Hit the Kitty is a simple game for Windows Mobile.

Are you sick and tired yet of seeing Hello Kitty more or less everywhere? This game will give you the chance of venting some of that frustration - try and hit the kitties popping out of the windows!
It requires .NET CF 3.5 and works on

perhaps improvements could include:

I like hello kitty but this had me laughing so hard.

Fun little game...
A few suggestions for improvement:
The initial interface is confusing... at least to me it was. It was only by experimentation that I found out I have to hit the picture at the top to start the game. Maybe put PLAY or something on it?
It would also be nice to know which mode you are in before you start to play. Maybe highlight or put an indicator of some sort my the mode that is currently selected.
Finally, but some sound in it! I can't get the maximum satisfaction of hitting the kitty unless I hear her wince in pain!
Last point first - as for the sound, it was already part of the plan and it's been implemented already...you'll find it in the next release.
I have inserted some instructions in the About section, actually, maybe I should change the name to Info? I did have the doubt people would think there was written just version number, creator and such...
The other suggestion is interesting as well, I'll give it a try.

The idea of the game is to match three (or more) blocks of the same color to blow them up. Chain reactions, large groups or multiple-groups-at-once bring extra points.
The game gets harder and harder while the clock is mercilessly ticking
When you're game over you can submit your score to the online highscore system to compare them with other players.

The game includes two different graphics sets so that it will run on low resolution devices and high res devices as well. Also normal and wide screens are supported (so everything from QVGA to WVGA should be possible). The game langauage can be set to English or German.

Looks and plays ok, but you would think that moving a row of blocks would be liquid smooth on a 528MHz processor like my Diamond has.
Lack of optimization in the engine kinda takes away from the experience. Imho.
OK, thanks for the info. I tried the game on 3 devices (XDA Orbit, Diamond 2 and HD2) where it worked fine. So I'll spend the next days trying to improve the performance

I wish After checking your reply here I did set popup blocker off and try again. hmm... So, after entering info and press submit it acts like it will load, but then just goes back to the Triplex homepage I will try again from my device maybe or my other PC later. Let me know if you have another suggestion, maybe something I missed
As mentioned above there should be a popup. So trying a different browser/pc is a good idea. God, I hate web-development

What versions of Windows Mobile are supported?
(Please say WM2003SE)
I know it runs on wm2003, possibly with some graphic glitches. Personally, I've tested it on WM5, 6.1, and 6.5 in both portrait and landscape.
Just smartphones are unsupported at the moment.

Just installed it on my TP2. Works like a charm. I was able to add my Xbox Live account as well as my friends.
Updates are nice and quick, as well as the app.
I like the sliding in and out animation for the Avatars.
I did find a minor bug.
When displaying an Avatar that has been set to maximum height the top of the head is cut off, in both Landscape and Portrait mode.
Here is an example, my avatar vs. my friends avatar:
One suggestion is to add borders to the Game Details popup (unless its borderless intentionally), its a lil hard to tell that something actually popped up with everything being white. Not a real big concern though.
Over all a great app.
Looking forward to seeing this app evolve.

You're right about the popup panel: it's borderless just because it was the quickest way to get it done, but the plan is to spice up the graphics a little bit before v1.0, so I'll definitely keep that in mind.
Quick update, as v0.9.4 is now available for downloading at that same address. As before, any comment / suggestion is more than welcome

If anyone wants to give it a go and provide a sexy icon (original work) it would be appreciated... and credited.
Graphics are tough as I'm not sure I can get transparency to work on older devices (eg for the XBL avatars), but I'll see what i can do.

We did 2009 version too, but only in spanish language. I think next year will be a new version of our program.

the qualifying results are included. When you enter at results tab, at the top of the screen you can select race o qualifying.

But Formula 1 is also about times and gaps between drivers. There is most of the talk about and indicates how the race could be.
A very nice addition would be if there will be times at the qualifying results.

Btw, nice nifty application you build here. It works "ok", the time between touching the buttons and it actually playing the sound is a bit too big, so it's hard to get the sounds in pitch?

With a HTC HD2 you have so much delay?
Even in my old Qtek S200 the response is very good...
Still try to disable the vibration, goto:
HKLM\Software\LoFFactory\Godaft\Settings and set "VibrationsOn" to "0".

Same here. Also have a HD2 and there's a delay when the music is running and u press the vocals.

screenshots are with false information before session 2010 start.
At moment hvga version it's not on my plans, but I think at near future will be
