Getting my TP2 tomorrow, but really wondering about this...
Seeing pictures of the leather 'case' that comes with the TP2 elsewhere than in the US, is it the same case without belt clip in the T-Mo US TP2?
If it is, I want to be ready when I pick up my phone to get a belt clip equipped case as well.
Yeah man... the US tp2 comes with a gay looking leather case that has no belt clip. It looks like you have a man purse imo

You guys weren't lying -- that thing is pathetic. I don't know what the heck HTC was thinking when they packaged that.
The T-Mobile guy was also full of crap when he said they had one with a belt clip. Looks like I'll be doing some shopping online.

yes the cases htc give are always junk. i like the bodyguardz skin cases simply because the phone is already kinda thick and it does protect the phone. kinda of a pain to put on but after my 4th attempt throughout the years i think i did my best on the touch pro 2.
nko, does the screen protector part feel rubbery and make the touch screen a little less sensitive? I know it is like that with the Zagg on my friend's iPhone.
Got this hard thick rubberized case at the tmo store. It comes with a snap in/out belt clip if wanted. Seems to fit tp2 very well, and leaves accessible all need openings.
I just used the belt clip that came with my Wing. Fits like a glove!

i am still using the case my dash came with for my tp2, it fits.
I just bought me a $5 case with belt clip. I just have to cut a hole for the ear jack. I'm not spending $10+ for a case

Yeah, I think I'm just gonna use the belt clip case that came with my Hermes. It's just a little longer but it fits for now.

This is a very delicate process for me. It's a balance between too bulky and too little protection. I want it to be able to survive it's first dreaded drop without cracking the case. I may just try to use both of them at the same time. When I'm doing physical work, I'll put the rubber case on, and when I'm at the desk, just have it out with the clear protector. I just wonder if you can clip on the rubber housing over the clear protector. The perfect thing for me would be to just have a rubber skin that slides over the whole body of the phone because I don't slide the keyboard out much anyway. That way it could be protected when I'm on the move and I can easily take it off when not.

The loops on the back will secure the phone to you if you're moving around but the clip may sag overtime though. I know I'll be replacing it eventually. The HTC OEM cases are much better, but no loops. There's never a perfect solution.
BTW: Does anyone know if the rubber case from the Touch HD will fit?

I'm looking for a good tough case that has a belt clip like an Otterbox defender.
There doesn't seem to be anything out there. Currently I'm using a horizontal leather case, but easier access and some better degree of protection is what I'm looking for.
Any ideas?

I'm also looking for such a case. Maybe something that also could be fastened on the car dash in some way.
So as the thread says I need something does all of the above, preferably without being too much as I have to buy 20 sets when I'm all done so cheaper is better. Case needs to fit the phone with an extended battery and then needs to be able to fit a belt clip. Not sure if someone is selling cutout cheapo gel cases that would work or what. Just need some options.
I have found Sedio as the only option for a case that covers the extended battery, but I do not know if it will still work in a belt clip. Has to be a clip, holsters will not work. Anyone know of options for me? I've been looking and looking but not found anything so far anyway. Thanks all.

I have the white Evo LTE - I picked the white because I really like the way it looks with the silver.
DILEMMA: I like the slimness of the TPU cases, but I also like using a belt clip when I'm out and about.
Have any of you come across a belt clip that will work well with a TPU case, like the Cruzerlites, and be a good fit?

It came with a nice hard shell case but my evo and my tpu case fit in perfectly too so I keep using my tpu in the holster instead of the hard case.

Yeah I think if you get a holster that comes with a hard case or is designed to work with a case it will fit. My Seidio holster is compatible with a tpu case even though it came with a hard case.

You know, I didn't even really think of that. I wasn't sure a production clip would be compatible. Off to my local store to find one!
I've been searching on and off for weeks and I cannot find a correctly sized vertical belt case for the S8. I have actually bought three such cases, non of which (despite the product descriptions) fits the S8 correctly. In fact, all are far too big for the phone. I used to buy Suncases for my phones, but they don't do one for the S8 as far as I can see.
PDair do one but it's open-topped and I prefer a closable flap over the top of the phone. Also the PDair one has a belt clip and I find a belt loop much more secure (ask me how I know this!).
Can anyone recommend a well-fitting S8 vertical belt case to me please?
