Hey guys! I am totally new to this forum. I have an Unlocked HTC hero and I am using T-Mobile on it. I wanted to ask you all how can i install 1.6 rom on the HTC hero and if that is not possible how can i get information about the latest rom on the HTC hero. ALSO. i heard a lot of information about MODACO and other roms. IS there any step by step guide or any youtube video that will help me install these roms. Your advice will be much appreciated. My question.. is there any compatible ROM for HTC Hero H7300? I already try HTC Hero rom but it fail.. but the phone still work.. I just do not like the pre-install software inside it.. chinese software.. I cant read it

I'm doing a bit of research before going on to root my HTC Salsa.
I wanna know that after rooting will I be able to flash ANY new ROM that comes into the market?
Or is there any hardware restriction as such?
My HTC Salsa currently has the following specs -
Android 2.3.3, HTC Sence 2.1
So if a new ROM comes out and has got Sense 3.5, ICS Update, Beats Audio etc etc.. will I be able to install it on my device or will there be any hardware problems?

Hello guys,
I'm new here but I've been a silent reader for a while.
I'd really like to get into this forum and build up alot of knowledge.
Well, since this isn't an introduction thread or something I'd like to ask you guys something.
I'm the owner of the HTC Desire HD running Android 2.3.5 with HTC Sense 3.0 .
The phone's bootloader is unlocked already but I couldn't find out how to proceed with rooting my phone.
I've been looking around the forum and most of the methods/guides for my device are old and the tools aren't updated.
