Note: Modules are to be installed via xRecovery. Full Package is for all stock applications. Flash if you feel like there's something missing from the rom, but performance will suffer.
*Important tip: The higher your SD card's class number, the better the performance. For example, a class 8 is much better than a class 2 due to higher transfer rates in class 6 compared to a class 2. Your device's performance will vary depending on the SDCard that you have. So choose a higher class number instead a low and be happy.

3. Reboot and for tweaking purposes, remember to enable "Unknown sources" and Development/"USB debugging" under Settings -> Applications

5. Restore previous APNs settings using APN Backup.

I am preparing a total new one, but I could create a hotfix as well, so who don't wanna install a new clean rom will be able to install only the hotfix. Thanks for the nice idea

nope got a right baseband, still doesnt detect my sim card. and the rom itself is veryy laggy
I just wonder how you gonna fix gpu issue .435 has? Coz it does 22 fps only, while .24 FW does 29 fps. It's about 30% of performance lost.

What version of flash lite is that?? 1 or 3 or 4 ?
I've tried to install the FlashSVGPlayer.apk in my minicm 1.0.1, opening the flashlite 1.1 game but prompted with "file not supported"
is from 2.0.1, there is the link in post no.1
last I heard our processors don't support flash so including flash in the ROM is kind of a white elephant
it is flash lite. It play .swf from sd card...
so I suggest to installa mini file manager and use it to open .swf as image.

you must use mini file explorer than find your favourite .swf file on sd card then choose open as image and then works

and yes it will need baseband 2.1.67
trying to install im on trips 1.7 downloaded this wiped everything and click install and it just says opening update package and stops any help?
EDIT RESARTED THE PHONE WENT BACK TO XRE AND ITS INSTALLING FINE

I agree. Awesome ROM so far! Major propz.
great ROM everything is running properly, only real flaw i see is that some of what i do is extremely choppy, especially the lockscreen

Ok, been testing the ROM for a bit. All looks ok, but stock launcher still feels slugish, compared to LauncherPro for instance. If u install LP the ROM gets HUGE speedup...
U think u could improve the launcher performance some more cobrato?
EDIT 1: Using camera, after i take a shot, the camera app freezes. Gonna try rebooting and trying again...

Bug:when i touch on automatic brighntess in pull down menu,it just shuts off the LCD,have to go to settings and manually turn on the brightness

vibrate dosnt work on the keyboard (yes i have turned it on lol)

Installed - running fine - but I'm unable to apply any themes. The theme applying dialog stays at 0% forever (I waited 20 minutes, still at 0%)
I have simply flashed the new 1.71 zip over my existing 1.6.4 installation without wiping anything. That's the right way, correct?

So... I was very very very very very very busy, so I didn't have any time to look at this thread, to know what are the bugs of the 2.0 version... I know that some (maybe a lot xD) prefer the 1.2.4 version because it is based on MiniCM7Pro ! But I had no time to work on it, and look into rebase my ROM on MiniCM7Pro !
I am moving to an HTC Sensation tomorrow !
But I will release a last version (2.1), simply the same as the 2.0 but based on MiniCM7Pro !
After that I will never update my ROM anymore because i will give my phone to a friend for him to discover the most powerfull, beautyfull, and best OS for smartphones !
But I will upload my sources to my mediafire account, it will just be a zip file, with all the things I change in my ROM
I discovered XDA through FrAndroid (the most popular French blog on Android) on December 2010 ! Owain94 and MikeVHL just started to make ROMs for this phone (CyanogenMod 6, remember ) and I was very happy to have Android 2.2 on my phone x)

I made a ROM : CyanoCream Sandwich !
Please re-read this post entirely I've made a lot of change for version 2.0!
This ROM is totally based on Flame.E v0.4 (Bêta) ! This awesome ROM is made by Eyama, don't forget to thank him !
Why this ROM and not MiniCM7Pro or GinTonic.SE ? Because MiniCM7Pro, is too buggy, iptables are not present etc.
GinTonic.SE is an Odexed ROM so I can't do everything I want with the ROM...
So I choose Flame.E, who is as stable as GinTonic.SE and Desodexed
This ROM brings together all the tweaks, theme, ringtones, look and fell that coming from Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0) for our little smartphones !

