USB Cradle + Extended Battery? - G1 Accessories

I'm looking for a USB Cradle that will accommodate my G1 w/ 2600 mah SEIDO extended battery. There are many cradles on the market, but I haven't found one that accommodates the additional thickness of my phone. If you know of one, please let me know.
A USB cradle that accommodates the extra thickness of my phone AND has an extra charging slot for another 2600 mah battery would be even better.

I would like to hear of one also,
and a case that fits with the extended battery

This one works for me
I got this one about two moths ago, and it's all I need. Sturdy with slot in the back for extra battery. Downsides: LEDs are pretty bright and run 24/7, and it doesn't really like the usb cover/flap. Getting a little flimsy and I'm pretty sure it's gonna fall off in a bit. It's also dirt cheap:

Spare plastic battery hood

Hi,
i would need some spare plastic "hoods" (sorry, i don't know a better english word for this ) that cover battery in the tytn (for cheap).. I would like to try to made a home made "upgrade".. i would also need one (possibly some more) dead battery (i need external plastic cover and contacts, not the battery itself), always for cheap . Anyone could give a link?
Try Ebay, they usually have OEM stuff for sale for a decent price.
I have an extra battery cover
I paid $13 for a new battery cover when my phone came without the little rubber plug on the external antenae port (only to find out, despite asking HTC when I ordered, that the cover did not come with the rubber piece I needed) Now I have an extra battery cover I will never use, since i got the rubber plug from cingular.

best extended batteries

hi, i'm looking for extended batteries that come with replacement back cover for motorola photon
can anybody give me input ?
on how the battery perform
and how good the quality of the replacement back cover ?
actually i'm leaning towards seidio because i've used them in may blackberries and they are good.
and also the other option that i found is
either the cheapo ebay stuff (where i'm afraid about the quality of the battery and the quality of the back cover
and also the Mugen power battery (i found the price is too steep for and extended battery)
so please advice
thank you.
I've been using a TREXCELL 3500 battery from AMAZON.Pricing is in the $20-$25 range & this is definitely a solid choice over SEIDIO.
I get a solid 10 hrs of moderate to heavy use & 14-16 hrs. of light to moderate use w/o re-charging.

No problems with them yet.
Can anyone give a link to a decent external battery charger?

I got 50 Hours with light use on my TREXCELL 3500 mAh =D Favorite battery!
hows the quality of the back cover on trexcell ?
do they feel flimsy ?
I've got both a TREXCELL & INCREDICELL(don't recommend the INCREDICELL).
The battery covers are equal, if not exactly the same.
Care does need to be taken when removing the cover, especially around the kickstand area, as that is the weakest point on the cover due to the contours that are present to accommodate the extended battery thickness.
Not a big deal, or, deal breaker. You can get replacement covers by simply buying an el cheapo extended battery for a few $ on e-Bay, AMAZON, etc.......
SEIDIO will sell the extended battery cover by itself, for $14..95.
You simply just have to call & ask for it, unless SEIDIO has begun listing them on their website.
Anyone ever try the Droid Bionic battery on the Photon? I am thinking about getting it.

hi thanks
this is what i really want
a hyperion battery and a seidio back cover
do they fit ?
why hyperion, cause i've heard good reviews of it on this forum and the seidio battery doesn't get good reviews
and also my friends buy the hyperion battery with the replacement back cover, but thte cover is very bad, he broke the clips within 2 weeks, so i supposed that the seidio back case is supposedly better.
the only question for me now is , are they compatible ?
i mean will the seidio back cover accommodate the hyperion extended battery ?

