Using stock launcher my live wallpapers randomly disappear and I am left with stock blue one.
Does this happen to anyone else?

yup that happens to my x10 as well. randomly !
Yep it happened to me all the time, even after flashing several times, now I'm using launcher pro I've never had a problem when running live wallpapers since.

I find it happens with certain live wallpapers, but not all. Most, actually, as I didnt come to that conclusion until I spent all of december with a christmas tree live wallpaper that was fine, whilst most others close at least once a day.

I've a problem with 10.1 wallpaper too and this app can fix that!
but i've a little lag when i slice my screen.

yea this app is awesome. wallpaper doesn't look pixelated in any picture size.
doesn't seem to work with lockscreen though
Problem I have with this is when rotating the tab, I get black screen with spinning timer in the middle for a couple of seconds and then the wallpaper appears

yea i'm guessing it's like that because it's a live wallpaper. not really a big deal

This app is the only app that I cant seem to make work right, or figure out how to use properly.

I think it depends on what live wallpaper you use. For the stock "weather" live wallpaper the animation only goes for a few seconds before stopping but if you use any of the other stock live wallpapers they should keep going until the screen turns off.

Same thing for me too. I just use the Beautiful Live Wallpaper since I did purchase Beautiful Widgets.

way to kill your battery in like 10min
Went to Sprint and told them my pictures all had a green tint, and the screen was yellow and overall performance was laggy...all I had to show him was one green pic and he swapped the phone out. Told him battery was not that much better than the EVO and he gave me a new battery and let me keep my current battery.
Overall this phone is better. Screen is not a dull yellowish color, camera seems to be working, and the home screen lag is gone....
What HW version was your old one and what is your new one?

the green tint to the pictures is gone? mine is always doing that.
I didn't even think to look at the old HW version. This this one is 0002. The green tint is there for a second or 2 and after it auto focus, its gone. My old phone it just stayed green. And my grass looked like I was at the masters tournament and my grass don't look that damn good LOL
But the difference in scrolling through my home screens is a big difference. Even the guy there said it was pretty bad. I got the same widgets up now and its smooth

Oh and I couldn't run a live wallpaper at all. Phone would bog down. Now its running without a hitch so maybe I had a defective phone but now I'm not so tempted to turn this bad boy in like i was yesterday

good to know. i will have to take mine back tomorrow then. my phone also won't play the weather live wallpaper for more than 10 sec before it freezes up.
The live weather app stops after about 10 seconds. And restarts when you turn the screen back on fyi

The weather wallpaper does? That kids defeats the purpose of it being a live wallpaper doesn't it?
Also anyone have the little menu that allows you to select live,HTC,or gallery wallpaper have a distorted glitch as it pops up? Also when I click on HTC wallpaper and it brings up the previews of the wallpapers it takes a long time for them all to show up. It's almost like It's downloading them over a slow connection.
I'm just trying to figure this out before I take my phone back here in a couple hours.

How long is a long time? Mine takes maybe 3 to 5 seconds.

I'd say over 5sec the first time I look at them. Sometimes they don't even come up and I just give up all together. Also I constantly ha e stuff stop working and i have to reboot the phone. Like right now when i get a new email the notification tone isn't working. I'm not going to reboot the phone tho I'm going to show it to the Sprint store.

Mine still does this. You would assume that a dual core with 1 gb of RAM wouldn't have these kinda delays. I.get the glitch in the menu as well. Think that's all software related. Hopefully there is a fix soon to knock out the kinks

i was going to take mine in today but i didn't have time. no reboot and now all the sudden the e-mail notification sound is working. all the bugs with this phone really suck.
Who else here using launcher pro as their default launcher? Has anyone notice during reboots it takes time for it to reload? Other launchers like go ex, launcher 7 reloads automatically..

After every fresh reboot it shows a blackscreen for like minimum 20 secs to 1 minute before it totally loads up. Unlike go launcher which im in right now, after every fresh boot you can use it directly even if everything is still scanning. Dont get me wrong i love LP, im asking here coz i cant compare it to someone else coz im the only one here at home using android.

Yea, usualy its just FC on boot, after this all going ok.
I was fan of LP from Nexus One launch. But few weeks ago changed it to Go Launcher. Was annoyed by bug with rotation in all apps list (when all icons go to 1 corner). Go launcher was realy laggy on CM7, but now i'm using RevoHD4, and seems Go launcher not lagging anymore.

Having the same problem here. With every ROM or Kernel, LancherPRO Plus always take 20-40 sec to boot up. Sometimes it force close...
I'm using it this way because it's only on bootup but its annoying me since last year. I was hoping for and Update but there's almost 8 months since the last version was released. I think this project is abandoned.
I think i will change to another launcher.
Does anyone recommend a good one? Where the APP Drawer list apps alphabetically and not like TW, i hate to organize every app i install.
when i was on gingerbread i use go launcher i think it's the best launcher , now on ICS i just use trebuchet
I use go launcher but don't notice the problem you described, although I do get the feeling the app has been abandoned. I suggest go launcher, because although it has slightly more lag than launcher pro, it is more customizable in my opinion. you can also try adw launcher and see which you prefer.

I use LP, but behaves a little differently on reboot than the descriptions here.
No blank screen - icons etc load instantly - but it's unresponsive for 6 seconds (timed it).
No biggie for me, I usually have 6 seconds spare...
Same here. Max 5 seconds spare. I think it depends on your system.

Maybe it has something to do with widgets you use?
I'm using the LP Twitter Widget (with a modified dark-transparent skin), Beatiful Widgets for clock/weather, 5 SimiFolders widgets 1x1 and PlayerPro Music Widget...
Hey I'm running my 1.0 2014 stock and was loving Next Launcher but after downloading about 6-7 themes it crashes every single time I go to change the theme. Anybody else out there using Next Launcher?
I have the paid version, mine crashes on wallpapers, themes, and 3D mode
I spoke with someone there and they said they're aware of the issues and are trying to work on it.
