I bought my Xperia X10 Mini in Hong Kong.
Now the problem is that the only input language is Chinese. I can still input latin characters but it's a real hassle as my phone only has a Chinese dictionary for the word predicting function.
How can I add the English and French input method?

I`ve got new Hero(official in Latvia), but it has some limitation to Poland/Romanian language. I wont to use it with EN interface including deal pad and English/Russian keyboard.
I was trying to set custom Local to RU, but is changing Interface to Russian. Is there any solution for setting interface and keyboard to different languages ?
PS may be there is some kind of en_RU locale ?

Same problem here. The only way to make TouchInput to support Russian is to switch to Russian locale which has Russian UI. I've seen many posts, were people asking how they can have bilingual keyboard, while keeping UI in English.
en_RU locale would be ideal, but MoreLocale doesn't show it.
Also, I've seen TouchInput apk (HTC_IME) available to download, but it seems to be English only.
If anybody has a solution to this - please help!

Wonder if any experts here can help me. I have just received a new HTC Hero (T Mobile UK G2 Touch). Unfortunately it appears to be running a somewhat crippled version of the languages. My wife is Italian and frequently texts in Italian but unfortunately there is no Italian language support, only English, Dutch and Czech which seems strange.
Can anyone point me in the right direction as to how to download or unlock Italian without rooting the phone? Would predictive text work and would I only be able to change the text language and not the whole phone language?

I have bought the Samsung galaxy tab 10.1v, under honeycomb 3.0.1.
The trouble is that the French language is not installed in the setting panel,
"Language input & sélection", there is only English and Spanish.
Do you know how install other language, please?

I would also like to know this because i am currently in Thailand and the tabs here only have english and asian languages installed from stock. I would like to have swedish too.
You can always download a custom keyboard with support to your language but i find the stock keyboard better in most cases.
It is the UI language that i would like to change.
I was told from the staff at a store that they can do this at the Samsung Center here in Thailand, but it would be great if i could do it on my own.

Hi, I want to debrand my Mozart, I've done it before however it had a really annoying "feature" although the generic European ROM has hundreds of lovely languages to choose from when it comes to the keyboard and I can change my region format to UK my display language is "English" which is american english not real english. Is there anyway to change the display language to UK English? I don't quite understand why they would put american english in the european model to start with!

I bought my phone on amazon.de. I'm from Germany. On our German qwertz keyboard y and z are interchanged. Of course into the settings I set the input languuage to German, but If I touch y it writes z. Maybe someone know this problem.

Same here. It happened after a did a wipe. All languages gone except German and the Samsung keyboard has the reversed z,y. Any ideas or anyone know were to get the keyboard apk?
