Yes !!! good job,
Try it right now !!!

Ahh thanks too much. I worry about stopping CM based build!!

Thank you, gt2009.
I love this build.
I was searching for another one and none satisfied me as HD2ONE

downloading now. Hopefully it will be good.

Thank you for continuing this build.
I hope you can do as much as a good job as the original HD2One maker could.
I like this build very much, with RAM enabled it is so fast!..

Thanks again gt2009 for your work.

Hi.
I hope to find the new version ADW.Launcher (1.3.6) in new build!

Yeah, that's very good!!!

browser
only fit size screen on browser
can i change it to variable size !!!
thanks !!!!

Very well that the project will continue. Please pay attention to the systematic disabling WiFi in 0.3.6. Version 0.3.5 was no such problem. Because of this, had to return to the development of MCCM. I hope - temporarily.

Still have light for us..thx

I cannot stress enough how happy I am that the work of Kouno.Takaaki with the HD2ONE ROM lives on. The feedback on this ROM is incredible for the short time that has been here, and that is proven by the vast numbers of happy users. Personally I am balls-deep in this build and totally loving it.
Thank you for taking over the tedious job in making this build better, gt. It is greatly appreciated.

Too bad this build doesn't work with UOT Kitchen.
It's crashing at startup and looping the boot-animation.

Is there a way to make unlock screen quite and not vibrate? Same for typing phone numbers.

Merry Christmas first off. The boot-animation loop can be produced by the pin. Disable the pin in windows mobile and see if the loops goes away. I will not include this mod into this build because I want to keep it as close to stock as possible

@ mike: have a look at the dialer; open it and press the windows menu button. there are more settings.
@ pathologo: if you want to run these mods on hd2, have a look at this thread, pls; with this script you will be able to use it

Q&A THREAD SEE HERE ALL Q&A GOES THERE thanks gwbard
To be honest, this is not tablet mode at all, it has nothing to do with silly build.prop hacks. This is the first and only Android rom to feature true Hybrid mode. This rom lets you scale and project every app, every widget, even systemcomponents individually. Remember, android is modular, everything is an app: Lockscreen, navigationbar, dialogs, popups, keyboards, widgets, and your regular apps of course. Apps have the capability to switch into various designs or layouts according to the device they run on. This can result in a complete new experience as many apps will transform to the better.
Now for every element that you like chose a mode (PhoneUI, Phablet/Nexus-7UI, TabletUI) and/or a size. You are 100% independent of the system DPI which runs nicely in whatever value it has been assigned to. You do not need to boot your phone into a certain DPI. Neither will most of the changes you apply require a reboot. You will not suffer from the myriads of troubles which normally haunt you under build.prop tablet mode. Your market, phone, etc. will all work, apps won't shrink on you unless you shrink them yourself. This project will entirely transform your device, but retain the aesthetics and the feel of your phone.

Themes and other goodies you can find here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1822082
Go to Settings, System, Font size, set it to NORMAL
open SuperSU *update SU binary.*
make sure your country is set at US *this will allow google now to respond to you, any others = no voice*
if your having sound issues or other odd issues, try saving pics/music from internal sd, wipe it, then try and flash the rom again.
If you have an issue and you want to call our attention, here's what you do:
1. Try everything you can, find solutions for yourself. Wipe caches, revert all your settings you have made, go back to your stock Kernel, factory reset if you have to or reflash the rom. Assume that the issue is on your side and try your best to isolate it.
2. Search this thread and Cyanogenmods aswell (its our base) for possible reoccurences of your issue and hopefully solutions that may have come up.
3. If you think the issue is important enough that we should cease our work and look into it, post your issue, BUT ...
... stay friendly, do not demand anything, do not threaten
... explain your issue as precise as you can, name the exact apps and conditions that cause trouble, help us to replicate the issue right away. If we can't there's no way we can fix it and your post will simply clutter the thread
... collect evidence, keep in mind this is a developer thread so even if you are not one, do us the favor and research how to record logcat. logcat is the single most important help you can give us to resolve your issue.

i will only change the OP when PA changes version or CM10 has enough things fixed that it warrants a full public release.
YES YOU CAN DIRTY FLASH, but PLEASE BACKUP YOUR PA SETTINGS BEFORE FLASHING! *flashing dirty means your backup will be there when you boot back up.*

i honestly dont mind if people flash it, i just expect crackflashers to never report bugs here or to me in pm or anywhere. everyones curious so there is no harm in flashing it, just make a backup, and you wont get any support on how to flash or what to do ect.. as dev's will already know what to do hopefully...
and it didnt work for you because something is missing in the zip file for a reason and it was mentioned in the op about the network.
but as truth77 said, this is pretty much for dev's only because i dont want to have to deal with stupid bug reports and dumb request's at this time when there are important things needing to be done long before most other things.
EDIT: seems paranoid thinks its a good idea to give the development of paranoid on i717 to someone that doesnt own the phone and never will. lets hope they figure out that the i717 and n7000 are completely different phones other then name and screen size, and allow me to continue this onto official.

