Audio files - Streak 5 Themes and Apps

Does anyone know of a link to a collection of audio files from the HTC/Google Roms?
I've had the Hero/Nexus...etc and all of the different Roms had some nice ringtones or notification tones in them, wish I had kept them now

[Q] Problem with Notification Sounds

Hello all. I am using a Huawei U8500 with CyanogenMod 7 (2.3.5-Slax-SP10-3) and have been having an issue with ringtones/notification/UI/unlock (a.k.a. all) sounds. Before, none of the sounds (except Music) would work on CM7, but I figured that out. It was the sound profiles that were overriding all my other attempts at resetting volumes.
However, while my sounds were disabled, I used the Music app to set a song as a ringtone to see if the sounds would work again. Now that I have solved the issue with the volumes, every single one of the sounds (again, except music) are replaced with the song that I set as my ringtone. When I go to Settings>Sound and try and select a new sound, all the previews of the sounds are even of that song. I checked the .ogg files in /system/media/audio and they still play the correct sound.
Now for the questions:
-Has anyone encountered this issue or something similar?
-If not, how does Android handle setting a song as a ringtone?
-Does it put the .mp3 file somewhere on the root phone storage? (If so, I could just delete or rename it and hope for the best.)
-Or, does it simply reference the .mp3 file on the SD? (If so, I could rename it so that it wouldn't be able to fetch it.)
Thank you very much for any help!

Audio leaking from headphones to speaker

As tittle says, if you are listening to anything via headphones, and you receive a call, or adjust the volume of ring or alarm via sound config menu, your music will leak as soon the call stops, or the audio adjust rings out.
this can be very embarassing and annoying, as i tried with different headphones and a lot of roms (miui 8stable/beta, miui 9,aosp/Los based, xiaomi.eu and on top of that, different kernels)
(this is different from audio leak when you take a screenshot or use camera when you are on customs, though some roms already fixed it)
Try to reproduce it by yourself by putting some music and putting up a fake call with some APP from play store, or adjusting volumes from settings sound tab.
if you have this problem, comment below.
As i'm pretty annoyed with this, and cant fix it, i want to know if are more ppl with this same problem
Edit: after trying multiple times, ONLY stock stable miui (8.2.10) doesn't have this problem, would be nice if we could fix this on customs and i would be willing to help.

tinyalsa-audio.xml changes not persists!

So, i've edited tinyalsa-audio.xml file to make sound louder. It worked. But, after some time, usually after phone calls, audio settings roll back to default values, while the tinyalsa-audio.xml file remains unchanged. To get louder sound back I just need to reboot android. Untill it happens again...
This is really annoying. Is there a way to fix this?

Instead of editing .xml files, try editing the default_gain.conf file, something like this:

There are also similar and possibly better guides and mods for audio on the S2/S3/S4 devices here at XDA but I did not find them with a general search, you can find them using the XDA search box, audio is similar in all of them. Look around here on XDA about editing sound files to improve audio. Editing audio.xml is, by no means, the only way, nor is it even the best way to modify audio, I've seen mods for .soc files, .xml files, .db files and .conf files. It just depends on the device and exactly what aspects of audio you want to change.
There are also things like Viper4Android or Dolby Atmos and other similar sound mods, some of them are combinations of the various sound mods to give more variety of features and options to improve audio on various platforms. For example, the mod will be named something like Dolby Atmos+something or V4A+something or Dolby Atmos+something+something. The mods that are combinations of the others can, in some cases, on some devices, give more improvement than using only one of the mods by itself.
