Introduction
If you are from outer space and wonders what MaxSense is all about, then please take some time to read through this.
This has taken a while longer than planned as I lack the free time that I used to have. Due to this, MaxSense will only be released in ROMs and there is no cab for it. This is to avoid answering questions all the time and give myself time to make further improvements. If you are a cook and intend to flash this to your ROM, you can contact me on my mail [email protected] for the latest files. Future updates will be posted here. The current version have some basic widgets but depending on the reception of this project, more things will be added.
What is MaxSense?
MaxSense is based on Manila/Sense 2.5. Unlike the original setup, MaxSense offers you total freedom to re-design your Home layout. All objects are now widget based and there are many customization options available to make your phone truly looks the way you want it. With full screen features and multiple screens, these allow you real estates to put things on the screen which were never possible. The UI design in such a way that it gives you access to the things you use frequently within a touch or scroll. I can go on forever but below summary of the features will bring to light what is there to offer.

2. ROM with Manila/Sense 2.5 ( MaxSense is only available "cooked" in ROM's. As of now there are no intentions of releasing a cab as a "Add On" to Manila/Sense 2.5 )
FAQs
1. How to get speed performance in Max Sense?
Ans : Putting more widgets on screen will slow things down and the best way is to switch off certain settings when necessary. Below are some of the settings which you can tweak to get optimum performance
a. Minimize or hide weather animation
b. Minimize or hide taskbar
c. Minimize all alerts and use a single alert display panel
e. Use less widgets
2. How do I change the language in Manila?
Ans : You have to edit a registry value in HKCU / MUI / CurLang. The CurLang value determines what language will appear in Manila. After you've made the changes, re-start manila. Currently, languages to be included are as below with hex value.
a. English : en-us (0409)
b. Chinese (Simplified) : zh-cn (0804)
c. Chinese (Traditional) : zh-tw (0404)
d. Czech : cs-cz (0405)
e. Finnish : fi-fl (040b)

Howto backup maxsense :
To auto backup and restore please look at this post Auto backup
Open Task Manager and go to the Regedit.
Go to HKCU or HKLM .
Them go to one of the register key's mentioned in the code boxes.
Now click and hold the key you want to backup till there come's a pop up screen.
Then export the registry key.
To save your Quick Links that you use : ( Home\"*"] this is the number of the Quick link) there are 75 of them.

With No doubt this new UI will be awesome, and Maxycy work alot of this project, but right now im a bit disapointed, because i was thinking that the Max Sense is stand alone complate new Revolution UI and everyone can use it without to have need from the Manila, now i read is again just new mod for 2.5 Sense this mean that only the peoples with new devices who are by default with 2.5 can use it..., of course everyone can flash a rom with 2.5 sense even on Blackstone but this is super super super slow interface...for our old devices, i like the Cooke mod too but i need to buy HD2 if i really wana use it, all other is JOKE and peoples with Blackstone and other Old devices who think they can use this manila 2.5 MODs.. know very well that this is not a interface for our devices, super slow,buggy lags etc....
I think the best UI need to be independant like stand alone application only then many peoples with diferent devices can use it and feel it, because if have some UI like this then we just need to Flash a fast clean rom without any Manila etc and just to use this UI alone, this is the REVOLUTION and complate new UI.
Anyway congrats for the work and will wait to see how this Max Sense will work if is posible please update with some Video when is released.

Wow! I really appreciate all the work that has gone into rebuilding the UI. I can't comprehend the undertaking it was. I am still trying to get used to it though. What a change! Very complex and difficult right now to keep track of which home screen I am on. Navigating is not natural for me yet. I hope it becomes easier for me to remember how to move through it soon. Thank you to Maxyc and the whole team for all that you do.

I have added the dutch language file in dropbox. I have tried as hard as I can should be fine
There were some minor things where I was not sure about. But we will see that when it is released.
Since if the translation is direct it can be look strange in dutch. So I did my best to guess what you mean
The hardest thing were the 43 different wheather states from sense 2.5.
Finally,I'm here now.

