Yes, there's an app on the market that has custom lockscreens. That or you can try finding a flashable one.

Ate you talking about widget lockscreen?
And I've been in the Atrix forums since the day it came out and I've never seen anyone post anything similar.

I cant remember the name of the app but I know it's there... And the flashable zip doesn't have to be here, it can be on any forums...
I think its called lock bot pro although the free version is available. But not sure what you can get. I know you can have the sense unlock, xperia unlock, and sgs unlock not sure about sgs2.

In my amaze i cant find how to put the ""down bar""(phone,menu,personalization)like transparent ,,,on every htc phone and images that bar is transparent...but i cant put it...how to put???

That's a specialty tweak u flash in recovery if someone has made it a flashable .zip or comes with certain roms if the dev decides to throw that in.
Search the forums, there u will find all sorts of nifty answers and mysterious wonders.

So the stock aosp (no HTC sense) app called news & weather it's not on sense roms. I searched for the apk in the g2 forums but it's no longer there. I know I know the are lots of apps that do what this one does but I can't stand any of them.
So can someone maybe make a flashable zip or apk and post that would be awesome. Or if someone could point me in the right direction that would be sweet

How stupid of me, sorry, its not a flashable zip, download the file in that thread and unzip it, move the bootanimation.zip file to the appropriate location (system/media). It is there, that's how I got it.

I would recommend NOT using /system/media and instead using /data/local.
That way you don't replace the original animation and have something to refer back to should you need it. Plus /system/media has a small size limitation while /data/local has a larger size available.
I also pulled the file from one of the JB GNex ROMs if anyone else needs it and the link pcfanboy142 provided doesn't work for anyone.
Is there anyway to theme apps on the go? Meaning replace some icons, images with the phone....

Nope you need to decompile the apk and change the files which cant be done on the device.
You could use a custom launcher to change the image it uses for the icon but it won't actually change the apps icon
