If you just want to add a few frequently used apps, you can try Wizz Bar from the Market. It doesn't do all your looking for, but I find it quite useful for adding my preferred apps there.
Just bought the Note and can not figure out how to change the stock lockscreen. Can it be changed? It is one ugly ass wallpaper and without adding any apps is there a way to just change the wallpaper. Thanks in advance for help.

Pick a photo from gallery and tap and hold on it. An option to set as wallpaper or lockscren will appear at the bottom

Also in Settings --> Display there is lockscreen settings and you can set the wallpaper from there.

Hey guys,
So I have a problem, I updated my girlfriends XMP to stock .431, and now shes all pissy at me because on the lock screen the camera is on the slide instead of sound which was on her gb fw. Is there anyway to get this back onto the lockscreen with out using a custom rom or an app like golocker or widgetlocker??

Hold power button, menu appears, there you can edit the sound settings.
No sound, no vibrate - No sound, vibrate - Sound, (vibrate if enabled)
Otherwise - No if to stay in your conditions.

Then you will need root, knowledge about Java and XML, Android, apk editing, compiling and decompiling and some other stuff.
Or you could just downgrade to 2.3.4 using flashtool.

Thanks, I showed her how to do that and that was fine, until she had decided that on the having it on the lock screen is easier, just for those times when she needs it!! Women haha

Yes, sir that is exactly what I am on. Black star four to be exact. On the lastest [Rom]~[UCLF6]~Team Perfection's ICS Objection. I do not have this problem. Just curious if anybody has any tips on if it can be changed.

On some screens yeah it looks semi transparent... At some screens it does not. Example.. Check the screen shots it's all transperent here..

I was wondering how you set your notification bar smaller? Mine are way too big and changing display mode and text size does not do anything.

But in any case, could you share the steps on how to get that look? I'd like to study it first in advance. I just got my mate 10 and it would be a waste to root and void the warranty unless I can assess what Im getting in return.
