Here my Extended Menu Tool , this tool can help u easy setting manila menu in Manila 2.0 and 2.1 version

not have VGA device for try , but i think it works for VGA device too

Old Start menu ?
U mean Standard menu WM6.5 ?
If true , just disable options 2,3
U should have it already

great tool i tried it on vga just now, only had two options so i installed the enlarged start menu cab and it jumbled my start menu all up any suggestions? im using manila 2.1 and build 23016.

No, as you can see on the screenshot, it's only for TF3D.

please, how can I add items such as: home, people, calendar, settings into HTC start menu??? I cant find them in the program list, so I dont know how to add them as the shortcut. Thx for your reply.
