Yes, I think so...take a ROM that u like, replace the HTC Home icons with the ones of this ROM, install the mentioned programs (most r available for prophet as cabs) and get the theme files from that ROM and ure done...IMO Crystal V4 would be a good ROM to start...has quickmenu already in it, is fast and stable, lots of free mem and some space left in extrom for customizing...good luck!

samsung dont do "official" rooted roms, no one does.
And it looks like just a mirror.

There might be an app which does that (the caller screen), but I have never heard of it. Try to search for one
Getting an AOSP theme (dont know if they exist, they were popular with HTC Sensation and tbh i have never searched for something like that with sgs3) is an option too
Or you can flash AOSP/AOKP/CM10
I flashed stock rom from theese roms. Coz they have many bugs ..