Try creating the 43 different weather states
HTC's descriptions seemed to run into each other and was a little difficult to get correct image.... it all worked out quite well IMO....

UPDATE : DEVELOPMENT STOPPED : I'm not working on this ROM anymore. This is quiet stable version so feel free to try it out. But please don't contact me, unless its an emergency.
Hey Guys!
Wait is over. Here is another nice ROM for everybody to enjoy. This time, its with Manilla 2D and as with my previous ROMs, its fully loaded and everythings working the way it should be. Its a no nonsense, no compromise ROM. I've tested it quiet thoroughly for last 3 days and found it quiet stable and speedy.
I give it the name BlackMetal. The name is inspired by the design of ROM.
Here are the details of it:
ROM's base operating system version is CE OS 5.2.1622 (Build 20270.1.3.1)
Free Memory at Startup : 23.11 MB initially, After normal use for 5-10 mins : 20.10 MB
Free User Space : 44.29 MB
Page Pool : 5 MB
I have created it with my own ported XIP from WM 6 Original Rom for P3400i using Ramerson's Kitchen (my favourite) for GENE.

Like my previous ROM, the Pro User's ROM, as i call it dearly, this one is also complete in every sense. Apart from SQM, Windows Update and Welcome center, nothing is missing from it.
Main Features
* First WM 6.1 ROM with Manilla 2D Elfin version with Windows Live working!
* Nice themed layout for key applications like Manilla 2D, Phone Dialer, Windows Media Player, Calculator, Audio Manager etc.
* WKTask, an advance task manager and program launcher which shows icons of running programs on task bar and manages them very smoothly. Its the primary task manager used in this ROM. HTC task manager is not there as i think its not of much use along with this one.

Problem Resolutions:
------------------------
1. SMS/ MMS Account missing on first boot!!!
Solution: It happens for some strange reasons that i haven't been able to find but there is a quick workaround for it.
1. Open Messaging, and close it without doing anything.
2. Go to the Messaging tab of Manilla 2D and Press either the Create New SMS button or select New from the menu.
3. A new sms window will come at this time. Cancel the Message. SMS and MMS account would have been created by now.
4. Duplicate Installation of Audio Manager in \Program File taking up phone memory unnecessarily!!
Solution: Some people might not even notice it. But if you have read this thread carefully, you will notice that you have less phone memory that what is quoted in Post #1. Actually this is a duplicate installation of audio manager created for some unknown reason. i have done all the usual checks but can't find any particular solution for this that i can cook with the ROM. But you can delete the whole Audio Manager folder safely from \Program File without any problem. Audio Manager runs directly from \Windows Folder and the shortcut in Start Menu > Programs also points to that. This is just useless.
3. Audio Booster doesn't allows entering Equalizer settings and checking the equalizer checkbox + Missing Audiobooster Option in Audio Managers Menu
Solution: This is not a problem and happens with some versions of AudioBooster and Audio Manager, if their version numbers are different. To resolve it :-
Just start AudioManager, let it build its library a little and then play a song for minimum 5 seconds. After that start AudioBooster, adjust one of its sliders a little. Then soft reset your phone, and both the problems will be solved. What happens is, they create their respective registry settings on first start and after that everything is fine. In Original ROMs from HTC, since on first boot the Customization applications runs, it sets up the registry itself. But even with that, you have to reboot your device anyway.
4. Audio Manager and Windows Media Player stop playback if power button is pressed and phone enters suspend mode.
Solution: First of all, Thanks to Shaunak.it for finding the solution.
This problem occurs in some specific builds of gene. It can occur in old gene and new gene both. So here is what it is like:
Normally, If you press the power button while music is playing, Audio Manager and Windows Media Player stop playback. But this only happens when headset is not connected. If headset is connected, the playback wont stop.This is a standard behavior and not a problem. But on some p3400 and P3400i phones, the playback stops no-matter headset is connected or not. I was not able to find the solution for this problem as it was not happening with me. But a friend of ours from this forum, shaunak.it solved it as he was having this annoyance. Here's what you have to do:
Open the Task Manager Advanced. Click the down faced arrow to the right of the screen and select Regedit from the menu. Now in the folder tree on the upper half of the screen, Navigate to :
For AudioManager:
HKLM > Software > HTC > Audio Manager > Config
In the lower section, look for a value called ENTER_SUSPEND. If its there, double tap on it to edit it and enter 0 as new value. Otherwise, in an empty area in the same place, tap and hold for a while for a context menu to appear. Select New > Value. Select REG_DWORD as Value Type. In the name field, type ENTER_SUSPEND. Click the Set Data button and enter 1 as the value. Click Ok and then again Ok.
For Windows Media Player
HKLM > System > Current Control Set > Control > Power > State > Suspend. Again in the lower left corner look for a value named WAV, if its there, double tap to edit it and then enter 0 as its new value. Otherwise, in an empty area in the same place, tap and hold for a while for a context menu to appear. Select New > Value. Select REG_DWORD as Value Type. In the name field, type WAV. Click the Set Data button and enter 0 as the value. Click Ok and then again Ok.
This will solve your problem.

