English:
This is the same build as dancer_69's first post, but it is in 0413 Dutch Netherlands with all of original Iolite's OEMs (also in 0413 Dutch Netherlands), not the HTC Mega ones.
This is basically your Iolite ROM with just an updated OS to WM 6.5.

Since I cook the ROM myself, I changed the bootscreen to one of my authorship with my nick in it and I do not allow you to use it or edit it without my consent. Those who don't like it, can do one of two things - either use another ROM or figure it out by themselves. Complaints or questions regarding that will not be answered politely. Credits go to ME. If you want your name in it, build your own damn ROM.
Useful software for your Iolite here.
TF2D or Manila2D included and working like a charm.

Inherent Windows Mobile bugs:
1- When you start your device, the Messaging application will start in a weird way. You can tell by seeing an "X" where the Task Manager should be and the Softkeys saying "Messaging" and such. It would appear that the device is frozen. No worries, just click "X". All is good.
2 - "Finger-mouse" not availble for build 23016.
Everything else works like a charm.

Screenshots available - They are in Portuguese 'cause I got lazy and didn't take screenshots of them in English, 'cause I already made this exact same ROM in Portuguese, English, Italian and French before, but I assure you this ROM is in Dutch as well as every single application.

wonder what i did wrong
at the end of customization i get a error
the file:\windows\wm6_ppc_htc_opera9_nl.cab does not exist
and then the phone freezes:S
after a soft reset the phone boots normal
some text is missing for example on the homescreen with touchflo it only shows the icons and not the text calander call history behind it
when i go to settings>system the agps hasnt got any text underneath it and the footprint thingie doesnt show text what it is
the application connection setup doesnt have text under it what it is
when goign over tabs it doesnt show the tab name nderneath the symbol
furthermore it woks grat so far and going to insta some apps
and the most important thing i think i cant enter pincode so i cant make a call or internet on the phone
when i press the green phone button i dont see the numers
i can press somewhere and the number comes but it is invisible
when connecting the phone to usb i see the three buttons but not the text behind it of disk drive.active sync
and other question you downloaded the dutch kitchen and it has some extra apps in it
can you include those in the fixed release?
still repsect that you cooked a dutchrom for me

Correcting...
I didn't replace the initflashfiles.dat
That's what causing the text and numbers issues.
Gonna check on the Opera cab and gonna remove the HTC dialer app. I personally like it there 'cause it's so nice looking, but since it turned out to be a bug, I'll take it out.
Will be good to download in about an hour...

it is a dutch one and the pics from m2d are custimized but he has posted the theme also on xda so you have to search and aply that one

Downloading it now and hope its gowing beter than other rom's (BlueAngel etc.)
Som roms works perfect but the give a time warning and it looks the stop after a week or so.
Or the give a country error.
Som roms hanging after the reboot (on-off + reset) only 3 colorscreen and rom info : HTC Blue Angel D WM6.5_QVGA
My PDA is a Qtek9090 and for 24 ours here, and after ours and ours of testing how to do it (ist my first time to update a rom for a pocket pc).
Download compleet y see, so here whe go again.

welke telefoon heb je want een rom is telefoon gebonden
ik weet neit welke nummer bij welke errors horen maar al die roms die jij noemt zijn niet voor de touch cruise 2
dus zoek eerst uit welke telefoon je heb en laat het mij ffweten via pm dan zal ik je proberen verder te helpen

only two questions
where to find youre m2d theme icons
opend every thread of you and cant find them
and when i egt called it uses one canvas tht i have one slider to slide to left to answer and slide to the right to ignore
i saw there whas a different type of answering with two sliders above eachother
is it possible that i get the other screen for answering phone calls

The only possible way to get the other slider is to remove the phone canvas package, which I didn't do 'cause I forgot... I'll cook and upload a non-HTC phone canvas package ROM today, but not just right now... I'm kind of tired...

first of i want to say u made a kick ass rom for us dutch people
almost everything works like a charm the only thing is i had a couple(about 6) freezes while composing a textmessage the last two days the only way to resolve this was a soft reset
the second thing is that its eating battery(used to get three days and now only 1)
you know something to fix these two things to make the rom perfect
or are you planning to make a iomega for al the languages you now have

I never had issues with messaging service, but I did however find myself running out ouf battery very fast... There were two reasons for this (and none of them had to do with the ROM):
1- 3G was always on, so it drained battery real fast;
2- Since it was a new ROM, I turned the screen on and soft-resetted MUCH MORE than I used to, just to try the ROM out.
My advice to you regarding battery is: try to use it as if nothing new was on your Iolite, 'cause I'm betting you got excited and started trying everything.... At least I did... Not anymore, and I'm getting a 4 to 5 day with moderate use battery lifetime...
Regarding iOmEgA for other languages, I would have to translate or have access to HTC Mega external packages in order to port it... And as I said, it takes up a lot of time translating, recmodding and recompiling everything, so I guess I won't be doing that for any other language than my native one (Portuguese) and English.
You can however find a bunch a guys to translate (I'll teach you how to) and I can recmod and recompile everything correctly and build an iOmEgA Dutch ROM too. And that's about the best I can do.

most of the time i get my blackstone to do things because of the bigger screen and i find that easier
but i will let it go and see what happens
you think in wvga tweak you have powersavings i have it turned on maybe turn that one off?
but send me the files and a tut how to do it and ill translate it t dutch
got nothing else to do the next few days because the exhaust of my car is broken and i have to get it fixed first before i can go somewhere from hillbillyland where i moved to a year ago

I have powersavings turned off, so that might be the case...
The files are the ones in HTC Mega packages... All the ".dll" (if they are modules, you need to use Recmod and turn them into files), all the ".exe" files and all the ".exe.0409.mui" files.
For this you have to use PE Explorer and drag and drop file by file, go to Resources and edit the Strings, Menus and Dialogs from English to Dutch.
After that, you have to rename everything you can find that says "0409" to "0413". For example, if you have a "File.exe.0409.mui" you have to rename it to "File.exe.0413.mui".
So sad to hear about your car... I really hope they don't charge you too much...
Just on a quick note, next Christmas I'm staying over at Nunspeet...
