Well guys, looks like I'm officially off to the Verizon network and get my Droid Incredible this Saturday. This means my work with the Nexus One is officially done unfortunately. I'll continue doing the CM7 now for the Incredible and I'll be selling my Nexus One.
Here's a Metamorph for those who want to use the theme for the rest of the CM7 builds:
Please refer to Metamorph user guide in Themes Section if you don't know how to use them.

I always do a complete and full wipe when installing a new ROM, but some other people and I are having problems with calls, specially receiving calls. When the phone has been asleep for a few minutes and you receive a call, when u pick it up you can hear the other person, but they can't hear you, and it freezes like that for exactly 22 seconds.

It's base off snugfits cm7 so if you have calls issues there you'll most likely get out with this one.
I get calls issues with all previous MMCM7 ROMs

Never experienced that so I don't know. Received a few calls with this new base made today with no problems whatsoever. Never had that with any previous CM7 I did also.

Preview 1
CleanROM was designed to be a cleaned up Sprint Stock ROM with some features and enhancements! This is not a heavily themed ROM!
All HTC and Google Apps are up to date as of 12/30/2011.
ROM is de-odexed and based on official Sprint RUU 2.08.651.2.
Features
OS: Gingerbread 2.3.4 Deodexed
Kernel: stock kernel by mwalt with capacitive light dimming and always on notification LED
ROM Tweaks: ROM Tweaks by Evo Bryan ported from RomanBB - More options than ever!
Apps: ES File Explorer, DSP Manager
Tethering: WiFi Tether for 3G and 4G Wireless Tether / Sprint Hotspot

Changes is in this version:
Changed: Massive Framework changes! Do not use old mods from the 2.x series. They will break the advanced functionality. Its only safe to flash fonts and ringtones. Read more below in the Important Note!
Added: ROM Tweaks by Evo Bryan. This is the ULTIMATE in ROM customization.
Removed: ROM Updater. See Important Note below!
Updated: All apps as usual

Known Issues / Why is it only a preview build?
Due to framework changes the old mods will not work!
Due to framework changes there is a gap in icon spacing when the sync icon or the Headphone icon is shown in the status bar. There could be other status bar icon mismatches but they would be minor visual issues and NOT affect performance or stability. Find one point it out so I can fix it!

Important Note:
ROM Updater has been removed due to massive framework changes! Do not flash any old mods to this ROM except Ringtones and Fonts. There is a project in the works that will replace ROM Updater. I hope to have it off the ground in a few weeks. I will let you know when its ready! For the time being use the UOT Kitchen to make battery changes and share any mods you make for other people. If you want to learn how to port over the old tweaks to the new frame work just post a thread and I will help you. Its not hard but is time consuming to port 90+ mods.

I got 20TB of bandwidth i can share over at androidfilehost.com email me at [email protected] if you need the rom hosted
I flashed this with a clean wipe and my issue is I cannot get Google Voice to be my voice mail default. It only offers carry as the only selection. I set it all up like I did before root and it doesn't work.
The app says I set if up correctly -- but it doesn't give me the screen to tell me to dial that long number.
Any ideas? Is anyone else having the issue? I have a separate number for Voice -- I didn't link my Sprint number, if that helps.

I will take a look for you in a little while I am at about 2% battery. I just had to return to stock because I tried flashing a ROM from... Well never mind. I had to return to stock and battery is near dead. Once I am charged up I will take a look. I am sure its something simple. I may have done too much house keeping when I cleaned the ROM.

Welcome to Hyperlite!
This ROM is built on Android 2.3.5, using preludedrew's boot.img (also Cayniarb's), JoelZ's AOSP Gingerbread port, and some things from preludedrew's ROM. I'm just improving on their foundation. Those guys rock, thank them.
(mazook98 is an idiot!)
Internals:
- 100% pure AOSP Gingerbread, 2.3.5.
- Kernel version: [email protected]#5
___________________________________________________________
Known issues:
- Camera, 4G, bluetooth, and video are not functional.
- If you used HTC's unlock method you can't flash the kernel through recovery and you will have to do so through the bootloader. The kernel must be named PG86IMG.zip and must be flashed through Hboot. Thanks to housry23 for figuring that out!
___________________________________________________________
Works with both CWM and TWRP recovery images!
With that being said, I'm not responsible for ANYTHING that goes wrong when using this ROM and you take full credit for all that you do! Right now this ROM is in its beta stage and should be treated as such!

It seems that there MAY be an issue with the Superuser binary file and if that's the error message you get, go to the Market, grab the newest version, then load Superuser and follow the instructions. You will not lose root or anything, but do it as soon as the error gets thrown just in case!
Also mine cause you never know...