@hksin1988: Buddy my previous ROM (Pro User's ROM) was for both old and new gene. I will build the old gene version eventually. I dont have this phone so it takes some time for me to do that.

The XIP that came with this ROM has many things missing, so i extracted the XIP, re-ported it using the Original P3400i WM6 ROM's XIP as base and created a new rom-hdr.nb using this XIP. In simple words, i recreated the whole BASE folder in the kitchen.
@All P3400 OLD GENE Owners:
Guys, be patient. I'll do the porting thing tonight and maybe upload it tonight or tomorrow. Its not like just pressing a button guys, i will need to port the whole XIP again. It takes about 1.5 hours of work.
@swapnil: Buddy the kitchen is quiet huge in size. And its even not complete yet, i use parts of kitchen from Old Users ROM and Part from this new ROM. So its a little more complicated than you think. The Base kitchen that i am using is Ramerson's and Ankit's manilla ROM. So if you really want to learn the process, get these two and read a lot on XIP porting etc on this forum. I have also learn that way. Porting a ROM requires a bit of understanding of the whole architecture of the OS. And even greater if you want to optimize it.
And by the way, when you use Ramerson's kitchen for porting a different ROM, the only thing you can use from the original kitchen is the kitchen.exe file and 1-2 files from the BASE folder. Rest is created from the ROM you are porting, its your job to create it. When you understand the process, you can use this fact as a hint

I used after the Stock Rom only RomeOs´s German ROM which are really Great, stable and fast.
Last night I flashed the s4dOS 0.5.0 it seems to work great too. Very good GSM/GPRS radio reception (with RADIO 1.11.25.01). GPS work without any Problem which I never had. (alway GPS fix in 5-10 secs).
The Battery stand stays by 100% from 04:00 till 12:15 (ok the Phone didnt be used in this time )
So i think it is another great german ROM, I will post if I find any Problem.

No, but you can disable the Delivery Report under Messaging->Menü->Optionen->SMS/MMS->Hacken bei Übermittlung der Nachricht bestätigen enfernen

Observations so far, mainly details or personal preferences:
Messener is spelled Messenger, not Messanger
PocketRAR is Freeware and considerably more powerful than ZIP, eg: it can do RAR and not only ZIP
ROMeOS had the ATI driver implemented, it seems to me the device performed better with the ATI driver (scrolling in programs, opening enlarged start menu and maybe scrolling in Manila) but could be placebo
Love it that you didnt include Total Commander, I always use Resco and never TC and it always got in my way
IMHO Sprachrecorder is not really a part of Office It's rather Zubehör
You could consider putting Kamera and Album (mainly Kamera) in the startmenu since the Touch Pro lacks a dedicated camera button

Somehow Resco Explorer refuses to accept that I associated ZIP and RAR files with PocketRAR which I like better than Rescos integrated compression but Resco's compresison settings are not changeable in the options dialog
There is an enlarged start menu in German which has green highlight effects, would fit a little better colorwise (and which also is enlarged when the screen is rotated)
Opera Mobiles spashscreen sticks to the very top left corner instead of appearing in the center of the screen
Thats it for now. As I said, mainly personal precerences but I hope theres one or the other thing you might consider or find useful yourself.

