what am I doing wrong?

THis really should be in Q&A ...
Should find help there ....

Just kept tinkering around and fixed it. Was following a bum guide. Only needed in pda section and was putting in all 3

the fact you cant follow instructions like posting in the correct forum leads me to believe it wasn't the "bum" guide that is at fault

**** off people make mistakes queer

Cranky cranky on simple mistake of where to post and suddenly I am an idiot huh?
Tone it down.
Does this not say to put in each one.

Thread moved to Q&A.

That guide is fine, though it expects the user to extract the tar into individual parts.
The OP would have been better off following this guide in in the stickied bible thread:

Just keep trying. Try a few different versions of odin. Search around here for them. Odin went nifty on me a few weeks ago. I spent 3+ hours trying before it finally took.

[Q] Odin: Stuck at NAND Write Start

Hey everyone
Having read many threads on this issue I would appreciate help for my specific case. I got a defective device from a friend that wouldn't start anymore (introductory Samsung animation was playing repeatedly). I then tried to flash "GT-I9100_JB_ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.2.9" to eventually install CM 10.1.3 and then factory reset to make sure the brick bug is not an issue. However, I was not able to flash CWM, because it gets stuck at "NAND Write Start" and eventually fails (see below). Interestingly, I flashed another i9100 flawlessly only a few days ago with the exact same setting. Nonetheless I tried different Odin versions as well as different usb ports and cables.
I have no idea what kind of kernel or android version was running on the device and I can now only get into download mode.
When reading this guide I came across two problems. First, flashing a kernel - some other thread recommended "Siyah-s2-v5.0.1" - was unsuccessful. Second, I wasn't sure if I should try to flash the ICS version mentioned in this thread.
Some mentioned falling back to flashing PIT-files, but because recovery mode is not available, I cannot use the "emmc partition scanner" to identify the correct PIT-file to flash.
I would really like to save this device, so someone else may enjoy using it again in the future. Thanks in advance for any help!
Cheers
sNiXx

You don’t need Odin to flash something, you can flash a zip file from your custom recovery.

Ok you hadn’t mentioned it so I thought you might be able to.
A hard brick is when you cannot boot your phone into any mode.
From what I’ve read your case is called a sudden death (SDS), so try to search for it.

You need service repair seen many posts like this example >> http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s3/help/problem-white-screen-black-lines-rain-t2467459 << white screen is the sign of the complete eMMC failure I have not seen any posts that have solved this with a software solution.

There are in fact some cheap used motherboards sold on eBay.
If you feel confident with replacing it, all steps are explained in images and video.
Be careful as you may need to take off the rear camera from your old motherboard and plug it on the new one.

I'm using a more update firmware and I have tried a lot of modems (CP). I dont know what do do and im desperate because dont have money to pay technical assistance right now.
I'm trying to fix my phone about 3 days now.
He suddenly stopped work and after some hard trys it starts to charge again. But unfortunately got stuck on start up. He's boot looping and then Odin is showing this error(while in download mode, of course).
Also when I try to hard reset, show a 'Manual mode' but dont show the options to click and then back to the looping.
HELP????????? (Galaxy s4 GT-i9192 mini Brazil)