So are most of the roms on this forum. Just replace "WIP AOSP" With "Sense" and you can apply that statement to 90% of the roms on here.
empiire strikes again. Hopefully this thread will stay on topic instead of the other AOSP thread that turned into a flame war. I need sound to work or I would be flashing this immediately. I'll be sticking with Supra AOSP for now. Thanks for all your work empiire.

Yes I realize that. However, you'll notice I did give credit to them. Also, I've had this for a few days, I just didn't want to post a thread first to avoid taking heat... which obviously didn't work.
Just wait til I have more time than say, a few days, to get something up and running for people to mess with before you flame? Thank you.

So what. Is it bothering you or something? Is it a big deal? Every single Sense Rom is just like the last with some modifications. Don't get on the kid for trying to do a good thing here. At least we might get some progress updates. Plus, that other thread turned into a flame war.

CREDIT FOR THIS ROM ALWAYS GOES to the original dev (AdyScorpius), to ktoonsez for the Hellraiser Utility, and to Entropy512 for the original Hellraiser script.
::EDIT::Updated Hellraised Rom Feb. 12. 2012.:::
I rebuilt the Hellraise for this ROM for two reasons. 1) To make it easier to flash for those coming from a stock ROM like Shostock, Unnamed, or another non-hellraised ROM ((should flash no problem)) and 2) Because I wanted to include the init.d tweaks and the Market Hotfix. I stuck the Market Hotfix you need to flash if you experience force closes on Market on the /sdcard, so after flashing, you should have it there waiting for you on your sdcard. Just open up Market for the first time, and if it force closes on you, reboot to recovery and flash the hotfix. If you boot up and Market updates, boot into recovery once more and flash it and this should fix it for good. This makes it easier than having to download it seperately. Besides that, only things I changed were:
Added 97S_loopy_smoothness_tweak to init.d
Added 98network tweak to init.d
Added 99sdcardspeed tweak to init.d
As always, it was Hellraised with the Siyah Kernel v 2.6.12. Enjoy.

OK folks, here's the deal.
A) For Camera to work: On first boot, rename your DCIM folder on your /sdcard to DCIM.old or something and reboot. Now you should be good to go, and MIUI will rebuild a new DCIM folder and your camera will work GREAT.
B) For the Market Force close issue, open Market for the first time. It will force close. Reboot into recovery and flash the Hotfix found on your SD card. Reboot. Open Market, let it update, and it'll probably force close when you open an app again. Reboot, clear cache, and reflash Hotfix. Now usually at this point for me it works, but if it STILL doesn't and gives force closes, I noticed that connecting just once to any wifi network and going into market just once with that wifi on fixes it. Now you can turn off wifi, and use data no problem with no force closes. I may in the future try and find a way around this, but for now, this works. =D
Other than those two issues, I love this ROM. It's super fast (after the initial 5-8 minutes on first boot cause it's building files), and it just WORKS. Let me know what you think.
If its miui, you just change the theme to something else if you don't like it.

Pretty much i like the theme myself. And the rom in general just seems really snappy and quick. I dunno maybe a placebo effect

What is the difference between this MIUI and the other 5 ported versions?
Is it just the based theme that you can change in a click?
Thank you for contributing.
From my phone, to whatever electronic device you're using.
To answer the previous posters question, there probably are NO MAJOR differences, other than what the dev decides to stick in as far as apps taken out, themes, and build.prop and init.d scripts. This rom (for me) runs excellent. Also, remember, for anyone who flashes this, you probably have to rename your DCIM folder to something else so that miui can generate a new one, or the camera may or may not work properly. This is a common thing tho among MIUI and CM7 roms. =D Has anyone tried to flash this coming from a stock I777 ROM yet? Has it worked?
I support this rom 100% . Don't listen to all the people *****ing "its not your rom" or " there is no change" or "garbage theme". Why do you people care so much?

Why you mad? That's like asking what's the difference from your hellraised turkbeyrom and every other Samsung rom besides a different theme.
Hardware acceleration is a big difference compare to other miui rom

Sorry I didnt get to this reported thread sooner, I was on vacation.
Thread cleaned up. Carry on please...
Hope anyone who's tried this is enjoying it, I know I am =D I think I'll make another version to test, I may add or take away some apps as well depending on if anyone needs or wants anything. I love MIUI =D Of course, all credit goes to the original developer and all those who've contributed to the tweaks and wonders that make this ROM (and all) what they are. Good luck all, happy flashing.
I got Market force closes as soon as i open up the market. Im on shostock right now but yesterday when i tried this i was getting force closes like crazy. Wiped everything before i flashed. Just a heads up..

