Many thanks for this one, Zubris, it is absolutely the fastest rom I've tested so far. However, there seems to be a few issues (at least for me...):
1. I can't get QuickGPS to work (various versions tested), the file won't run at all, even with SdkCerts.cab installed. Is there a special thing I have to install to get it working?
2. I have established a WLAN connection, however Internet connection gets "lost" every time. Maybe I've missed a point somewhere but with Michyprima's 6.1 rom it worked almost instantly without problems.
3. I'd need some sort of battery icon...please?
If I got any help on those issues I could test the rom further.

It works! and its in a cab! Works in opera, youtube, google videos, some basic flash games!
For it to work:
*Opera and flash need to be installed in the SAME place (main memory or SD card)
*Be using the newest Opera Build, 1938 ( Upgrade cab here)
*Have WM6.1 Core 20000+ (Some 19000+ builds work, and some WM6 work, but it seems to be a bit unreliable - WM5 will not work atm)
*Do NOT Use the official beta, it DOES NOT WORK
*Remove all other version of flash first, it will not work if they are installed/cooked into your rom
Other:
*If you want to uninstal it, its called Anryl My Mobile Application
*This does not seem to work with IE
*This will NOT work with opera Mini
*This does not seem to work on netfront
*The Null keyboard cab attached is to deal with the problem with the virtual keyboard poping up when you click on a flash vid, its a bit messy but works for the time being.
*Wont work with WM standard untill there is a version of opera 9.5 for it. (unless there is?)
*Seems in some cases you need to hard reset before it will work, try both cabs first though.

works great with udk diamond r8 on polaris using Opera 9.5 Build 1938, youtube takes a while to load but plays the movie smoothly
It doesn't work here. I get a white plane on the place where flash is used.
It is trying though, holding the plane brings up a flashlite pop up.

not working for me, i have a sprint touch 6.1 running opera 1938
looks like that the flash was made woth some specific settings that makes it work on the hermes

upd: i looked into cab,damn, no external exe, it is just IE enhancenent...
need to test it.
It's my last ROM before the HKCEE examination end. The version of the ROM is 5.2.21041 (Build 21042.1.6.1) which is from the latest official ROM of HTC Topaz. I build it for my own usage, but it's actually not very different from my other ROMs. Besides the scrolling function, I also updated the Core Engine of Adobe Reader LE 2.5 and the Windows Live for Windows Mobile client. For the Java programs, I made three versions of this ROM with/without different Java MIDlet Managers. Those two version of Java programs are both the latest(try it and you'll find the treasures).
Just try it, I hope you'll feel good with it. It's a ROM for those who aren't satisfied with WM6.5 at the moment.

I didn't change the size of pagepool, so it's still 8 MB.
I'll make a non-jbed version if I've time. A Jblend version will also be created if someone need it(please tell me tonight as I won't use PC from tomorrow till the examination finishes).

I AM using this ROM.
my 3g not working.. when i go to 3g area,i cannot call out/call in,sms and so on.. i can see my 3g icon different from normal icon.i think it is not 3.5g icon bcoz im not in 3.5 area.
when im using pdaviet rom,my 3g icon was normal.maybe it is a bug?
a Version of this ROM without all the OEM Stuff would be great... like all that O2 Stuff you know ?

...I dunno this 'cause I use 2.75G(EDGE) only. Is this icon turn into black in colour?

That's the sign of roaming... I dunno know why 'cause this often happenes on my device either, but quickly disappears...

Your request is so special man! Many Atom Life users want the OEM softwares, but you want me to remove the MWG softwares... I can't see a reason for me to do that, mate.
But if I cook WM6.5 in the future, I'll remove the Setup Wizard as I think something may be conflicted...
nice rom, i flashed this ROM and found:
- activesync always run. end with task manager, but active again after minutes
- email icon in inbox massaging with attachment and not is no different.

As previously stated is very fast; but has two importand disadvantages:
1- No SD or HDSD support
2- No Comm Manager
I tried to install Cotulla drivers for HDSD... no success.
Also tried intall HTC COMM Mannager... same result.
Unsuccessful installation message say:
"The program setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permisions"
I think is a nice job... will need some fix but when done will be an exellent ROM.

Considerations: The Lite version its really clean giving you the opportunity customize your phone installing whatever you want. Do not expect pretty diallers, Dshow, FSP, .... Maybe with your help we can define installation packs.
Memory Stats after install: Storage in use is 2.74Mb and the Program in use is ~30.5Mb (Need update... i will post photos as soon as possible)
Known Issue:

It seems to be an issue with WM6.5 Flash packages, IE crashes too when there's a flash video on a web page...
I tried to use "old" 21051 packages : browsers don't crash anymore but no animation playing...

Do you mean you see weird icons in Explorer ? (or Total Commander) If so, just replace gwes.exe by 23001 one and everything will be fixed

Hi reverse, this ROM does not have any keyboard installed. You can install the one you need.

