Sound buttons issue - Touch2 Accessories

Today I've replace broken digitizer in my mega. Unfortunately during disassembling process I've domaged sound buttons wires. Is there any possible way to repair that or buy new one (I think that in that case I must buy complete buttons with wire) but where I can get something like that?

Chekc on ebay, maybe they have it. I think you have to buy the whole board...

hey guys, I see I have a problem from the damaged tape volume, so how can I make HR and enter bootloader?

<internal speaker not working after screen replacement

After replacing my touch screen the internal speaker is not working anymore. I can only find external speakers for the TP2 on sites like ebay.
Anyone who knows how to find this part?
Now I can only use the external microphone to communicate. I just noticed that when I am charging the battery and switch from external to internal speaker, the telephone stops charging. (Charging light indicator is orange when I use internal speaker and is off when I switch to external speaker) Could this mean that something is wrong in the elec. scheme?

First of all hard reset and use your phone with no extra progs.
THen if the issues insists go there
http://shop.ebay.co.uk/i.html?_nkw=...h+pro+2&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
and ask everybody on that list if they can get the internal speaker you need.
most probably it is common , and someone just needs to go into the trouble of finding exactly which model it is!
I am pretty confident it is gonna prove to be the same as the diamond 2 (maybe you recall from when you opened it up if it is the same!)

An since you are already familiar with it, why not give it another go with dismantling the phone and putting back together (maybe a loose connection somewhere?!)
Thnx!
It is the part in the first link you gave me. I couldn't find it cheaper as that ebay link! It a used part, but if it works it's good enough
This instruction video helped us a lot with replacing the screen. (and braking the speaker :s)

I had the same issue happen after I changed my digitizer upon reassemble I realized that upon removing the flex cable I missed the most important thing when removing the flex cable to lift the internal. Speaker with the clex if not the connection between the two will snap very easy and viola your stuck using spkr phone like me just buy a new flex cable and you back in business or soder it either way
Sent from my MSM using XDA App
i have the same problem since yesterday ..the internal speaker has loose contact and i have to press the phone hard to hear something..with loudspeakers it works normal
what can i do?

The blown speaker was really bugging me last night, so I gave the back of the unit a sharp tap over that speaker. After a few crackles, that speaker just stopped working. Not sure if that means its just a loose connection, but at least the (mono) sound is clear for now....
I have the same problem:
Sometimes the left speakers seams to not handle a specific sound.
I want to change my speakers, too.
But is it possible to insert better speakers?
I want a better quality...
Had the same problem but i fixed mine by myself, had a broken cellphone (china made phone) it had the same size as the archos i just remved the busted ones tape the wires and put it all back together now it works fine

Internal Audio not working (hardware)

Hey guys, I have a hardware issue but first the background story
So my phone fell on concrete and the screen broke. I bought a digitizer and replaced it myself. After a month or so, I broke it again. I replaced it, but the unit I got was faulty, and I only got the replacement today.
I opened the phone again and replaced the digitizer, and it's working great!
however in the process I must have done something wrong since my audio/sound doesn't work anymore.
1)Loud speaker works just fine and the microphone works since I am able to talk to people and they hear me
2) When I plug in my earset, the sound works just fine on the earphone. The microphone switches over the earset's microphone and I can hear/talk just fine.
The only problem that I have is I can't hear anything if i put phone next to my ear :/ I opened again looked around, but didn't find anything obvious that might explain wha went wrong. Would anyone know where to look/what to test?
Cheers
anyone any idea please? D:
I haven't opened up my Mozart just yet but from my experience with HTC phones I would suggest checking the contacts of the speaker. They tend to have little springs on the speaker that come in contact with the mainboard and this is how the signal is transmitted. If these contacts are damaged then you will not hear anything.
With all the drops you may have damaged the speaker itself but I'm not sure of a way you could test that.
The problem i had was that I used my sony ericsson X8 headset and the sound came out funny, the thing that was cuasing it was the microphone. Try stock headset to see if it works. If it doesnt then you might want to get someone to check it or fix it. Up to you.

[Q] SGS2 freezes without earphones

My sgs2 has apparently been water damaged while skiing and now i get this weird error, whenever my earphone isnt inside the jack port it freezes. If i restart it wont boot untill the jack is inserted, only the download mode works. Recovery freezes also. I flashed to official firmware i still get the same error, i replaced the jack piece with a new one and the problem persists. It seems like a short circuit somewhere, and for some reason the earphone piece stops it from taking place. So what could the reason be if it isnt the jack piece what else could it be?? does it have a solution that can be fixed without sending it to samsung??
thx
anyone?
Anyone?
It looks like the jack acts like a bridge to complete the circuit.
I suggest you need to look at the back of the motherboard, it looks the water damage could have broken a solider path connection or sensor, normally the phone by passes the headphone jack until the circuit is complete by the metal of the headphone jack.
Other cause which neds a JTAG is that one of the instructions on the chip has been corrupted so that it can not tell the phone to by pass the jack when it does not sense it.

I took appart and took a photo of the backside, apparently there's plenty of humidity marks all around the motherboard so i really cant tell where the problem might be... if it were a corrupt instruction woould i be able to substitute the chip or is there some alternative solution?? how can i identify the problem with the jtag???
thx

[Q] Sound Button

I just dropped the sound button for the phone. I don't know where it is, but is there somewhere that sells them?
You dropped the sound button? Say what? It's attached to.the phone, well, the up/down tab can fall out when you disassemble the phone but other than that......I don't know of any place that would sell that part. Call HTC support. See if they have it...