The design-idea and images are from Matt_Jackson - and it's like a Skin for JMLToday - but as own Plugin. Also Calendar-Function is JMLCalendar from JMHL.
BlueProdigy is developed it in C/C++ in all of it's doing (animations, overview-update, apointments-scrolling, clock-resizing,...) and using it's own notifications for clock, alarm and calendar. Only the control of menu and language by menu is in mortscript - but that has no effect on performance - because it's only for changing settings.
So - it's extremely fast and has no noticeable effect on battery.

Installation instructions (overjump step which you already done) - please remark - BlueProdigy is a "SubPlugin" of JMLToday - so you need at least the installation:
1. Install JMLPanex >= 2.30 (It's now released , but BluePRodigy notices older version and will give you a menu point to install it for you.

2. Install JMLToday >= 5.5 : *click here* (all from JMLToday 5.6 which is needed, is direct in BlueProdigy.cab, so never mind )
3. Disable Titanium (otherwise the installation could fail and you have to re-install .cab again)

5. Enable Titanium and enjoy - if Font isn't displayed - you need a Soft-Reset (will be told to you by BlueProdigy)
6. If you don't see a calendar entry or wrong date after enabling first time Titanium - please choose "Update Calendar" from Menu - afterwards new notifications are set permanently

The directory structure of skins is alomst the same as in JMLToday.
Each subdirectory of "skins" is an own skin - as maximum it consists of:
.plg = Skin File
(same name as directory = SkinName, otherwise TICS would give message, that .plg wasn't found)
.ttf = FontFile for the Appointment texts/Digital style
(name indifferent, only one .ttf-File, will be copied to \windows,
sometimes WinMo needs SoftReset to use new .ttf, perhaps MichasRefresh or later MichasSpecialRefresh is enough)
BlueProdigy.pnx = Panex File for Button-Definitions
(fixed name - please red instructions for Area Button, to understand, how you can define Tab-Areas.
Will be copied to BlueProdigy-Main-Directory after skin change)
.\clockA = Images for analog clock
(fixed name - perhaps later on possible to use your clockA-Directories in JMLToday)
.\BlueProdigyImages = Images for BlueProdigy at all
(All Images for BlueProdigy - if you skin it: ALL Graphic-Files of Default must be also inside this)
If some of this 5 Directories or .plg/.pnx/.ttf-Files are not defined in Skin - then this part is used from
Skins-Default-Directory
( ...\BlueProdigy\skins\default)
So: IF you only change .plg - then it's enough to put .plg to new directory. Name of the .plg must be
the same as the directory. The Rest is used from default - that's the easiest way to move some things a little bit.
Please don't forget PLG-Resizer to share your skin to all users for all resolutions.

What can I skin in BlueProdigy?
Clocks, Appointments, Alarm, Fonts,... everything you want - only look into "howto.txt" in skins-directory. (Please look only for Fonts which are free of charge!)
BlueProdigy mustn't be blue You can skin new animations. You can rearrange icons and text and you can use other Formats for e.g. Date.
Only look with CHome-Editor into BlueProdigy-Page1, what's possible.
Just share it afterwards - and please use PLG-Resizer http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=4254191&postcount=2 that every user can use it.
Does I always have to make a Soft-Reset after changing to a skin with another Font?
No - on some device at the first time, that the new Font is linked by WinMo - therefore you get the message from BlueProdigy "You need perhaps a Soft-Reset"
If you see a standard Font (Tahomo) instead of a Font on Screenshot - then you need a Soft-Reset one time - afterwards no more, if you change back to this Skin again

please have a look in hkcu/software/jml/blueprodigy, if the appointments aree read coorect from jmlcalendar in chinese. you can also attach the content as .reg herr.
at best together with hklm/software/microsoft/chome/blueprodigy

