Blackberry Connect

Hi Guys, a couple of questions:
Has anyone tried the new offical HTC WM 6.1 update with Blackberry connect software? If so, did it work OK?
Secondly, maybe at bit of a n00b question here but can I get google maps and Opera mini to work on my Nike using my Blackberry data connection?
I'm so pleased I managed to get the Blackberry software (version 4.0.0.97) to work on my Touch Dual as work were insisting I had a Blackberry which I tried and hated so I now have the best of both worlds! I just don't want to mess it up now!
Cheers, Dean
Flash Original HTC Rom!
Install BBC on your Phone!
If you get a PIN it works!
The best of both worlds? BB good? Not realy ... BBC on WM doesnt work better, then direct Sync with the Exchange Server. With BBC ... MI6 read your Mails.
Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to download and install successfully a BlackBerry version of Opera mini on a windows mobile phone? I hate using PIE and I get unlimited browsing with my BlackBerry and would love to use Opera instead.

just some different possible browsers:
Skyfire (www.skyfire.com)
opera mobile (www.opera.com/mobile)
opera mini (theres an installer which also makes shortcuts on the jbed... just search it... GC java pack)
Hi, I've taken the plunge and updated my T-Mobile Touch Dual to the latest HTC stock rom. I've also installed BlackBerry Connect (version 4.0.0.97) and once I changed the AKU, all is working fine. I'm really happy with the performance of this rom. It's made my tired Nike feel like a new phone! It's very fast and has resolved a few bugs from the 6.0 rom. What I really would love now is to find a way to use the Opera Mini browser using my BlackBerry data connection. Does anyone know if there is a hack that can achieve this? Only the program that apears to work with the BlackBerry data connection is Explorer!

Question / Request

Hi
I know probably in the wrong area of the forum, but please hear me out.
I want to get myself the x10 mini, but also use it for work. The company I work for only uses Windows Mobile, can anyone point me in the direction of someone that would be able to port the program to Android?
Thanx in Advance

Does your company have specific Windows Mobile apps running on the devices? Or just the Windows Mobile operating system?
You can use your Microsoft Exchange email with an X10 Mini / Mini Pro
Hi
Indeed, it is a program scripted in WinMo, and uses SQL services. I would be able to configure the mail no problem. Just the app is the issue.

You will need a complete rewrite of the software for which you will need the source code for the original Windows mobile application. In other words: It can be done by a skilled programmer, but it will be timeconsuming and expensive.
Personally, I think the smart thing would be to look for another solution instead of letting an SQL-scripting application hinder progress. But that's just me ;-)

sweeter home

Hello all
I have a question
Why can not sweeterhome on my x10 mini
Greeting Karin
You're trying to install the one for Android 1.6, right?

I managed to install it without any hassle on my rooted X10 Mini Pro. However it still needs some work, there are resolution issues - meaning that the text onscreen is virtually impossible to see. Haven't really had a chance to test out the rest of the app as I can't really navigate it with such small text.

x10 mini pro on screen keyboard

hi all,
I've accidently deleted the on screen keyboard from my wifes mini pro. could someone help me out and provide the .apk for it
I'm getting shouted at on a regular basis!!
Thanks
somewhere around the forum there is a rar file with all the apks but ide gladly give u it if you knew its name?
but you shouldn't really root someone else's phone.
although i dont see why a mini pro needs a on screen keyboard since the touchscreen it self sucks anyway.

sk17i as external keyboard for other devices

Well, my phone is my sk17i Xperia Mini Pro.... and I love the physical keyboard and it works as a phone for me. I don't mind the small screen size that much...
Although for "productivity" and "school stuff" I have a Xperia Z2 tablet. And I carry both of them with me most of the time.
Although I hate overall on-screen typing. I want to vomit every time I use an on-screen keyboard.
And as I was looking on ebay for an external mini keyboard, I remembered that I have a really good physical keyboard on my Xperia Mini Pro. And another external keyboard would be yet another device to carry with me.
So my question is... is it somehow possible to interact with my Xperia Z2 tablet using my Xperia Mini Pro physical keyboard? Software, bluetooth, wifi, OTG USB... anything goes.... Suggestions?
I know this is more than 2 years old and sadly without any answer, but I ask myself pretty much the same question, I would like to use the keyboard of my Xperia Mini Pro as bluetooth keyboard for the Amazon FireTV stick. Would be great if this was possible somehow...

Hello, I know this is a old thread, but now we have some paid apps that say that you can do this. I have nothing with the owner and did not tested it yet, but I'll leave the link below anyway. The bad news is the app only works with some OS like Android and Windows, for example. Hope it helps you.

Thanks for your reply, but at least on Amazon's FireTV Stick it does not seem to work. I sideloaded the app to the FireTV stick, startet it, but get an error-message in the first step: If I select "Tap here, find An2An Receiver from the list and enable it, confirm the pop-up dialog, then return here" > the message "Cannot launcher keyboard settings, please do it manually and come back". is shown. Also there's no real documentation, can't get it to work.