[ROM] HyperSense Nova (Sense 1.9|GB v2.3.3) [May 3rd 2013]

First thing to say is "THANKS TO ALL THE BRILLIANT DEVS HERE @ XDA!!!" Without their effort I think that I would never had a personal ROM
A special thanks goes to dbasabe with his GOOD work with the Sense kernel !!
--> This is my SECOND personal ROM and I'd like to share with you guys!
--> I have tested this thing for 3 months!! I have improved it every day and NOW I'm ready to know what people think about this!

What users said about this ROM
race55
"I have used it for 1 day, and i think it really is amazingly fast! I'm going to use this as my Daily Driver until there is a sense 4.0 port! Really amazing!"
Javimoran
"Whoao, this Rom is simply......perfect!, the smoothest and the fastest rom with sense I've ever seen, well done iperzampem0, well done."
jacker
I just wanted to say thanks for all the great work you guys have put into making this rom so awesome.
I installed it last week and its by far the fastest sense rom I have ever used.
So far I haven't run into any trouble with anything and I intend on keeping it as my daily driver."
P00r
Solid ROM! one of the best choice as daily runner and very fast, had never tried sense before due to concern about speed but it seem I was very wrong!
Only feature I miss from an ICS rom is the fastcharge feature but on the other end I need more a fully working phone with camera than a fast charge
I fixed the GPS APN with "faster fix" on the market, no need to flash anything, it just change the apn using root right...
nachopre
This is awesome. The best rom i have ever seen.
Thanks a lot.
You have given me more time to spend with my Nexus One.

REQUIREMENTS:
Make sure you have HBOOT v0.35.0017!!!
If you are on v0.33 then UPDATE instantly to v0.35.0017 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/Upgrading_Hboot)!
=> To install this NAND rom you MUST UPDATE your HBOOT with Blackrose first, so go -HERE- !
1) Latest Radio: 5.12.00.08
2) Latest HBOOT: BLACKROSE Custom HBOOT from "dla5244" dev.
As I said, follow the link above for the LATEST version and for instructions on how to install.
=> Partition Layout required for this rom is even less than previous HyperSense Nova: 190mb System, 10mb Cache, 236mb Data
3) WIPED ext4 partition (for APP2SD), I suggest 1gb ext4!
4) Recovery: I suggest you to use 4EXT Recovery Classic! One valid alternative is Amon-RA recovery.
5) IMPORTANT: WIPE ALL (DATA, SYSTEM, BOOT, CACHE, DALVIK-CACHE, SD-EXT) 3 TIMES!

Tricks:
1) Trackball Alert works now, but it's limited to few colors depending on apps, so I suggest you to install the LightFlow app from the Play Store!
2) If you have something like this "Cannot make outgoing calls using the latest Rom. I only hear some electric noise.", then you have to edit the following line of code into the build.prop file (located into /system/ folder):
ro.ril.enable.amr.wideband = 1
Change it to zero, so it should look like this:
ro.ril.enable.amr.wideband = 0
Save it, then reboot.
3) To reduce lag from Android, please use the new Seeder app (it's free and from XDA)!

Very smooth and nice rom, almost everything is working fine, unfortunatelly Im one of the unlucky people with power button broken, so I need the trackball wake.
I've tried some hacks in this rom, but none of them have worked (yet). I have a maintenance window tonight, when I came back, I'll try another ones I have here and report if some of them works fine.
Trackball wake will probably never work on GB Sense best bet is volume wake if you don't want to open the phone.

Nah, I don't remember now but there's some gb roms that have this option (even for desire), the problem is: Frameworks differs from sense to sense. For example, a trackball wake for DesireS doesn't work in DesireHD, etc.
You know the code 4 trackball wake in desire framework?

My knowledge with those internals are very limited, I know you need to edit android-policy.jar in some way (and in some cases, you need to mess with libui.so too)

I don't remember all of them, i've tried to port lots of other trackball wake from other roms. The major part of them I found here and in modaco forums. Btw, it's useless, since none of them worked, even in this rom (I've tried some now, none of them seems to work). We need someone with good knowledge with java and sense framework, and this "someone" isn't me.

Dont care for it. Doesnt seem very intuitive. For example, I like to have the tech articles on my tab. With this MagazineUX you can only see one article at a time. I actually prefer the old version better where you swipe up from the buttom.
Right now I run Nova Prime and its very smooth and fast. Much faster than the Magazine Launcher.

Does this ROM support EU WiFi channels 12 & 13? as I primarily use those on my Router due to channel congestion in my Area.
These are not enabled by default in US ROM, I'm using UK rom on US device to have these channels enabled.
Does this ROM have the SD fix?