Hmm - ok - it's not from BlueProdigy - it's from JMLCalendar (even by manual update of calenar the key of JML/BluePRodigy is empty?)
Registry is alays using wide char (unicode) - so I must talk to JMHL for JMLalendar.
Can you switch so long to another language like english to get the results? (The Menus,... are in chinese correct? )
(Or copy JMLCalendar.exe from jmltoday 5.5 to BluePRodigy-Directory and tell me if this works)
I also want to wait for russian feedback - because there is also something to do.
But both will be Skins with special .ttf-Files, which can be seperate downloaded for BlueProdigy - because that would need to much space for install as Main.

I'm also still having problems with the hebrew content. To solve the problem, I just delete the blueprodigy.ttf file after installation and before I SR and then all works OK
Yes -thanx Moti - a Soft-Reset is mostly needed in WinMo to use new .ttf
But be careful, Moti - I changed system against Beta because of your Feedback - the .ttf won't be renamed by copiing to Windows - so you only need one soft reset for a new font - but not after changing back to this skin (therefore the change) . So also no more need to delete blueprodigy.ttf
But have a look to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\FontLink\SystemLink
if the new Font is correct registered
There's a second key there:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\GDI\FontLinkMethods
and look if it's on "1" (can be 1,2,3)
If you perhaps see, that this LinkMethod doesn't work - use 2 or 3 - but in SystemLink must be the Link to the Font-File (you see Tahoma there as example)

@All: It's easy to skin it like each JMLToday-Skin - I almost use the same system to do it. You an change behaviour, click areas, .... and of course images like you want. But please - share it to the other users.
I'm already about V2 - because I want a little bit more for me (detailed view of appointment and jump direct to correct day )

Hi Micha,
I reinstalled V1.1 and didn't delete blueprodigy.ttf. I SR and had the same problem in condensed mode. I checked the registry and blueprodigy font is registered as it should be but there was no fontlinkmethods value so I added it as a dword value. I tried all 3 values but none of them helped. I deleted the blueprodigy value from the registry, SR and still get gibberish. So I uninstalled, reinstalled and deleted the font and now it works again with the standard system font.

Only to be sure: You ONLY see all-day-appointments - the normal appointments (e. g. from 9.30 am - 10.30 am) are not shown? Is your ROM chinese or chinese/english-hybrid? (Country-Code?)
I've already told it to JMHL - it seems that there must be something special for asian WinMo's - but I don't know what's the difference so far. Let's find it out

So I installed it, and its not displaying info, it is throwing an error that says "Blue Prodigy - Clock Disabled: #14 JMLToday Date0 Entry not found"

