This is a fun theme I made to resemble the soon to be released Nexus S. The new version will only work on deodexed JK6/JL4/JL5 roms. I had a lot of trouble doing some of the mods I wanted on the odexed roms so I decided to make the switch. I will leave the original version available for those that have odexed roms, but if you want the latest and greatest you will have to make the switch. Sorry for the inconvience.
Note: These themes take a long time to make and update, so if you have the ability to donate it would be much appreciated. Also if you use my work in your theme / rom please don't forget to credit me.

That was the color of the app drawer in the leaked images of the nexus s.
Neat. I like the purple dock, but I think the image you're basing the theme off was just poorly shot.

lol. it's not purple. Google wouldn't do that now.. it looks purple because the dock is transparent and the piece of wallpaper that happens to be under the dock is purplish

Thats what happens when you have had no sleep, lol... However you are correct google would not allow it, but I wouldn't put it past sammy to try and change something in an asop build lol. I actually do like the purple though.
Can someone thats using this use Wallpaper Set & Save to save and then please upload that wallpaper? Thank you.

Introducing my first real custom ROM that I have used all fresh images for. This is CyanogenMod's Gingerbread Nightly Build #26.
I have removed several .apk's that I personally don't use including:
DSP Manager

Live Wallpapers
CM Wallapapers

By removing all these I have condensed the ROM down considerably and everything still runs smooth.

I've added a Custom Bootup Animation that has a touch of 'Old School' feel to it to add to the 'screen off/on' CRT animation. Redid the sliders and slider buttons. Added some more custom images throughout the ROM here and there including the USB connection image is now changed.
I've changed the StatusBar Icons as well. Custom WiFi, Cell Reception and Connection Speed Icons for increased visibility. Updated all over icons for better visibility as well.
This works well as a standalone if you like have a ROM that's been reduced in size to increase your MTD partition or for whatever reason you want a slimmer ROM. Otherwise this can be flashed over an existing Gingerbread ROM build 26 and will work just fine.
WARNING: Flash at your own risk, you know the possibilities of bricking etc etc.

I agree, everyone uses the browser. and I dont like any of the android market browsers.
The one thing i dont like much is the boot screen, but that I can change.
Looks good. I'll probably be pulling some of the images for cm7 when there is a stable release. Over all its not me, none-the-less its cool. Good job dude

I use Dolphin HD cause it seems to suit me better. I'm uploading a new ROM the includes a browser with a changed icon. This is the kind of input I like. for those that would like just the browser I themed the icon, I'll link that too.
I somehow thought Guitarist and Musicman were the same person...

looks great!! Definitely will try it once CM7 becomes stable and have a fix for my WIFI issue.
Anyway, I was also hoping that I can have the % displayed for battery. Been missing that in CM7 from CM6..
Me too, though having a percentage display on the lockscreen helps out a lot. That, and gingerbread has built in CPU monitoring and some other nice features. Build 26 has been very stable for me so far.

I think that was a slight issue with a few of the nightlies (can't recall which ones off the top of my head right now), I'll be updating this as a final release once CM7 does a final release. Though if you guys want the latest nightly updated version I have I'll push on getting some final touches and release a build 34 (when they do of course). This was mainly to give a taste of my first total themed Gingerbread ROM and find out what people like/dislike kind of deal. I'm still working in the background on this one and have 3 more ideas in the works so far. I'll be making bootup screens per theme as well. I might have some screenies ready by Friday for the Gunmetal Theme inspired by MGS4/COD Spec Ops.

Pls help. I try this rom, very nice thx, but have problem, same as another CM7 rom. Radio stop working, no signal, no data. Any solution? When i use CM 6, radio without problem.
Ported a few Items from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=886971 and a few PNGs from other places. I edited a lot of files myself. I will be working on other colors soon... Let me know what needs work and what can be improved...
I don't take donations. I have been working on themes for every ROM I tried and I finally decided to actually put this one out. I like doing this and it helps keep me sane while I work lol. So just say "thank you" if you want to show your appreciation.

I believe there are a few diff framework PNG edits and i tried to use a lot of the PNGs from trigger ie. E, G, 3g, and H icons. Also i don't think that one is compatible with trigger. I did check that one out before I threw this up. Figured it would be easy to have a Trigger specific theme on the orange. Working on blue, red and purple color edits.
Not on Trigger but had to try this, It matches my wallpaper sooo well.
I'm on M_Flagshipv4 + KB1 modem + Dead Horse_ULF. (BTW workes great)
Flash worked great no issues.

i like the subtle orange outline on the bubbles... can i add that mms.apk to the next update?
currently working on blue red and purple and changing some pngs... also working on better numbers on the battery icon.
Are the Volume bars and such orange also? If the theme is completely orange I will most likely give this a shot. Btw, great work man this completely diff from all the other trigger themes.

yeah if you reflash the trigger ROM it will go back to normal BUT i will create a "back to stock" zip for everyone.

Nope, It was only tested on #31, as a matter of fact before I tested this I was on RC2, and the OP recommended to update to #31 just to be on the safe side.

I ask this honestly ignorant of how most of the actual systems on this phone work, but isn't it possible to design a theme that universally applies to all the applications that you changed? Like I said I don't know much about this, but it would seem to be a good idea to have some sort of universal program settings that can be themed which apply over a large number of programs. Is that not the case? By examining your file it appears not.
Like I said just curious, not criticizing. The screenshots look great

Yeah. You can do something like that with the Theme Chooser but the problem is that the Theme Chooser isn't capable of themeing everything a flashable zip can.

CM7RC3 is out so I recommend updating. I flashed this theme over RC3 and everything is working fine.

currently im using the Honeycomb theme but some of the buttons in the menus are too big and the text inside them, can't be seen completly.

It does have the numbers 1-100 for battery and more charging graphics I think. Looks good..try it out..

I just didn't like how project-v had very few battery icons... Actually you can flash any metamorph on the forums with this theme since it is edited to except the multiple images. I will post a link of alternative mods.

Didn't realize it was there. Can you post a screenshot off the portrait lock screen? I'll take a look at the framework and try for a v7. I really want to change the dialer background and the in call background needs to be darker or swapped.

OK that's where I got mine, but uninstalled the launcher and wallpaper stayed. Just wanted to have the wallpaper saved to my phone. Don't want to download the launcher every single time I want to use the wallpaper. Was not to fond of ics launcher prefer adw launcher with ics theme.
By the way usually don't like animation turned on, but ur ics animation is super quick! Keep up the awesome work.