Installation :
/!\ For getting this ROM to work, it's very very important to read and apply carefully the instructions, there is almost no chance to brick your phone, but you must apply this instructions. /!\
For the new 2.0 version you MUST do the "first install" installation, with all wipes, bootloop, sweats (xD) etc. Sorry for desagrement...
If you are installing this ROM for the first time :
1- Reboot into ClockWorkMod Recovery.
2- Backup your current ROM !
3- Do a Factory Reset/Full Wipe.
4- Go to Advanced and Wipe Dalvik-cache.
5- Install the ROM ("CyanoCream Sandwich (v***).zip").
6- Do an other Factory Reset/Full Wipe.
7- And an other Wipe Dalvik-cache.
8- Now Reboot...
9- ... and you wil get a Bootloop x) it's normal.
10- Remove your Battery during 15 seconds.
11- Put the battery into your phone.
12- Boot into CWM Recovery.
13- Install the first Hotfix ("CCS (v***) Hotfix1.zip").
14- Flash also the modules ("CCS Modules (v***).zip") if you are using the Stock Kernel !
14- And again... Do an other Factory Reset/Full Wipe...
15- And an other Dalvik-cache wipe...
16- Reboot...
17- The ROM work ! But it missing the ICS statusbar layout !
18- So Reboot into CWM Recovery (for the last time ).
19- Install the second Hotfix ("CCS (v***) Hotfix2.zip").
20- Reboot...
21- And now... ENJOY 8D
If you are upgrading from an older version of this ROM :
1- Reboot into CWM Recovery.
2- Install the update ("CyanoCream Sandwich (v***)").
3- Reboot.

Q - I can't mount the usb storage...
A - Just clic on the big Bugdroid !
Q - Incomning call slider close number?
A - Go to Settings -> CyanogenMod -> Lockscreen -> Style options -> Incomning call stlye -> replace to "Ring"
Q - White background in messages?
A - Go to Messages -> Menu button -> settings -> And enable checkbox in "Black background" -> Restart messages
Q - No working Wi-Fi or USB Tether?
A - Use Barancle Wi-Fi Tether
Q - Freeze phone and restart after install app?
A - Wipe User Data via CWM.
Q - Is when I press "W" on physical keyboard it writes "Z" on phone and vice versa?
A - Go to settings -> language & output -> disable check box in the "android keyboard and go to mini rom manager -> tab Extras -> change hw keyboard layout and select your keyboard for example AZERTY.
Q - Disabled Undervolt after overclock?
A - Undervolt so is contained in the Overclock it to include you can not!
Q - WiFi does not work...

Could you explain why the install instructions are so complicated?
Is the MiniCM7Pro v20 wifi/bluetooth MAC address fixed in this ROM?
When I installed paulxxx's ROM, both my wifi and bt MACs were changed to the default, I just with I could change them back to the original.
No bugs fixed, no new features... in resume: just a new theme for Paul's rom?

Because it's a known bug of the ICS Statusbar layout !
In fact, the files who must be changed for this addon are framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk !
When you flash this addon (in the ROM), the first time it doesn't work so you must flash the originals framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk from your ROM (Hotfix1) and only after flash again the ICS Statusbar Layout (Hotfix2) !

Paul's ROM is work like a charm for me, no bugs... I'm providing MY work to you... If you have bugs with Paul's ROM, try to solve them yourself !
No new features ? Whe haven't read the same paragraph...
I made this ROM for people who don't want to use apktool or apkmanager to apply some importants tweaks to the ROM...
But you are right Erze, this ROM doesn't fix your Wi-Fi/MAC adress rodrigoyasuda... Sorry.

You must flash the original 2.1.1.A.0.6 with flashtool !

This Firmware is only for U20i !!!
Flash this Firmware with flashtool, you will have a stock Kernel and you will be able to use this ROM

You can make it yourself ! Just open the .zip and remove files you doesn't want !
But this rom has a lot a tweaks that are made for work on the Stock Kernel !
This ROM (and the original MiniCM7Pro) are faster than ever ! Even faster than the GinTonic.SE with the Zombie Panic Kernel !
