I just updated my rom,,but i forgot to backup my contacts and sms,,
I've used the flashrecovery to backup my own backup image,,,
and backup my SD card,,,
is there anyway to restore my contacts,,sms???

I had a samsung fasciate....i ran a full app/data backup via Titanium (pro)
I then inserted the card in my new phone, installed titanium and tried to restore all sy data, but it did not restore my sms messages.
How can I restore them?

No. It won't delete it because the backup is not on the ROM it is on your SD card.

I was running ICS but some games were not supported, so i switched back to GB. Before doing so i backed up my ICS rom using CWM, I did a full wipe and installed GB. I didn't backup my contacs to my memory card, and so i lost a recently stored contact. Now is there anyway to just backup that single contact??
Try using titanium backup, there's an option to extract from nandroid. Look if your contact storage shows.
But i'm not sure with this...anyway, give it a try.....

Does online nandroid backup save a copy of my backup ONLINE ? So after flashing my phone and installing again nandroid I am going to find it stored somewhere ?
It is stored on the device's sd card by default.
there is an app to make a backup and then you can upload this backup to the cloud, the app is called obackup the play are in the store.

Recently I decided to flash a new ROM, and before that i made a nandroid backup with CWM. Backup was saved in /storage/extSdCard/clockworkmod/backup. After a new rom flashing, i didn't like it, so i decided to restore from my nandroid backup. When I open Rom manager app, and select to restore backup, my backup shows up, however, when I click restore, after booting to recovery menu, it says "can't mount backup path". I have rom manager CWM recovery v5.5.3.7.
What should I do? Is it possible to restore from PC?