FAQ:
If you do not have the date in the notification bar, go into Settings -> ROM Control -> Weather and enable it (Enable Weather must be ticked). If for whatever reason you do not want weather integration, just toggle it on and off. Date will be shown in the notification bar even with the weather disabled, but only if it has been enabled previously. (thx CX)

You can also do "git revert" - This will JUST revert the commit, and put it in the changelog as a revert, instead of rewinding the repo.
Thanks for finding the likely culprits, I'll test and if it fixes things for me, I'll gerrit reverts tonight.
Did you try reverting either of these independently?
Codeworkx smells something about libcutils, so I'll start to revert only this one

ccache rocks, but making/reverting changes to certain parts of the code just automatically forces a big change.
Will test on n7000 in about an hour.
this one:
Revert "libcutils: Fix aliasing violations"
This reverts commit a63c4f18f2400fd05ecd1cee88199c32477297d4.
seems NOT to be a fix.
going to try the other one alone now.

Revert "libcore: Fix aliasing violations"
This reverts commit 37467534830c84a56279769b8aa03115540f7121.
This commit broke Foursquare, Tweetdeck, Voxer, and Instagram
Probably other apps too.
The general theme is that they are unable to sync network
feeds or lists.

Might wanna try to explain the main problem to Arcee on Gerrit, he wants more info on how this breaks Foursquare, etc...
He's likely going to be the one to do the final sign off, so if you want it fixed fast, convincing him would be a good idea
This is of no use to me since I don't use any of those apps but I really appreciate your work. I do remember using one of your nightly builds when BOT was down

This rom is for the 89% stock google rom (no, no root isn't a bug! This is a stock rom!). The missing 11% are CyanogenMod repositories. I'll try to reduce that number

Well, since ART is an ahead of time execution model, that "bootloop" you guys are experiencing is just the phone compiling the apps for later use. Therefore, it's easy to see that the more you have installed when you switch from dalvik to ART, the more it'll take. Ah, if only our little S advance had a snapdragon 805...

@okibi Hey I always wondered if there is a way to move the "okay google" or remove it? It always seems to be in the way of my digital clock.

If you use facer for your watch faces then there is an option to hide.

You need to say "OK Google" and do a voice command a few times. I think I had to do 4 or so before it stopped showing up.

No bugs to report on my end. The rom runs flawless like in previously releases. All the new features are there and battery life seems great so far.

Same here. Running great.
The standard ROM version has a new sleep function that turns off the watch display if it hasn't moved for 30 minutes. This is driving me nuts as I always put my watch next to my monitor while I'm working so I have to keep waking it up or I miss notifications.
Is this "feature" in this ROM and if so, is there any way to turn it off or extend the timeout ?
Thanks

Boot.img are in the zip file under rom/stock folder.
@okibi
i've repacked the boot img with kernel tool and change the following lines (ramdisk/default.prop):
ro.secure=0
ro.adb.secure=0
boot.img is now resized to ~6,3mb can i flash this?
Quick question - how do I update from 2.0 to 2.1? No OTA?
Dirty flash?
Nevermind, ensured ADB Debugging was on and re-ran install script. Prefer the updated vibration setting!

Just got my watch today, debating on installing this rom. Would love to hear your experience.
Edit:
Just installed the ROM, after letting it boot up seems to run very smooth. About to start exploring it, but no issues with the rom or installation process other than getting the driver installed and device online, but thats not specific to this rom.

Misc
Important note:
Starting from 17.09.2015 build the installer of chrono kernel is decoupled from a ROM installer, so e.g. no support for f2fs or dual boot with a default ROM kernel. In order to have all features of the universal kernel package you need proceed standalone chrono kernel installation.
Conversion EXT4 -> F2FS:
TWRP:
1) back up the system
2) find backup folder and rename system.ext4.win to system.f2fs.win, data.ext4.win -> data.f2fs.win etc.
3) restore backup of selected partitions
4) flash zip from attachment (chrono kernel is supposed to be installed)
CWM/Philz:
1) back up the system
2) format selected partitions to F2FS
3) restore backup of selected partitions
4) flash zip from attachment
Fix to GAPPS(GMS) FC:

Yep Is there anything wrong? Just found some spare time to return to android development.
UPD. while I'm on the treatment, there is almost nothing anything to do for me... Just wanted to bring this ROM up before I go to another city because of treatment.
For f2fs i have to convert first the rom with the script or i can install it as it is?

