Hey i have flashed my phone for first time with rom DCS-TouchPro-v15 but is there away to add norwegian language on it and norwegian keyboard!
I use from erofich's great rom in my startrek but this rom supports only english & chinease language .
how can i make & add some languages like arabic or persian to my rom ?

That is not very possible bro..
Windows ROM supporting only English language with the local regional language....
If you need to add Persian or Arabic language, must need to find a ROM from these region.......