Extended Battery Case

Short version:
We would like an extended battery case that slips over our EVO LTE like much like a normal case would. This case would however have a USB that plugs into our phone and adds additional battery life. $49.99 will be a good price. Thanks.
P.S. If someone could please link to the site that makes these power packs, that would be great.
Schlong version:
2000 mAh stock battery won't cut it for me. It's big, but not BBC big. I'm use to a big 3500 mAh battery in my OG Hero/Epic 4G.
I need a nice, big, black, thick, powered battery case to go over my unit. This will ensure it's protected and juiced up. Ya, now getting back to the phone....
The thought of carrying around a big power brick to charge my phone is just disgusting and IDK when it became acceptable to XDA users to do this. You didn't do this when you bought your extended battery for your OG Epic 4G. Might as well just bring your charger and plug it in. I do own a 4000 mAh Energizer power brick and it's cool when I go camping or on road trips.......that's it. Not really on road trips because i'll use a cigarette lighter charger. That's much cooler and I get to annoy the driver and passenger as I sit on the floor between them.
I want to charge my phone over night and be set for two days. I need this power. It is not a question of will I use that much. Yes, yes I will. And you will too. We need an extended battery case similar to the Galaxy S II power pack on youtube. Look it up. You will cry out the code for HTC's kernel. Think about it. You know you want it.
Someting like this

Sent from ummm ... Give me a day or two so this can say what we are all wanting.
Yes. That's it. The button on the side is hideous.
Sent from my wife's purple Optimus.
The button on the side is the Micro USB adapter that you are using to charge your phone. No button no charge.
Will
I'm looking for something just like that. Hopefully since HTC is moving towards non-removable batteries more companies will put out these kind of products.
i wouldn't mind a case that has a built in swappable battery, and wireless charging
I want one of these for our new phones!!

Having the plug stuck out like that on the silicone portion of the case scares me. Coming from the OG Evo, I'm experiencing the dead usb port problem, which is caused mostly by USB cords being pulled/weighted (e.g. usb cords in cars pulling from below while on landscape). I almost think that something like this needs to be a two piece hard case that slides together from the sides and prevents any flexing of the plug, otherwise we're going to see something like a user accidentally swiping a hard surface with the plug side of the phone and breaking the usb port. Of course, no interchangeable batteries makes this situation a really tough one.
Might be interested if the case WASN'T Silicone... that **** is horrible. Now, TPU or something better like the material used for the Speck iCrap phones, I'm sold!
Check my thread on the official extended battery request.
Seidio is making one.
Sent from my EVO using Tapatalk 2
There is a case being made by seidio
there is a case like that being made from seidio and slated for a july release.....
well i just saw the seidio power case for the iphone, and im very optomistic based on the design for the battery case that it wont add as much bulk as xpal powerskin would add. http://youtu.be/nlfJmmYjPKU
It looks pretty slim before the silicone is added on.
I assume since this is seidio first battery case that their version for the evo 4g lte will look very similar.

Maxdara 4500 mAH Battery Case

Picked this up because at $27 it is significantly cheaper than the name brand versions that will or are already available for release. You can check it out HERE.
First, this case is 4500 mAH so that is a lot of juice. You can go a pretty long time without having to charge your phone. The case is matte and easy to pop the phone in and out. The led indicators on the back let you know how much power you have and the case is charged with a micro usb cable. The kickstand is also nice because when you're watching movies or youtube, it's pretty convenient to just lean it on a table. The case is also relatively slim...meaning it doesnt have size to the sides, or the top and bottom. It does however make it much thicker due to the large battery.
The negatives, the kickstand seems wobbly and could pop out easily. The case also does not fast charge, nor is it a charger that works in conjunction with your phone. What I mean is, you can't charge your phone by charging the battery pack. They charge separately from each other. In essence this is an external battery pack in a case form factor.
Again, at $27 I thought it was a fair cost considering the price of name brand alternatives, but the small quirks maybe enough to persuade others to use more well known brands.

I bought this too. I was streaming the Laker game from the Time Warner app and the charging couldn't keep up with the phone. Perhaps it would perform better if you aren't actually using the phone.

Isn't that every charging case?
Does the case support fast charging the phone and the case? How hot does it get?

LF zero lemon extended battery cover only

Hi all, I'm looking for extended battery cover made by zero lemon. Possibly with belt clip. If anyone has one that is not used I would like to buy it. I'm based in UK, I have paypal. I would consider other brands too as long as it is as big. I don't need battery itself.
I have new phone now and I would like to use my note 3 as portable SDR receiver. Anker battery started bulging out after 2 years. So my plan is to fit RTL dongle and 5300 Mah battery inside extended battery cover and rig it up antenna keeping setup reasonably small and no wires hanging outside.
Has anyone ever attempted that?
