Hello everyone.
I would like to ask you for a favor.I really like these two radio stations (DI.FM & SKY.FM) or these two websites with different internet radio channels.The first one streams all styles of electronic music and the second one all kinds of music...such as 80's,alternative rock,classical music etc....well,this is where I need your help....they have two applications for android:
-DI.FM
di.fm/apps/android/download
-SKY.FM
sky.fm/apps/android/download
Could you please download one or both,install it and try to see if you can make it work?.On my Dell Streak with 2.2 it gets stuck and seems like it is gonna start working or it only works once,after that it does not work any-longer.I have been exchanging emails with the developers and so far they say that it is working on some 2.2 android devices.
I know it could be too much to ask since everyone of us is always busy,but this would be a good idea if you like these styles of music.....there are lots of channels in either app.
So if you install it,or you want to report the bugs to the dev's I will really appreciate it and we can all take advantage of this music.

I use the di.fm app everyday on my streak!! Way more than slacker and sirius xm combined!
The trick is to go into the settings and change the stream format /bandwidth settings from aac to mp3
Btw, search google for idma (international dance music awards) and go vote #18 for di.fm as best electronic radio show!!

I d/l and am trying sky.fm. After changing Basic Bandwidth to the mp3 settings (cellular and wifi), it's working!

Thanks so much for your support and time.I switched those settings as you described and the dev recommended,it is a little better but I can't listen to all of the radio stations yet.
It is very sluggish and laggy on my Streak,even after resetting the whole thing a couple of times.

u should try connected music player from the motorola defy port.. ull never use any other app afterwards

ok. yes, same on my rom- but after a reboot sound cloud works, tunein radio works 1 of 5 trying after boot ....
AND mp4 videoplay?
I think it sone connections problems or nicelly said RADIO problem, because this fix boosts radio and maybe it overboosts some coonections, etc streams and we can't get it work all the time...

yes, maybe. After install and reeboot works the great app free music cloud very good. ... tuneIn works not ........for now, I paused. I have not the skills to adapt the driver, maybe will ffboy or quin solve it ..........

Radio got nothing in mp4 stuff and mp3.
MP4 (and mp3 in 7510 case) are decoded by hardware, Snapdragon QSD8650 allows to decode it by hardware, so we're able to view full 720p in max framerate.
The fail is that mango needs some changes in drivers, but I got it sorted already, just wait.
I found a TG01 with WP7 and they say everything is working 100%

BIG UPDATE: music and videostreams works, but how you wonder, well i had few days observstion... the app for music stream is NEBULA it is a soundcloud music house, electro, dubstep, drum&bass... Second one is (I was shocked) RED BULL TV app that is free on the market same as Nebula!!! I wached live stream, the live show! Well but how? Well youtube, tunein radio, .mp4 playback all usess the High quality sound and video rendering system other words said the nebula and red bull tv plays lower quality video and music so we can play it! I hope I hellped Don't forget to say thanks All was done on my current rom in signature...

It works in its best quality you can check yourself... but that is not HQ or HD so thats why it's working...

Although the phone has no front facing camera, I have attempted to use yahoo messenger and video feed was showing on screen but I'm not sure it I had connected, if live feed would of worked..than again if it does work the only thing is the user on the other side of the conversation only sees what's behind the users reach

yahoo video chat working on my optimus one(non rooted)
with the latest update of ym chat/voice and video plugin from google play finally it worksssssss on my OPTIMUS ONE unlike before.. but the only problem is the tilted video in sideways no matter what angle i position the phone it always tilt sideways.. but the video quality is good.. tried it with my brothers laptop and i was calling from my optimus one..

Is there any dev out there that can take a look at this apk and rip out the network player and keep the local player only?
It is like 2 apps in 1, the network player has broken links to copyrighted material, but the local player is clean and possibly better than the built-in Evo 3D video player.
Admins, delete post if you believe that these kinds of questions are again the TOS. I would call it development and OK, but what do I know...

Saw this in the general forum, thanks to long d.
3DVplayer 2.01 can be found on Google, it plays videos in 3D on the EVO 3D and is said to support at least one new format, that the built in player does not, 3dv.
Tested so far:
EVO 3D vids shot with stock and amaze apps: OK
MP4 from gameloft intro: OK
It has a simple 2d to 3d conversion, puts the 2d vid deeper into the screen, very simple.
It has some sort of support for subtitles.
It also has a separate front end for some Chinese 3d clips, did not stream for me (europe).
Does not work at all, never starts or never logs in to the Chinese servers.
Hilarious Chinese to English interface...
As far as i can Google in Chinese, this is a YouTube 3d clone, with an added local player function.
Cannot find it on Market, but my stock EVO cannot look for Chinese apps anyways.

Running stock EVO 3d, the built in player supports a few 3d formats, 3dvplayer supports more formats. No idea how AOMUISPUIGUIFUJI is helped or affected by that fact.
Just tested an avi file that was in side-by-side 3D HD format.
Does not play in the built-in player.
Plays in 3dvplayer, but in side-by-side 2D format.
The 3D button does not turn on 3D mode and I did not find any other 3D button.

I didn't have any luck on the market either but I found it with a Google search!
I use this player, but it cannot stream files from local resourses? such as laptops in my local wifi network it it could in future, this player become a real preasure for our pnones, it allows to view on phones streaming 3d videos of large file size, which impossible to place on sd card! Or, maybe, this player supports local network streaming and i had not found it?
Hey guys. I went trough a lot Q & A threads (mostly in the optimus 3d and htc evo territory) seeking for a 3d movie player for my TF700 without any success. You can see many network media player boxes based on android like IconBit or Popcorn Hour. Most of them have 3d SBS and the IconBit xds1003d even Real 3D. My question is, wouldn't it be possible to run those "apps" on smartphone/tablets based on android? Its kind of stupid that there is no 3d video player which is able to play at least 720p SBS mkv files, only 3d youtube videos.
