either Microsoft or HTC. Because of that, I recommend learning to backup your settings with either Sashimi or UC (User Customization).
If you own a Touch PRO, use the "Keyboard Selector" application under Utilities > Tweaks (after you flash the ROM) to select the "Pro" keyboard layout. The ROM comes with the Fuze layout enabled by default.
I usually make 4 versions of the ROM. If you don't see one in the download directory, it either means I haven't uploaded it OR I'm not making one for the current release yet.
Here are the different versions and what they mean.
"Standard" includes the new TF3D2 (Rhodium Manila) along with the standard Windows Mobile 6.5 today plugin(Tianium)
"Titanium" only includes the Titanium today plugin. No Manila in this version.
"OldManila" includes the older TF3D Manila (as seen on a stock ROM), plus Titanium.
"Plain" is a build without manila nor Titanium.

This build currently uses the RILPHONE.DLL from the latest ATT 5.11 release, along with all the 5.11 version drivers. I recommend using 1.14.25.05 for a radio, for best performance with this ROM.

- If you want to disable the Tachi Dialer and use the WM dialer please use the cab I posted two posts below.

So, the 1.14.25.35 radio, or any earlier radios would most definitely produce worse performance? I only ask because I was under the impression that 1.14.25.05 was a joke of a radio and not worth using.

I Posted a suggestion on ur Newest old thread before realizing u had a new ROM released based on the newest build. But the suggestion still applies.
the action screen skin in the attachement would be great for ur Rom theme. Cab included.
Sorry, I forgot who gets credit for this.
In addition, This is really nothing just a personal taste, would it be possible to label the cabs but the application being installed during the first setup instead of 1.cab 2.cab 3.cab 4.cab 5.cab? I kinda like to see during the installation what items are being installed.

No, the man had just said that the rilphone.dll from this ROM is for radio 1.14.25.05. If you use a different radio, you can change the rilphone to one compatible to you.
I"ve Loaded up this ROM and right now its working FLAWLESSLY except... lol

Bugfix : When you get a call While txting the Dialer doesn't show up... but if you toggle in and out of landscape mode than the Dialer and Caller ID will Show up to reveal who the caller is....
BugFix : I am Sure you already know this or they are still looking for a fix for this but inserting MMS , Voice notes are Still grayed out if ur trying to do it in an Already exsisting threaded txt....
Bugfix : When you try to sort pictures or anything in the file explorer or when you are trying to Sort by "DATE" , "NAME" , or "Size" the drop down menu takes forever and is Distorted with no color or Background. When you press ur selection it does nothing and if you use the Hard Keys to Direct it and hit enter the Camera app pops up....

I flashed the same 2 hours ago (from the EU server) and had no problems what so ever.
Try a hard reset. If no good, try flashing a stock ROM and then this one again.

[HOW TO USE] Are you a noob? Don't know how to use this? So read this thread carefully : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=448008
[COMPATIBLE DEVICES] This ROM is compatible with GSM Raphael only. If your device is HTC Touch Pro or AT&T Fuze, you can use it. Other device (such as Sprint Touch Pro) cannot use this because this ROM doesn't support CDMA.
[AFTER FLASH] It's highly recommended to do a Hard Reset just right after flashing NBH file to the device.
[DEAD BOOT] Sometimes maybe boot process stop or first boot customization hang without any progresses. This is not related to ROM bugs, it happens sometimes because of some reasons. If that happened to you, just Hard Reset your device and try again.
[KEYBOARD LAYOUT] Default keyboard layout is set for HTC Touch Pro. If you have AT&T Fuze, switch your layout via Keyboard Selector and soft reset you device. Keyboard Selector app is located in "Start Menu > System Tools > Keyboard Selector"
[SENSE LOCAL LANGUAGE] You can change your Sense language to your local language by editing "CurLang" in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\MUI , Set you local language code for it. (find your local code here)
[UC] If you want to use SDConfig.txt to install your CABs and apply your customizations, please read this post before doing it.
[TASK MANAGING] You can manage all your running apps, processes and etc easily. For more information read this post.
[Opera Bookmarks] If you want to backup your opera bookmars, read this post for instruction.
FAQ[Q:Sense Clock] Everytime I go to Sense home, Clock is changed to another time and flips to correct time. What' the problem?
[A] It's not a bug or problem. It's HTC Sense effect of home tab. Don't worry about it! If you don't like it, You can disable it. Read Here.
[Q:Sense Messaging] When I'm reading a message in Messages tab, I can't go back to Sense. Actually there's no back button. What should I do?
[A] It's because of incomplete HTC Sense port. Use End Key to go back to Sense Home Tab. (until developers fix that)
[Q: Sense Landscape] When I slide out hardware keyboard or rotate screen via app, all things goes to black and I can't use Sense. What's the problem?
[A] HTC Sense doesn't support landscape. It's not related to this ROM, it's because of Sense design and HTC's fault. You can use Photos and Music tabs in landscape mode only.
[Q: Sense .... Bug] Why I have .... bug in .... in Sense?!
[A] Because HTC Sense is NOT ported completely to VGA yet and it have many bugs and issues still. Please don't count them in TAEL ROM bugs. Be patient and wait for developers to fix them.
[Q: Phone Dialer] How is the Leo/Tachi/Rhodium dialer?
[A] See screen shots in post #1228 . (if you want video call support, choose Rhodium dialer).
[Q: Sense Default Wallpaper] How can I change my wallpaper to default black with weather in Sense?
[A] You should modify your registry entries manually. Read this post. (it's a bug of VGA sense)

