I want to use Youlu on 2.2 but i want it to be like the Stock Dialer i mean Icon and Appname so same Icon and same name then the Stock dialer and not youlu. I know it works on Homescreen but i want it in App Drawer too. Can this be made or is it impossibile or like stock Dialer with the Style of Youlu?

I know that you can set the TouchWiz to a customizeable grid and replace the icons at the bottom, but what I want to do is when I click on the messaging icon it takes me to handcent. I like handcents app but I like the stock messaging icon better. Is it possible to redirect the shortcut to handcent and dolphin for the browser?

You need to go to system apps and get the icon with an explorer (I love RootExplorer) from mms.apk and put the icon in place of the handcent icon. That make sense? I can't remember the names of the icons, but I want to think they are in hpdi or something. Don't quote me on file location though.
Alright I did that. This is what I did.
Went and extracted the messaging apparently, extracted handcent took the icon from the messaging apparently and put it.in.handcent and renamed it ic_handcent.png like the original, compressed handcent again as a zip and renamed it apk but when I try to install it keeps saying application not installed.
Any clue what I'm doing wrong?

I really like the launcher but it annoys me that I can't put my prefered messaging app (Handcent SMS) at the bottom of the screen instead of the stock messaging app.

Open your app drawer, tap the key to the left of home, it's name escapes me, to enter edit mode. You can then drag/drop icons to the dock.
So i hate using icons for my launcher, so i have used simple text as icons. But i have run into a snag along the way.... How do i modify my app drawer icon? I can change the icon easily. but when u choose what to launch you cant choose the app drawer, you have to physically choose an application, anyone know the way around this?
EDIT: HAHAHAH I JUST WENT ALL OUT AND DELETTED MY STOCK SENSE SMS APP. Now it opens up GO SMS! yess sLOLLOL

so currently im running a sense 3.5 rom but with a different launcher(HOLO LAUNCHER). Also, I have MiuiLockscreen app from the market.
Instead of having sense lockscreen, I have miui LS right now.
When I unlock the screen with the SMS shortcut, it opens the STOCK SENSE SMS APP, but I want it to open GO SMS.
what Do I have to change in the Manifest of the lockscreen MTZ??

I'm on RR CM12.1 I wanted to know how can I change my app drawer icon. I like trebuchet because it organizes the apps with a letter on the side. Is this the only launcher that does this? I want to change the app drawer icon to fit my theme. Is there a way to do it? Thanks
