How to remove words from the base dictionary? - HD2 Windows Mobile 6.5 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys
How do I edit / remove words in the standard dictionary? I'm using swype and quite often will input "address" but it will select "ares" instead, so I'd like to permanently remove "ares" from the dictionary, as well as some other words. Does anyone out there know?
TIA, Richard

Edit the t9 words?

Nope, you can only wipe the dictionary of the words you've added but can't edit it...

[Q] How to switch off spell check (xt9) on ChaCha

I'm using polish language on my chacha. When i write sms i see in notification bar information that xt9 En is enabled. So that everything i write in polish is underlined. I just hate it. Is there any possibility to remove that spell checking? or somehow use polish one? there is no configuration for this under menus i guess. Or I'm just serching in wrong one - no menu about spell check under touch input etc. only text prediction ;/
maybe is there a shortcut on my hardware keyboard?
thank you in advance

[Q] (Swype) Editing Smily's list, "Del" button and words with non-standard characters

[Q] (Swype) Editing Smily's list, "Del" button and words with non-standard characters
Hi.
My adventure into vast word of Android goes further. Now I'm looking for some info about wide possibility of edition swype tool, and if it's possible to begin with. To be more precise, I'm searching for information on these 3 things:
1. Is it possible to edit(adding/deleting/changing order) the list of smilys in the swype keyboard? When I hold longer the "@" character, I get the list of buildin smilys that are built with 3 characters like "", "" etc. Is there any possibility to customize that list? From all of these I almost only use 2-3 smilys, and also I would like to add couples that are not there like ":]".
2. "Delete" button. It is not some major issue for me, but it would be nice to have it during writing(mostly editing). Is there any option to get that button, maybe through some custom mod of Swype etc?
3. Adding to the dictionary ANY words that include non-standard characters. For example, if I'd like to add a word [email protected]. I can't add this word currently, cause the counting of words stops on character "-", until I start writing "wp", so normal letters again. Is there any way to modify it, so that swype will accept any words that even include non-standard characters?

[Q] Gesture Typing Dictionaries

Hi,
Recently I started using gesture typing and I prefer it over swype and any third party keyboard I've tried.
Problem is, that I can only get it to work in languages that aren't my native tongue (which is dutch).
But I wouldn't mind using the English dictionary if only I didn't have to add every non-English word I use to the dictionary manually.
So my question is: Does anybody know of a way to make android automatically add every word I type to the dictionary?
So that it can be used in gesture typing from then on?
cheers
PS I do not look for the solution to add the dutch dictionary, because there is none until slim bean comes with a new build that fixes this.

anyobody? shouldt this be an easy thing to manage?
I was also looking for this feature.
Quite easy:
- add new words to your peronal dictionary
- enable 'show correction suggestions' in keyboard settings
That's all

Does anyone know if it is possible to add words to dictionary. I have long last name and would like to have it made into a short cut. To add my email as well could save typing. Thanks

as long as your input language has prediction / spelling dictionary you can always add new words. For example my native language Bulgarian is not supported

sorry you can do this by dictionary i think there were some 3rd party applications who do this, but I'm not sure if they available for WP8
There was an app which assigns your e-mail address when you hold the @ symbol it think.
