So you can't flash your device with this ROM? use hard-spl
Cant flash because no SPL partition. Your dump includes Part01 - XIP, Part02-IMGFS.
I cant do HardSPL. Device boots only in bootloader.

Nope. T4242 has differetd Region Lock - Low & High, atm.
My T4242 has czech PN and Low Region Lock. I think this is new HTC "trick" to legaly upgrade WWE for other language, in my case its russian.

Please reflash the proper ROM or contact the service center", which appears after trying to update with RUU_Iolite_HTC_RUS_1.09.411.2_Radio_Sign_12.41.30.16_0.41.30.12_Ship.exe firmware. I've checked and it has the Low Region Lock is also the same. Can you explain your steps how to bring it back to life?

I know only one way - flash same rom as i. Rom is WWE2RUS for devices with CID HTC__032 (czech/poland). Procidure is clean - put device into booloader and run RUU from WWE2RUS rom. If you need this rom - i can upload it or you can find it on 4pda.ru forum.

Previous owner told me,that the phone originally had region code 032. He wrote HardSPL in it, then changed Region code with Iolite Sec / CID / SIM Unlocker to A07, removed HardSPL with SPLRelocker and wrote RUU_Iolite_HTC_RUS_1.09.411.2_Radio_Sign_12.41.30. 16_0.41.30.12_Ship firmware. Finally we got what described at the beginning of my post. I've tryed to write to this phone different origin firmware's but with no effect. Even I can't to make a Gold Card for the same reason, because of my phone is not able syncronize with active sync. How can I put there HardSPL using only Tricolor bootloader? Or how can I change region code from A07 back to 032? Is it possible?
And one more question - Will the Gold Card made on one Lolite work on the other? As I understand,when you create image on SD card using QMAT, the program reads SD card serial number. If so, then the same card will help to revive the other phone body. Am I right?

Через rootexplorer удали файлы /system/lib/libswypecore.co и /system/app/swype.apk и положи на их место файлы из архива айфолдер.ру/19308334 (ссылки постить не дает, но ты понял что делать )
Потом зайди в settings -> applications -> manage applications
Нажми кнопку Меню. Выбери фильтр "all". Найди в списке свайп, нажми на него и ткни на clear data.
Теперь можно будет включить русский язык в свайп.

Скачал разблокировку загрузчика с офф.сайта, установил, рутнул.
В левом углу появилась надпись...
Планшет рутировался
Далее хотел "видеоинструкцию" записать для этого снял рут, сделал вайп, сменил прошивку, рута не стало, но надпись осталась.
Когда начал записывать "видеоинструкцию" программа "загрузчика" выдавала какую то ошибку, смена прошивок не помогала...
Ну решил избавиться от разблокированного "загрузчика" наудалять через fastboot...
-cache 0,5 сек
-userdata 13 сек
-system 2 мин
-data которая НУ ООООЧЕНЬ долго удалялась - может минут 5, не дождался думал - "наверное зависло" либо терминал фастбута закрыл либо кабель вытащил-забыл.
и вроде еще загрузчик (boot) или рекавери если такое есть.
Включаю после всех "erases", надпись осталась, режим рекавери работал и бесконечно крутился кружок. Решил через терминал попытаться закачать в планшет прошивку -какую то ошибку вывело.
Потом вообще ни рекавери не стало, ни крутящегося кружка
Может кто то подскажет решение, как туда "силком" зашить прошивку?
P.S. Общался с одним человеком, он посоветовал прошить nvflash tegra4 но где ее искать? Может без nvflash tegra 4 привести в рабочий режим?

Помогите определить данного пациента: был прошит прошивкой v10 (https://www.needrom.com/download/dragon-touch-v10/) после этого имеем проблему: не загружается, подсветка включается и цикличный ребут. В диспетчере видится как (MTK PreLoader VCOM с ID USB\VID_0E8D&PID_2000\6&2F33EF01&0&3). Прошивается SP Flash Tool успешно.Пробовал шить от разных аппаратов Dragon Touch (x10 пробовал из ветки) - результат лучше. Устройство больше не перезагружается постоянно и похоже что включилось,ибо есть реакция включения и выключения дисплея, но экран всё равно черный. Точно такая же проблема встречалась уже в ветке (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=74879038&postcount=330)

since it is priced at under 10K, i think it works because it's got some really nice specs like the huge 6,000 mAh battery and the helio G85 processor. looks good overall.
It's a good phone
Battery is a monster, performance is okay for day to day use. I don't play games.
It's worth buying in my opinion

The phone will reboot into fastboot mode. Then press the volume + button and the on button to reboot the phone into the system. Now in developer mode on the phone, we enable USB debugging and factory unlock. We connect the phone to the computer. Open the platform tools folder. In the address bar of the folder, click the mouse, erase everything and write; cmd. Press enter and a command window will open. Next, in the command window, write -adb devices. The serial number of the phone should appear. If it doesn't appear, reinstall the adb drivers. Then we write -adb reboot bootloader. The phone will reboot into fastboot mode. (Black background with small text). Then we write-fastboot flashing unlock. The text on the phone screen will change. To unlock the bootloader, press the volume + button on your phone. I use hotspot extensively. Is there future plan to fix it? Plus, is it tested on all three devices?
ps: A seperate dedicated post would be nice.
Yeah it's tested on all three devices and we are still trying to fix that hotspot bug it will be fix soon