First some introduction words: This was a hard work. It took me many hours to cook this ROM's, flash ALL OF THEM, search for errors and fix them.
And as it always is - you will find some errors and bugs. This is normal. Please, have a patience. If something is not working, first read everything on the first page of this thread, maybe that bug is already reported (maybe there is also a solution), and THEN post the errors and bugs.
Good start for the beginners is this page created from our friend Sifaan - AcerS200.net. It's loaded with FAQ's and Guide's for flashing and also mentioning known issues and bugs.
I will update my ROM's regularly, but not to often. I am doing this in my free-time, or at the night when i should normally sleep.
My goal was to create MULTI Language ROM's with different Manila themes so that everyone who likes Manila find something for him.
Beside of that, I created a ROM's that are stable and tweaked so that you have speed, comfort and a good looking UI. Some of the Tabs are not integrated and some of the things that work good on HTC devices are not working on our Acer.
If you ask me, why is there no Document Browser Tab or Facebook Tab or other Tabs, for the beginning - there will be no additional Tab beside of this Standard Tabs: Messages, Calender, Mail, Twitter, Internet, People, Stocks, Photos and Videos, Music, Weather and Settings.
Why? Because you want a STABLE device, not a device loaded with newest stuff. The Standard stuff on my ROM's are tweaked and optimized for best stability and speed.
ALL of my Manila ROM's are CFC Compressed, so when you want to modify something - look always for the CFC Compressed files.
Now, enough of talking. Let's take a look on the first two ROM's: Manila and Manila Clean Edition.
Meet the Manila and Manila Clean Edition:
This ROM's are based on Manila 2.5.2019 with CFC Compression, and they have a standard Manila look without any modifications. So if you want a ROM that you can modify with your own Manila themes i recommend this ones. There is NO C0okie Home Tab installed and no other Manila themes.
Following is included in this ROM's:
Customization: Black Manila Theme combined with Manila Black Wallpaper and Dark Ninja Desire Taskbar, Black HERO WM Locksreen and Kachel Wallpapers.
Input: Every ROM has EzInput 2.1 with 5 Languages with working T9 MyWords engine AND Swype Keyboard - Swype Keyboard only in Language of installed ROM.
HTC Packages: YouTube (put it in the G-Sensor settings for landscape mode), Adobe Reader LE with Reflow Function, MS Live, MS Facebook, MP3 Trimmer, RSS Hub, JBlend (Engine for JAVA Applications), Google Maps.
Also included latest Acer Drivers with some Tweaks, Opera Mobile 10, Turbo 3D, HTC Sensor SDK, SDK OemCert, Mortscript, SRS WOW HD for Acer S200.
Custom stuff: Some Tools (PIM Backup, Notepad, RotateScreen), xTask Manager and a modified version of SmartLock for Acer NeoTouch, so when you push the Power button, the Device will be locked automatically with WM Lockscreen. If you don't like the WM Lockscreen, go to Start Menu > Settings > System > Smart Lock and uncheck the "Stand-by trigger lock screen" checkbox. You can now install S2U2 or something else.
Manila Clean Edition: is WITHOUT the HTC Packages, Opera Mobile, Alarm Sounds, and Custom stuff and without these Windows Packages: Alarmsounds, Entertainment, Remote Desktop Mobile, SkyMarket, Windows Live, Windows Live Messenger. Pure Windows with pure Manila.
Meet the Manila MaxSense Edition:
This ROM is based on Manila 2.5.2019 with CFC Compression, and have a MaxSense UI.
MaxSense UI is fully customizable, you can put Widgets wherever you want on the 3 Home Screens. There are also Themes for MaxSense - look over here.
Normally, when you first start MaxSense, the Home Screen is empty because you have to place the widgets on the Home Screen, but I customized Home Screen so that it is not fully empty. The Taskbar is hidden by default - just tap on the Screen where the Taskbat normally should be and the Taskbar will show itself. You can customize screen by pushing the button in the down right corner and choose "Edit Widgets".
You can also backup and restore your MaxSense Homescreen from the Backup Menu.
HINT: If you have questions about MaxSense - I am not providing support for the MaxSense UI. So please, ask the questions about MaxSense in the MaxSense Thread! I am just providing you with Manila MaxSense ROM.

Start Menu Replacement:
I have made a Start Menu Replacement with newest xTask Version. It gives you about 15 - 20 MB of more free RAM. Download this cab file. You can also set Alpha Blending in settings for transparent Start Menu.
BEFORE you install the file - go to your Storage Card and delete the file xt.reb, this is backup file for xTask settings.

HTC Black Theme:
If you don't like the WinMo Theme on your ROM you can also install the HTC Black Theme that i ripped from a OBOE ROM. I also included the Wallpapers that are automatically installed in the \My Documents\My Wallpapers folder so that you can choose them as Manila Wallpaper. If you just want the Wallpapers - there is a extra ZIP file for it.

