Protective skin for Htc hero - Hero, G2 Touch Accessories

My brown back cover is suffering from 1 or 2 scratches in 2 months of usage. I normally see Iphone users have hard plastic/silicon/decent looking cases to protect their device. HD2 also has a dedicated one.
Does Hero have something stock from HTC to protect it's covers?
What do you use for decent looking protective covers for the Hero? Pics may help greatly!

htc do a black silicone case but i picked one up for £5 from a small phone shop and its black & dose the job so maybe you should look on the market and local phone shops

Silicone case all the way baby.
Cheap as chips and doesn't look cheap like the floppy old rubber cases we used to use.
I think mine was about £2, £2.50 max (good old ebay). Also came with a free screen protector.
Well worth it.

Same one here, 5$ including shipping - on eBay. Works great, using it 4 months (I think) and there are no signs of material going yellow, or chipping and cracking. Protects very good and isn't bulky!
Also, I see you have Eclair. There is green tint on camera

Ooops,.... Got it wrong,... Not SILICONE, they are the soft floppy ones aren't they,....
I meant GEL case,... Like the photos people have posted.

Mine also covers the volume - I do have 6 though so I can mess around with if I prefer it with or without! (All for £5 inc P+P - Bargain!).
Sorry about the poor quality of the pic - my elf’s camera is not so good!
I like that it provides a bit of a ridge around the screen - My daughter has a tendency to play with my phone and ends up throwing/dropping it on the floor, this helps avoid scratching (I also have a screen protector) It also doesn't add too much width around it, provides better grip, and doesn't muffle sound when on the phone.
Much better than the floppy silicon ones - they are useless, gel all the way!

if she breaks it, i'll get a new one on insurance - but I turst her, although she isn't even 18months! She does like to phone people on it, that is the only downside to these cases, they don't stop that (I should set a lock pattern...)

She phones my fianceé's phone, which is usuall sat underneath. (sorry for going off topic)
I would prefer her not to have my phone, but thats what makes the case a necessity of the case, she can get anywhere I leave it, this way, I don't get it broken, and she brings me it if someone phones me

Yup, I have white, blue, red, pink, purple and black. If i were a girl, I could accessorise to what I was wearing!