I don`t konw how to use PocketRar in the rom.
The first time in using PocketRar,I can`t find the "OK" to set the Pocketrar.
Can anybody tell me how?
I found some bug for this rom.
- in command manager not have the 3G function (use AdConfigutation 3.3 to turn on it, but still cant)
- Can't go to the phone option, so cant change 3G to GSM (it is disadvantages for people those still uses GSM)
- in the dialpad have 1 long scroll on the right side (i dont know this is ur wants or bug, but it is a bit not necessary)
Overall, this rom's speed is very good, ram free also high...
I very appreciate if u can fix these bug above...

Just hit the hardware Back button on the device. it is a problem with the code not the Rom , it happens on alot of them.

Follow this trail : Start menu -> Settings -> Connections -> Comm Manager ->
Phone -> Band (Change baseband) -> Network Type -> GSM
Is this what you mean? Hope that helps ...

I have the same Rom running in my TD2. But i have some issues
1. When i click the power button it takes 2-3 seconds before the lock screen appears
2. The left and right slider icon is missing
3. The memory utilization is anything between 75% - 84%
4. The performance is degraded
5. Once i unlock, in the home screen the time flashes back 1 hour and resets to the current time
6. After unlock it takes 2 - 3 seconds for home screen to appear
Please help, if you have any fix.

Maybe Facebook Tab (Developement is still atm), no eReader - or Document Tab to slow on our Device.
For your Prob with Opera, didn't you read the README, provided in Downloadpackage Look inside "_Install" Folder, there is a Cab for Opera - Localisation. After installing this Opera will work fine.

Okay thanks I thought those were for SD card flashes.
Maybe Install Opera Mobile 10 in the next version release
For me this ROM is not working as expected;
Various problems encountered, some listed are;
No screen timeout - backlight stays on.
The Hardware windows key does not function.
and some screen shadowing when using the START button (top left).

As you can read and see in first Post, MS Startmenu is disabled to get 30 MB more free Ram. When you tab on the Startbutton, XTask Startmenu replacement will popup, like in your Screenshot. To reach Systemsettings tab on "Control" in this popup, to change XTask Settings tab on the white Arrow.

Disregarding that matter - what about the other issues I found? No screen time-out and the Windows key (hardware button not functioning correctly). is anyone else having/reporting these issues?
Your ROM has been flashed several times but the issues are still there.

Hey Marc,
The Windows Key is programmed to trigger the start button on the stock ROM.
As the start button is not enabled, it does not lead to anywhere.
Maybe in the next release it could be programmed to a page... For now,
you can download a mod that lets you customize that.
To confirm with you, I have screen timeout, it's set in the "setting -> Sound & Display -> Backlight" (Setting this worked for me)

You could consider skinning the TouchFlo player and the bottom scroll bar with the metro theme as well like in the image attached. It looks pretty clean and matching

For the Backlight i have no idea, maybe a third party app cause the problem.