Russian EzInput:
I've got a request over PM for a Russian ROM Version. Sorry, can't make it because of the lack of time. But, i made a cab file that includes English / Russian EzInput that works ONLY on my Manila ROM with EzInput Installed.
Instructions:
1. Choose from the SIP menu SWYPE Keyboard - in order to install this Russian EzInput Keyboard you MUST select another Keyboard only during the installation procedure.
2. Install this CAB file.
3. Restart.

Another Start Menu replacement based on MMAppLauncher:
Instructions:
1. Install the cab file and Soft Reset your Acer
2. Start the MMAppLauncher from the Start Menu and go to the Menu > Preferences. Check these checkboxes: "Load On Boot" and "Override Start Menu"
3. Soft Reset your Acer
To access the Settings shortcuts, start the Program Links2CPL and make the shortcuts that you want to access, or click on the first Icon on the right side of the MMAppLauncher that look like mobile phone.

You can try to edit the Registry string: HKCU > MUI > CurLang
409 - English, 407 - German, 410 - Italian, 40C - French, C0A - Spanish.

Those Languages wore not deleted from the ROM's, all of others Languages are deleted to save some space on the ROM.
If that don't work, then its probably because of the cooked in Theme's. But it worked on Manila and Manila Clean when I was testing ROM's.

I have one problem. In Contacts Updates and events panel when I command Update now phone freezes and only way out is reset. I used this option lots in other roms to update information from Facebook.

Have you redownloaded the Sencity ROM as I told do to this for all the people that have flashed my previous Manila and Sencity ROM?
I am using myself the Sencity WWE Edition - and Facebook updating works just fine.
One more thing - have you installed the Fix for the Version 1.0?

Notes: This ROM includes Touch InCall Screen Tweak which turns off screen while calling (placed the device near ears). It worked fine for me but I doubt it will for you as well so if it doesn't, please disable it. To do so, go to Start -> Utilities -> Touch InCall Screen Tweak Config -> Options 'tab' -> Tick Always On -> Save. You can find more settings of the same app over there.
Some of apps listed about (Marked as 'In UC') doesn't include in the ROM. However, the app cabs are bundled in the ROM package and maintained to be used for XDA_UC_NET. For more info, read the readme text file in Xtras folder included the ROM package. For more info about XDA_UC_NET app, visit here

Known Issues :
Issue #1: Startmenu takes some time to open at bootup or first boot.
Reason - Startmenu will be setting up at first launch.
Solution - Please wait until it configs and then you can use your device.
Issue #2: On first boot, there are no buttons in bottom bar except start menu icon in phone canvas aka dialer.
Solution - Make soft reboot, if still persists. Try shutdown and power ON again.
Issue #3: Cannot find button to accept cropping of contact image in HTC Album.
Reason - The HTC Album isn't fully compatible with WM6.5.x
Solution - The buttons are not visible but works. Left soft button is back and right soft button is done/ok.

• Before you flash, make sure you have disabled screen saver, power saving and the like on your PC.
• Before you flash, make sure your PC has battery backup provided for safety propose. At least for 15 mins.

The ROM consists of two UC options. One is automated installation on first boot after flashing which works from file called "SDConfig.txt" in the root directory of your storage card. Click here for more info. Second is XDA_UC_NET which works by running the app manually. Quick Start guide about XDA_UC_NET :
1. Create following folders on your storage card
• XDA_UC
• XDA_UC\Manual
• XDA_UC\Copy2Root
• XDA_UC\Run
• XDA_UC\Execute
“XDA_UC” is a place for all .cab, .reg, .mscr, .cer files that should be automatically installed to device.
“Manual” is a place for all cab files you want install in usual "visible" mode with all questions.
“Copy2Root” is a place for all files and folders that should be automatically copied to device.
“Run” is a place for you self-extracting archives.
“Execute” is a place for you self-extracting archives if you want to continue customization while them working.
2. Run XDA_UC_NET and press customize button*.
*Make sure XDA_UC in Storage Card is selected as XDA_UC folder before you run the customizations.

Edit: One thing, i see there's no Microsoft myphone preinstalled, please consider doing so, because a lot People sync contacts and stuff through it.
