Just flashed your ROM and I love how it looks and how smooth it is.
My only takes (so far?) are the following (ordered by importance):
I'm unable to use set up activesync for synchronization with my google account (nothing happens when I click 'suivant' after putting in my email).
I'm unable to add an email account.
The taskbar mode is very nice and I really like it, however the lack of [X]/[OK]/.. button can be annoying with certain applications. (Currently using XTask as a work around but I'm not sure if it would work with all the apps I use).
I'm not a huge fan of the weather animations looks (but I guess that's a matter of personal opinion, I'll probably change them by myself once I'm comfortable with the ROM).
The fact that it's in French , just kidding. I'm not used to seeing French on my phone but I can manage just fine as long as I don't get any issues later on with application that only work on WWE (plus my laptop has an azerty keyboard, this is more consistent ).
The first issues is the only show-stopper for me.

Looking forward for the update
By the way, I restarted and tried once again to add an email account and it worked this time. But still no luck with activesync.
Edit:
Turned out that the issue that I'm having with activsync when nothing happens if clicking the right soft button was a conflict caused by my use of xTask. I'll need to check the settings to see if I can fix that.
Still, when I try to sync I get the following:
Impossible de terminer la synchronisation.
Si le problème presiste, supprimez puis recréez les relations de synchronisation de l'appareil.
