Please give me the link. The newest radio is not always the best for everyone.
It looks like 4.47.xx radios are better for German users than 4.48.xx
So I would like to add it to the Radio ROM thread.

I downloaded tmous omega rom. But this is just the image and I don't see the flashing software for it? Most roms I have downloaded had the software to flash bundled with the download. Which method do I use to flash this rom? You can just give me the name and I can find the rest on XDA.
