If you want speed try openfire or cyanogenmod. Or better yet, try all the roms yourself.

Right guys and gals just thought I'd pop in and say hi, Iam going to be getting a razr off the Motorola Rep next week just wanting to know what I should do with it 1st. Is rooting and cwm recovery easy to do and same for roms
Give you some background I've always had htc and got a desire hd at the mo rom on it etc all the usual stuff.
Can I still do the same with razr also. Also how easy is it, with the dhd it was so easy my little lad could do it and he is 8. LOL

you could of asked in any thread and its a quite old phone now so there is alsorts of stuff avalabile now and battery is same as most phone depends on from and kernel n apps

Try yourself then. Or take a look at the specific ROM threads in Development and Original Development section as they are some reviews for most of the ROMs there in each ROM thread itself, so you can decide yourself what to flash.

It's generally frowned upon in these forums to ask which is the best rom or who is the best developer etc. I'd like to suggest that you first read the forum rules and then try each of the roms that look like they might suit your needs. Only you know what you want and what works for you.