Yes actually I found that post one or two weeks ago and sounded really interesting... I tried to put it on my ROM but no luck I was stuck in the boot screen, so I decided to concentrate to have a stable base first. Maybe I'll give it a try again with more time.

I ment I see some strange icons in file explorer, didn't install Total Commander.
About the rom just have one question, when I take a look at settings/system/about it shows CE OS 5.2.23004 (Build 23004.5.3.0) and when i go to settings/system/device information it shows ROM Version: WM6.5-23001 WWE.
Just wondering ?

What kind of memory optimisation do you use ? fsreplxfilt ? PagePool ? I've got about 46 free MB after a soft reset and about 41MB after a day of "normal" use (calls, SMSs, Opera...).

I've started to do a clean base with unwanted services and programs so each one of us can install whatever they want... But anyway this still on test phase (with good results till now ). There are many HTC stuff that I think we do not need if you want an WM6.5 core base.
The page pool I'm using 6Mb for now. More should improve everything but in other hand the number of soft reset may be bigger
fsreplxfilt I think I have 32768.
Just flashed the latest version. Seems really fast! Faster than the other WM6.5 lite versions here..
Just wondering, why does the Messaging app auto appears in the Taskbar after a reboot? I've never seen this before on other WM6.5 ROMs.

WHY THIS ROM?
I'm sure this question arises to everyone's mind when they see yet another custom rom. Well, I cannot answer that question, simply because each of your requirements from a ROM would be different from mine. I've been using Dynamics ROM so far, the reasons why I chose to build a rom were:
1:The project was closed, which meant no more cab updates to minor changes, tweaks or to add any other custom packages to increase functionality. It really put me off, since if i had to install anything in the future i would have to reinstall a different rom anyway, thought I might as well do it now, before i have alot of personal data accumulated.
2:I loved the Clock Hub at the start, it looked good and I thought it was of great use. However after a few days, I never really used it, i personally felt returning to the start screen from an app just to look at the time/battery level wasn't very feasible considering no fast app switching. And hence resulting in some unneeded battery drain due to frequent tile update.
3:Cache clearer never really seemed to work for me
4:I messed up my Bluetooth drivers installing DFT drivers and my Bluetooth share stopped working lol, tried everything to fix it, at the end, only solution i found was to reflash.
5:So when i thought about reflashing, reinstalling all the apps[especially the homebrew apps] all over again seemed very annoying. [I'll put up a guide, how to quickly get your rom up and running with all apps next]
So to counter all this, I made this ROM for myself, thought i'd share it with people who wanna use it as well.

It's based on the original firmware with a minimal of changes, added some applications[homebrew] to maximize, functionality without having to compromise on performance. Connectable with Zune without any issues

CAB UPDATES
Cab updates are fully supported in this ROM. Any cab updates which are signed by ultrashot,xbmod,Rataplan,MSFT and myself are all supported. I'll try and post any cab's I create and links to some others here so that you can customize it to your needs
First and foremost, a lot of cab's once applied cannot be removed from your device unless you reflash the ROM, so make sure you want the cab update on your phone before doing it. However some of them will be removable, and feel free to test them out on your ROM.
CAB'S LIST:
To update to the latest version, install cab's 1 and 2 posted below one after the other to fix the live tile issues.
1:WP 7.8 OS UPDATE (7.10.8858.136 - 7.10.8860.142)
2:WP 7.8 OS UPDATE (7.10.8860.142 - 7.10.8862.144)
3:THEMES.CAB[Adds custom backgrounds to your phone, however the number of accent colors on your phone reduces. Its the same as the backgrounds present on Rataplan's ROM v4. THIS CAB CANNOT BE REMOVED]

Please try again, idk why its not working, because its working fine for me here. However I'm uploading it on devhost atm. ~50mins left to for the upload to finish[slow internet :x]. Shall update with the new link soon, stay tuned.

Yes, I just figured it out. there's a problem with mediafire links. Like I said my internet connection is being really slow. I am uploading it on dev host at the moment

so far: everything is working tested some of the tweaks and apps and really good maybe you could include more accent colors? i dont like the nokia blue that much that i dont change it after 1 year
Sure, that would help alot. Can you upload it on dev-host? The unzipped file.
Also I've added 20 accent colors, which is default by WP7.8, didn't really want to make alot of changes as it would only make it more unreliable. However you can always use cab updates to add them yourself, there are plenty available. Lot of them are signed using xbmod, and you can apply those cabs without any problem at all giving you ultimate customization without having to reflash the rom

Like i told you, open the file RealityROM.zip and extract to desktop and you'll get the os-new.nb file which you can then flash using the lumia downloaded.
And thank you for uploading, just finished mine too. Uploaded the single os-new.nb file itself
