So here it is.. this is an official release, just not officially to the public... I have posted 3 flavors of it... although word of warning, cingular definitely had their fill of bloatware with this one...
1. The original (WWE_2_1_.15.502.3_6275_1.40.30.00_108)
*edit if you have 1.01MFG bootloader the original will fail and your phone will be stuck in bootloader, you can fix this by using mtty and issuing the "set 14 0" command and soft resetting
2. Oli SPL 1.40, OS, Ext Rom, and 1.40 radio
3. Oli SPL 1.40, OS, Ext Rom
and as pof mentioned earlier you will need hardspl or sspl to flash #2 and #3

Thanks Shogunmark. I downloaded them and will flash them tomorrow after getting some sleep. I've only been flashing roms for a month, but i've learned quite alot reading posts from you and the others who are far more knowledgable than myself.

ok i downloaded and installed the 1st one (original)
its great so far very stable but it is 335am in NJ...so you never know...but so far its working great....no flaws that i can see boot time is a lil longer..but other then that very stable..time will tell....

(is it possible to upgrade / flash from 2gb micro sd on the device itself?)

Truthfully, if you don't already know the difference, use the first "original" file. Or, read the wiki, then decide. Either way, you got some learnin' to do before you try out #2 or #3. Good luck. If you do read thw wiki, you will become unhealthily addicted to your phone - just a fair warning.
Edit: Oh, BTW, the wiki will answer your other questions too. Too long of answers to rehash here. Finally, try forum and google searchesnext time. Great google search "tool" posted at the top of the Hermes forum.

The original is signed by HTC and unmodified, will upgrade all your rom parts (including radio which can be dangerous if the upgrading process fails for some reason), and will upgrade also your SPL to 1.11.
The one including SPL-1.40 is not signed with the valid key, so you need to start the upgrade either using SSPL or by having flashed HardSPL on your hermes first. These are modified bootloaders which allow you to flash code without the proper signature, and will allow you to flash any rom on your device.

If you want the upgrade as provided by cingular use the first one, you will only be able to flash it if you have a 8525 (or another hermes if you have flashed HardSPL or made your device SuperCID previously). If you are somehow a bit "advanced" user and like to play with rom upgrades, and flash your device frequently, go to one having HardSPL.

I wonder any help on how to start this process.. ? And what version of SPL do I have.. ?
Currently have original rom 2.19.453.4, radio version: 1.47.51.00
ExtRom version: 2.19.453.105

You need to read thread and others because there are potential for a lot of issues and most them have fixes. If you just got your device, please read for a while before trying to flash other ROMs.

I've bought this ppc on ebay (not working)
It's an Ameo brand T-Mobile.
If I try to power on, the ppc stays always on the first screen (The screen with information about rom, radio... And the top of the screen it has black and white stripes)
If I try to power on in boot mode, phone correctaly does in boot mode and this is IPL and SPL
IPL-v2.02
SPL-v1.20.Olipro
What I do to rise again this ppc? I must perform a flash with original rom, unlock with Olipro 1.30 and flash it with all rom I want?
When can I find original rom for this ppc?

I think it's akready unlocked, but when I try to flash with any rom, update utility says "[Error 244] Invalid model id"...
It isn't unlock or... this ppc isn't a Athena... Under battery there is "ATHE100", it's correct?

there is a fix here on the thread for that sort of problem. have you searched for "invalid model id" in the athena section.
if it has spl1.2 it is already unlocked no need to unlock it again.
I know there is a fix/work around for the problem you're having. I've read other posts with it and many have got the resolved.

I'm glad to hear the problem was resolved.
about the Italian rom, I'm not sure about that but I think that's needed is the proper MUI files, send the chefs a PM, maybe they can help you out with that.

I try to send a PM... but chef doesn't respond...
I always search any Italian rom for athena... original or coocked....
I have a stock Leo 1024 with spl 2.10 can i just hook up my phone using the windows mobile center and run the the CustomRUU.exe. Or do i need to flash my phone to hspl 1.42 in order for the flash to be successful. I have read the topics and honestly i am still confused. I guess cause i am reading alot of scenarios which in the end makes me more confused than when i first started reading. Cause i was reading in one thread that i dont need to flash to another hspl if i wanna keep my waranty and stuff like that. any help is greatly apprecieated
use hspl3 - choose 2.08.hspl

yep, the rom thread will recommend which radio to use, but its personal preference.

first dont hijack peoples threads but hey ho lol
presuming you have a version of hspl on youre hd2, try taskk 29 or mtty before you flash should help, are you going through usb or sd card?

I know mate =) It is just that I don't understand a thing. I have been searching and searching for ages, but I can't seem to find a guide/way. Tried out many different things. It would be alot easier if somebody who knew about flashing stock rom would post a thread/guide =)

Its very simple - download original ROM, connect phone to PC and flash it, i dont understand whats the problem on it...
Maybe you should tell us a bit more about ur phone- att vs euro version, if its att did u debrand to euro version or flashed to dft spl2.05 straight away, what methods have u tried that didn't work?

Believe me, buddy, I searched alot before posting this. I just can't seem to find a way to install the stock OSPL back again. Now I am running HSPL by DFT. I want to install the old OSPL again so that I can have the stock rom(original). I have searched everywhere, but there is no post regarding the stock OSPL. Yes, the program for installing HSPL by DFT has this choice where u can choose downloading the HSPL or the OSPL. I have tried many times to install the OSPL, but I get an error. Besides, I don't know the right structure of this whole process; Am I going to install the stock radio first or install the OSPL first? And what about the Stock Rom, when do I flash That?

Have you tried just flashing the stock rom found on Football's rom thread?
If not try that using a "RUU" because from what DFT's HSPL page says you should overwrite their hspl if you reflash the original Rom for your device.

I have an HTC TITAN(EURO VERSION I THINK). I do have installed ultrashot's rom(dynamic's.......) i don't know what to flash first. What AM I flashing first?
where do i get that RUU? and what AM i overwriting with? I AM getting so confused :-\
You just look in the development thread and download any RUU, like ansar's for example. Then download the stock "euro" rom from football's filefactory. Then you simply put the rom In the same folder as the ruu, run it and follo the instructions! Good luck.