I caught myself that I haven't tested f2fs with this ROM(of course I've tested f2fs update itself). There installation with f2fs will be a little tricky, because /ramdisk/fstab needs to be changed(it can be updated after reflashing ROM, but this is not the best solution IMO). I will test it and report later.
UPD. Btw, kernel version line messed up a bit, just don't pay attention on this
UPD2. added info about f2fs to 3rd post.
With flufli's script f2fs installation was fine but i had system fc the first time, launcher's fc, camera as you have said and the rom was laggy for me even without installing any other app.
I went back to liquid so that's the only feedback i can provide

Well, updater_script of this ROM is quite different from CM11, and it was never guarantied(AFAIK) that it will work with another ROMs. For me mentioned in 3rd post way is working, and there are no FCing apps(besides of aforementioned camera).

Note that for first 10 minutes media scanner is running in background, so there's nothing unusual that phone may lag in this time.
Well, after reading janice vanir topic I've found that GAPPS(GPS) FC bug will also appear there. This is related to -O3 optimization applied to binaries which are compiled in thumb mode. I haven't messed with optimizations yet(and Linaro GCC 4.8 is used here), but unfortunately for us, -O3 was already applied. Known fix for lollilop won't work on kitkat - it simply doesn't apply well, actually it can be applied, will try it later.
Then compile with -O2 and apply some non problematic -O3 flags manually

This isn't such simply. AFAIK, anything except -Os being applied to thumb code will fail. It's interesting to force ARM mode to check if it as well fixes issue, but first I'll try out removing forced alighment code. I have too slow internet to upload(or rather - download) new build in near time, when applying just one fix probably can fit in few blobs.
Test fix to GAPPS FC bug. To apply reboot to recovery and copy files to /system/lib(make sure you have backup of original files!). Please test it and report if it's working.

Well done! This works for your CM11 05.05.2015 (Running Google Play services 7.5.74 (1997312-034))
The idea to use other/older libjavacore.so was known but not to change libjavacrypto.so also. Which is obviouly if I think about it once more
As you know me I made an installer zip of this. It is not my work actually - I only changed files, added codina and CM11 checking and added deinstall routine for my old init.d fix.
You can use it also (of course) if the init.d fix was not used...
This will do the following:
Deletes init.d 50gmscache (if installed)
Deletes cache folder of gms (will be build new automaticly)
Makes backup (*.so.bak) of original libs
Copy working libs over the original ones.
Okay, good to know that fix is working. Now I can publish patch which is backport of well known fix for lollipop https://github.com/ChronoMonochrome...mmit/a2d116008d15c3db373ad372ab37548058926bfc .
Good work, Chrono
I saw that in rom preinstalled r3 kernel
Is there an update already or it special version for Vanir?

There is an update(read changelog in 2nd post), but I haven't pushed it because I need to deal with some changes in kernel installer(and in build script, in particular) and make sure that they works properly.
Thank you
:good::good::good:
upd: kernel used with this rom is the best.
I made fatal mistakes by flashing nonrelated chrono's ones.
I was SO WRONG flashing latest one instead of testing included one.
Definitely, kernel used there is really fit for this rom.
Awesome(some tweaks are still needed, but, damn, it is really, really awesome)!
Kernel we have there still can use latest chronokernelsettings(MANY customization are needed to get totally great results, but CKS + perfctrl used together are capable to push a2 to the max, imho).
This is awesome rom.
Small advice - add these to init.d with 755 permission, reboot:
http://speedy.sh/FVaw2/init.d.7z
Then you can optimize your system even more with chronokernelsettings + perfctrl(do NOT overwrite init's settings there).
Then - apkopt - list of apk's to being optimized - soon(check fuc.kin dialer gain)...
Then - media.scanner, any wrong id tag may result in batt drain(imagine >500 mp3 files with wrong id tags, then imagine 1500 files with wrong tags on extcard and media.scanner working)...
Yup, it can DRAIN your battery without reason...
F'ed up tags of your music/vid files may break your nice, flatline batt usage, too.
Another story - ex-ter-nal music player/vid player...
And so on, so on...rom itself, or kernel will NOT help you, if you are not aware how andorind is working.
Anyway, good luck....feel free to ask.
But maybe tomorrow, now i am drunk, allright.
Chrono, thank you.
Not enough space on /system
It seems apps that require to write some data on /system (like AdAway or Mount2SD) are not working correctly after f2fs conversion. Error message says "there is not enough space on /system". I wonder if anyone experienced the same or is it just me messing up at a step?
