Coming from Nexus S world I've went trough every single ROM available thanks to the very clear and simple Tuto's available in the developments section - Thanks to all the Devs and members of XDA,
Today I'm feeling completely lost with my SGS II, I'm keeping reeding every post but have so many questions before rooting my device, It was so simple on Nexus S
Devs are working so hard giving us extraordinary ROMs, and I assume many SGS II owners are juste affraid of flashing them because they do not understand all the rooting steps (like me)
A good thing would be to have a Complete tuto done by an experianced member,

Now I want to ask several questions so I start to get into the subject to develop.
1) what is the best rom? Why?
2) that kernels is best for jb?
3) fix any great expense of battery in sleep mode? xt910
4) any 4.2.2 rom is capable of filming in 1080p? some other bug?

Congrats with the xt910.A great device with crippled software. I believe you could work on the latest stock rom for xt910 from motorola china developer team. I created a thread about it. Please take a look.

I just received the z2 that I purchased a few weeks ago. It is the D6503 and it should be running 4.2.2. I am coming from the Galaxy line, so I am a little unfamiliar with the nuances of the Sony software. While I do not need to install a custom rom just yet, I am looking at rooting it and running lollipop on it. However, I do not want to lose the stability and ability that comes with having my DRM intact. Can someone provide me with a little guidance on the direction to go with getting rooted and on lollipop?

Hi I'm Heather I'm 31 years old and am interested in rooting my device. I have a moto e5 play cell phone. I've tried rooting it but I'm unclear on how to do it due to such confusing conflicting information I keep finding. However the plethora of information on rooting is amazing and highly appreciated! Can someone help me? C'mon I know one of you boys/guys/men can help me out.... Right?
I think you should ask in your thread section or in the magisk forum, since this is about Xposed and not root.
A good start could be explained in this thread.
