Hi, I have purchased a Softbank X01HTC 3G model pn 14-Aug-07 from Japan. It is locked by the software carrier. Please let me know the exact procedure how to unlock it to use other subscribers SIM card or use it in other countries. I have installed English OS (windows 5) and the details of the hardware are as below. Please suggest or send the unlock zip

I'm new to this so please be gentle with me.
I bought a O2 XDA II so that I could unlock it to use on T-Mobile.
I tried using the XDA Unlocker and but the program says that the XDA is already unlocked. However when I put me T-Mobile sim into it, I get a SIMLOCK message which tells me to enter the unlock code.
PLEASE HELP.

I have used xda2unlock-setup-v2.2.exe and all the problems are resolved. I can now use my T-Mobile sim on my XDA II. Priviously I was using the old hard reset method.

I get unlock my T-Mobile PDA(siemens sx56) using XDATools by writing *.nbf file into sdcard. It`s nice. But When I insert my sim card, it can`t find any network services. Plz give me a solution for this as soon as possible.
My old system configuration is:
ROM : 4.01.16 Eng
Date : 2/4/04
Radio : 6.18.00
Protocol : 324e4
I changed my new system configuration to:
ROM : 3.17.03 Eng
Date : 5/15/03
Radio : 6.18.00
Protocol : 324e4
Is there any need to change my radio version?

Hello I have a XDA2 (QTEK2020) locked with ONE AUSTRIA i tried to unlock it with XDA2UNLOCK but the Software means your phone is already unlocked ..... but after the next reboot the message network is locked !?!?!
Now installed:

are you sure you are taking the right steps to unlock it ??
you are suppose to copy xda2unlock-v2.2.exe on to your device and then run it after that it provides all the information.....
and by "but the Software means" what do you mean ?? do you mean that after running the tool it says phone already unlocked ???

how do i know if its 900/1800 or 900/1900 version
it was at&t
I think at&t just has 900/1900 devices.....
Check the rear sticker of you´re device.
If it´s a PW10A then 900/1800, if it´s a PW10B than it´s a 900/1900.
Do not trust the output of the os....

I do not know what for network bands you in pakistan.
PW10B-Devices just support 900MHz and 1900Mhz.
Maybe this is your problem.....

In pakistan network bands is 900mhz and 1800mhz.
You can try this one:

But pay attention. Entering Bootloader causes a hard reset. All data on the device will be lost.
