HI , when i enter to bootloader, my phone(HTC Meor) disconnecting from active sync. Why ? I want to flash an original rom but i cant due thaht problem

Hello everyone, i buy recently TG01 used. I dont know phones history, but, when i insert sim cart into phone, phone doesnt ask me to enter any code or something. Phone constantly trying to catch a network but he cant establish network with the operater. What is the problem. Phone has a winmobile 6.5 manilla software instaled. Could flashing phone with a new ROM be a solution for my problem. The guy who tryied to fix the problem tell me that only solution may be flashing ROM, and than unlocking with code because the guy from whom i buy phone claims that phones is need to unlock. i have a xperia go s27i, and he dont want connect find any mobile network.
i'am trying the rom stock 2.37, 4.0.4, 4.1.2
the phone isn't on the blacklisting
i can put the pin code.
i've made hard reset.
the phone have working one day correctly. and the networks has been lost when i use the walkman.
suddenly ihave a force close, since that probleme i lose the networks.
what do you think ?

whenever i install a custom rom my phone does not show any network other things are working fine.....even imei is also showing without any error.
but there is no prblem in stock rom....what would be the problem help me!!!!!!!

i flashed the phone a second time, and under normal phone setup i dident connect to the internet ore WiFi. and now everything works as it should. even when i connect to WiFi now

i got past the lock but now i got problems with IMIE and Serial number. is this because of the ROM i used ??

since one week my phone doesn't connect to my mobile provider anymore, it says emergency calls all the time. When I restart my phone it requires the pin to unlock it - so my phone detects the SIM also the strength of the signal changes and I can also search for other providers but I can't connect to any of them. I've checked the SIM Card in another phone without problems. I did a reset of the connection settings but without any success.
It's making me crazy because im travelling right now and my mobile is pretty useless also I don't have a PC with me to reflash the ROM...
TWRP is flashed and the phone runs with Fulmics Rom 3.5
edit: after updating to Fulmics Rom 4.0 the mobile connection worked for a few hours but now it's the same problem again. I did a clean flash with a factory reset...
